HEAD OF MINE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

Job Descriptions

Plan a strategy, coordinate, control, evaluate and take action to improve internal & external production activities in the project, including all production activities to achieve the set production target, and implemented effectively, efficiently, and safely following existing regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining engineering

• Having experience in the same position minimum of 10 years in the mining industry

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Having POM certification is preferred

• Having excellent experience Mine Planning Implementation, Excavator Operations, Haul Road Design & Maintenance, Truck Operations, Auxiliary Task, Drilling & Blasting, Production Data Monitoring, Road Design, Mine Road Maintenance, Pit Service Management, Water Management

• Having skill to operating tools (KIMPER) HSE procedure, HRD procedure

• Have good communication & attention to detail

• Fluent English is preferred

HEAD OF PIT OPERATIONS - SPT LEVEL

Job Descriptions

Coordinating, directing, and taking action to improve all mining activities and overburden transportation and maintain environmental cleanliness in the work area starting from the preparation of work planning & schedules, mining work to the transportation of overburden to the shelter by the standards and production targets set and HSE standards set applies within the specified budget constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering/geology engineering

• Has work experience min 7 years as operation/production of mining.

• Has experience minimum 3 years as mine operation supervisor is preferred.

• Can read mine design.

• Understand mining procedure.

• Can operate and have a license (KIMPER) to operate mining units.

• Have a POP certificate is a must.

• Have good communication & attention to detail

• Fluent English is preferred

HEAD OF TECHNICAL SERVICES - SPT LEVEL

Job Descriptions

Direct and coordinate the creation of medium-term mine designs and plans based on the correct "sequence" and coordinating geological and geotechnical data in the project in accordance with the technical operations of mining which includes production plans and estimated needs tools to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of mining operations in accordance with standards HSE and customer desires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering

• Having experience in same position minimum 6 years in mining operation

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Have ato POP certificate is a must

• Having excellent experience in Road Design, Main Road Maintenance, Civil Design, Operation Technique Method, Pit Service Management, Operation Management, Mine Data Analysis

SENIOR MINE ENGINEER

Job Descriptions

Prepare medium-term and short-term mine plans and designs (daily, weekly, monthly to yearly) based on geologist data, survey data, correct "sequence", in accordance with mining operational technicalities that include production plans and equipment requirements and carry out anticipate the design & planning in the field to increase the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and customer desires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering

• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years

• Having excellence experience mining, procedure, road maintenance, civil design, operation technique metode and project cost estimation, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

• Bachelor's degree in Mining engineering/ Geologist/ Geodesy

Job Descriptions

Analyze production data, operator performance and production equpment performance as well as daily, weekly and monthly operational costs based on data input form data processing and effective coordination with project finance to provide daily, weekly and monthly explanations of mining operations to superiors and related users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/ Geology

• Having experience in same position minimum 3 years

• Having POP certification

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM

Job Descriptions

Carry out preventive and emergency response measures, provide training on prevention and handling of emergencies and control of supporting elements of the emergency response in order to support the optimization of the implementation of emergency response (response time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Nursing

• Having experience in Fire & Rescue minimum 1 years ( Bachelor Degree)

• Having experience in Fire & Rescue minimum 2 years ( Diploma )

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Having excellent experience in K3LH Management, HIRADC, Inspection and Observation, Incidents Investigation and Reporting, SMKK,Hazardous Waste Management, Emergency Management, HSE Procedure, HR Procedure

• have STR, BTCLS certificate, Hyperkes is a must
