About us

Petromindo is an information and data provider that has been established since 2001 and focuses on the energy sector. Petromindo currently is expanding one of its growing service in research and consulting. The service provides research and consulting services for clients and support the energy sector to understand the industry more deeply. We look for talents who has ability to understand complex problems, analyze structures and bring ideas to solve the problems as analyst-researcher. Each analyst-researcher will be assigned to one of the fields below.

Job Descriptions:

• Produce a report about assigned topic each three weeks
• Produce a presentation (max 15 pages) related to the report about the assigned topic
• Speak and make presentation in events / webinar about the assigned topic whenever requested
• Conducting research and indepth data analysis on energy and economic issues
• Providing technical assistant for highquality data gathering (qualitative and quantitative), in-depth data analysis and report writing
• Preparing deliverable for the clients in the form of papers or presentations
• Active in preparing focus group discussion, seminar or other coordination meetings to gather information for analytical purposes
• Keep up to date with economics related news and latest trends using specialized media source
• Providing assistance and support for the design organization, and delivery of the capacity building and training activities
• Proactive in building networks and maintaining good relationship with related stakeholders including existing and potential clients
• Provided routine analysis to be posted on Petromindo website
• Gathered information / news for Editorial purposes

 

Qualifications:

• Male or Female max 42 years old
• A Bachelor or Master Degree, majoring in Economics, Management, Business, Engineering, MBA or related fields
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Good business acumen, proactive, creative and resourceful
• Selfmotivated with strong communication and organizational skills
• Wellversed in Microsoft Office Operation
• Passionate about industrial research especially in energy sector
• Able to dissect a complex problem, work under pressure and independent
• Has good writing skill is an advantage point

 

Working Policy

Due to Coronavirus pandemic, Petromindo apply hybrid working policy where all employees are obliged to maintain safety and consider the optimal mobilization strategy for meeting or face-to-face interactions. Most of the works are expected to be done at home/remotely while also maintain ability to be called and come to clients’ agreed premises.
