PT Rekayasa Cakrawala Resources (RECARE) was established on July 27, 2006, in Jakarta by PT Rekayasa Engineering, one of the leading engineering companies in Indonesia. When it was founded, RECARE's main business was Man Power Supply to provide a professional workforce for bigger-scope projects.

1. Manager Corporate Strategy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus Min 3 years experience in the same position

• Understand market research and data analysis

• Knowledge of business operations and procedures

• Understanding of Good Corporate Governance

• Understanding of Risk Management

• Analytical thinking with problem solving skills

• Organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills at stakeholder, BOD, and BOC levels

• Has experience as Corporate Strategy for 5 years, of which 3 years are in Structural positions in Corporate Strategy

2. Manager Corporate Relation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business

• Min 3 years experience in the same position

3. Corporate Secretary Legal

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferably business/economy/corporate/civil law)

• Familiar with GCG

• Great Interpersonal Skill

• Excellent Analytical Thinking

• Excellent in Ms. Office

• Willing to work in South Jakarta

• Contract Based

4. HR & GA

• Bachelor’s Degree in majoring in Psychology or Human Resources

• Min 2 years experience in the same position

• Willing to work in South Jakarta

• Contract Based

5. Corporate Strategy Planning & Control

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Management or Business

• Min. 2 year experience in this position

• Good knowledge in Business Plan and Risk Management

• Willing to work in South Jakarta

• Contract Based

6. Proposal Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in all engineering discipline

• At least 3 years experience in same position

• Having Experience From EPC/ Maintenance service company/ Industrial Consultant Company

• Having Experience in developt Proposal and Marketing

• Comprehensive using Ms. Project

• Active English Language

• HO Placement

• Contract Based

7. Procurement Engineer

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in any disciplines

• Minimum 3 years experience as Procurement Engineer preferably from EPC Company

• Have good understanding about procurement and tender process

• A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment

• Excellent in data processing (Ms. Excel, Excel Macro, etc)

• Have good communication and interpersonal skill

• Contract Based

8. Fire Protection System Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in all engineering discipline

• Min having 1 year’s handle or experiences in Fire Protection System

• Have knowledge in Fire Protection

• Having experiences as SHE/HSE

• Have certificated

• Contract Based

9. HR Site – Lombok

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Equivalent

• At least 1 year experience in the same field

• Having deep knowledge on Human Resources

• Responsible ensuring accuracy of HR Data

• Familiar with HR Administration

• High Performer and Target Oriented

• Contract Based

• Domicile: Lombok, NTB

10.  Payroll Staff

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting or equivalent.

• Having 3 years experience in the same field

• Excellent in Ms. Excel

• Comprehensive understanding with Pph 21

• Possess experience and familiar with HRIS

• Having experience in Manpower Supply, EPC or Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage
