GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

SME (Subject Matters Expert)
Role and Responsibilities
1. As an expert to provide advice, guideline, and solution to the team in regard to Quantity Assurance (QA) Implementation Project at PT Pertamina EP Working Area around Indonesia.
2. To review and provide gap analysis on Report of the Examination Result Quantity Assurance (QA) at PT Pertamina EP Working Area.
3. As the final reviewer for the Report of the Examination Result Quantity Assurance (QA).
4. To assure learning curve QA to PT Pertamina EP employees, provide advices in regard for continuous improvement of work management system/governance system/operational as internal control QA Maturity 1-5 (M1-M5) at PT Pertamina EP Working Area.
Qualifications
1. Holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. Has experience in designing of Quantity Assurance Daily Survey Report and implement the QUANTITY ASSURANCE by Stranas PK team (Strategi Nasional Pemberantasan Korupsi) minimum Maturity 1-2 (of 5 Maturities level).
3. Working experience minimum 12 years in Oil and Gas sector.
4. THP Range: IDR 25-30 million
Senior Engineer
Role and Responsibilities
1. To perform data analysis.
2. To prepare, develop, and finalize Report of the Examination Result Quantity Assurance (QA).
3. To develop the Report of the Examination Result Quantity Assurance (QA) for Maturity 1-5 for each PT Pertamina EP working area.
Qualifications
1. Holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. Has experience in engineering/Production operations work for Oil and Gas sector.
3. Familiar with oil and gas flow diagram from the wellhead up to terminal for oil lifting point and sales gas custody meter point for gas.
4. Able to prepare draft engineering report.
5. Minimum 5 years working experience in oil and gas sector. For process engineer/ process safety engineer in oil and gas sector, minimum working experience 2 years.
6. THP Range: IDR 12 – 20 million
Engineer
Role and Responsibilities
1. To collecting data and identify the working field at PT Pertamina EP.
2. To categorize and grouping data and identify any problems on Quantity Assurance Assessment Working Paper.
3. To document the follow up action on identified gap or deficiency by Project Manager/SME as Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) in PT Pertamina EP Working Area.
Qualifications
1. Holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. Has capability in data analysis, problem identification, and data management.
3. Familiar with oil and gas flow diagram from the wellhead up to terminal for oil lifting point and sales gas custody meter point for gas.
4. Able to prepare draft engineering report.
5. Working experience minimum 1-5 years in oil and gas sector.
6. THP Range: IDR 9 – 10 million
