Under Indonesia's private power programme, PT. YTL Jawa Timur operates and maintains this 2 x 610 MW Coal-fired Power Station. The station is located at Paiton, Probolinggo District of East Java, 141 km Southeast of Surabaya. We currently have vacancies for the following:

GA OFFICER

This position responsible to Handling Company's Transportation, Controlling well Maintenance and Arrangement. Supervision for Car and drivers Utilization. This Job includes the processing of permit documents for expatriates based on our law. Having experience to process the Company Legal Permit Documents (IUT, TOP) fullfilled in accordance with Government regulations. Handling General Affairs in all functional areas in absence/of other colleagues during Leave. Candidates for this position should possess following qualifications and competencies:

1. Proven minimum 5 years experience in GA work area's such Legal Permit for Expatriates, Vehicle maintenance and Management

2. Knowledge of GA functions

3. Having Skills & Knowledge for car's engine

4. Proficient in MS Office

5. Good English proficiency both verbal and writing;

6. Outstanding time-management abilities;

7. Good & Effectively Communication with related Government Officer

8. Good analytical thinking and organized

9. Strong ethics and reliability;

10. High motivation and able to work in Team

11 . D3 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering,Automotive Engineering or relevant field from a reputable university

12. 35 years old maximum age.
