ANALYZER SUPERINTENDENT (Comm. & Maint. Analyzer Specialist)

Department/Project : ONEC – TEP Onshore

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Duration   : 6 months

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in general HSE Management

2. Knowledge in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical related industries or similar

3. Comm, Start-Up and Op Analyzer Activities. Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities on Analyzers.

4. Knowledge of the main risks during the operation activities and safe working and environmental protection procedures/practices & rules to be applied. Knowledge of adequate Personal Protective Equipment - purpose, use and maintenance Knowledge and the correct use of Permit to Work system.

5. Fluent in English

6. Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Ensure safe commissioning, start-up and maintenance execution on Analysers, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international std.

• Ensures that all activities within his area of responsibilities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements.

• Acknowledge the involvement of its job role in the PTW system and verifies the safety measures described in the PTW for its job role involvement, including area preparation and restoration.

• Identifies and control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment.

• Executes the Tests/Inspections according to the Project documentation, together with his team of technicians and with Vendors.

• Log the Test results into the approved Tests/Inspection forms and reports.

AREA COORDIANTOR / AREA LEAD

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or field

Working Status  : 6 months contract

Work Location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas HSE.

• Fluent in English

• Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate

• Proven work experience as an Area Coordinator

• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise

• Acknowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship process

• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example

• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills

• Be able to work under pressure

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• High sense of responsibility and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong leadership skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English required

MECHANICAL ROTATING SUPERINTENDENT

Working Status  : 6 months contract

Work Location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineer or diploma with experience

• Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in oil/petrochemical plants

• Having sound knowledge of international codes and standards and should have been able to interpret the process until the time of delivery.

• Comm, Start-Up and Op Mech Rotating Activities. Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities on Mechanical Rotating Equipment.

• Project technical documents. Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet, project installation procedures. Ability to identify possible issues in the documentation and to promptly take corrective actions.

• Predictive maintenance techniques. Knowledge and application of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring using vibration monitoring and other non-destructive Testing System such as thermography.

• Fluent in English

• Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Organise, coordinate, and control the execution of the mechanical works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring the management of the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments, overseeing the availability of the construction materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule.

• Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.

• Supervise mechanical rotating technicians and coordinate daily/shutdown activities by utilizing static technicians

• Maintain all rotating equipment within company safety and quality procedures considering schedule and budget limitations

• Conduct short safety toolbox meeting with all subordinates to achieve zero incidents and complete the daily planned activities

• Coordinate with other section/departments with respect to previous, current, and emergency activities through daily meeting and other communication channels to avoid any obstacles stop the work.

• Supervise mechanical rotating technicians and coordinate daily/shutdown activities through SAP system to ensure the job completion on time.

• Verifies that the Commissioning & Start-up requirements are accounted in the engineering documents.

• Takes part in project planning & scheduling.

• Reviews the Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning the Commissioning, Start-up and test run activities. Follow-up of completions and Commissioning activities. Issues progress reports within his area of responsibility. Contributes to the planning and scheduling of the job routines of the Maintenance Plan of the project, assign resources, materials and logistics.

PROCESS SUPERINTENDENT

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : 6 months contract

Work location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commissioning role in complex O&G onshore/offshore project;

2. A team player with a flexible attitude to work scope

3. Ability to work unsurprised as required

4. Confident in management of interface with contractor and Vendor personnel

5. Proactive approach to decision making and team works

6. Organization ability in multi-interface and technically demanding project
