What will you be doing:

As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily electrical/instrumentation/PLC maintenance activities at the plant and/or assigned team.

• Check-up, calibration & functional testing of controllers, instruments and devices in the power plant.

• Supervises and/or prepares complete and accurate Electrical maintenance records and reports.

• Determines materials and equipment needs and directs timely procurement to ensure availability thereof.

• Ensure that the work is executed at the plant according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures as well as assigned maintenance plan.

• Close coordination with Mechanical Maintenance and Operations team in scheduling maintenance activities.

• Directs maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness in work area and compliance with safety, fire and other regulations.

Development Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems with the machine and other electrical equipment problems.

• Develop the maintenance working routines at the plant.

• To instil respect, cooperation, honesty and ownership attitudes and to work as a team.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Have a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Have minimum 4 - 5years’ experience in Power Plant.

• Detail oriented, able to work as a team or individual and able to work with deadline.

• High capability to understand electrical drawing and termination list.

• Have knowledge on power plant system, auxiliary and grid code.
