1. Job Title: Field Welding Inspector

Balikpapan, 6 months

- Inspection and verification of both in process and completed work activities including witnessing construction/performance testing performed by construction or contractor as directed by the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager

- Required to complete daily inspection reports/checklists and maintain records until time of turnover

- Performs surveillances, assessments, or audit of Company or subcontractor

- Develops reports for the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager on the status and quality of work accomplished. Reports include QC or related reports from subcontractor.

- Supports and participates in HSE audits and assessments

- Provides input to monthly Quality Report

- Completes other responsibilities associated with this job as may be appropriate

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer

- 5+ years as Inspector in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical Plant

- Valid Certification in MIGAS Inspection

- For Rotating Equipment Inspection:

o Has a wide range of experience in the Rotating engineering with specific in design and planning for Rotating Equipment of RFCC project and License Unit Plant, include Main Air Blower & Expander for RFCC plant, Large Steam Turbine and Compressors

- For Welding Inspection:

o Experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design. Minimum CSWIP 3.2 and/or ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT) to cover the nondestructive testing overseeing the application and viewing results.

• Prepare and analyses comparison on scope, quantities and cost data in concurrence with project staffing, hours worked and engineering deliverables

• Verify Bill of Quantities including Quantity take‐off refer to Construction Drawing

• Join Survey with Contractors to verify progress claims submitted by Contractors.

• Liaise with Contractor’s QS on progress payments and variation orders.

• Measurement, Taking Off of Quantities, familiar with Bill of Quantities, etc.

• Identify additional and subtraction of quantities

• Assist Project Reporting Coordinator in monitoring physical progress

- Must have experience in construction experience with a value of USD 500 million

- Expert in software SAP, CAS, and advanced Excel

- Ensure all cost and contract transactions on a project are understood and managed in an appropriate way. Ensure all variances to the cost baseline are communicated in a timely manner. Ensure the necessary cost management interface is in place with Finance and ensure regular communications.

7. Job Title: Field Civil Supervisor Night Shift Highland

Papua, 12 months

- A proven background within civil construction, 10+ years, which will include extensive experience within major earthworks, road works, excavation and mobile operations

- Good command of English

- Extensive experience as a standalone supervisor of civil projects up to $500 million

- Strong eye for detail

- Excellent communication skills with colleagues, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders

- We are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrated experience in a broad range of civil projects including but not limited to, major earthworks, road works, pavements, traffic management, highway duplications and civil infrastructure.

- Expert in QA/QC Civil preferred.

- Reporting into Project Manager you will be responsible for monitoring the constructions activities of the site crew to ensure that they meet their safety and quality obligations. Drawing from your hands on experience in civil construction you will ensure project deadlines are hit by assisting in the development of the schedules and driving team performance.

- Providing confident and competent leadership to a project and employees, including subcontractors

- Deliver all projects safely, cost effectively, on time and on budget

- Identify all issues, which may increase costs of the project and in consultation with the Project Manager implement corrective actions

- Management of all OH&S, Quality and Environmental management issues on site for which you are responsible for

8. Job Title: Mining Engineer

Jakarta, 9 months; renewal

- Perform pit design, waste dump design, as well as mine optimization and scheduling from any given time frame in accordance with the mine infrastructure, dewatering, geotechnical aspect, fleet capacity, working geometry, mass balance, dan safety aspects

- Compile PERE (Production Equipment Estimation) based on production calculation parameter such as PA, UA, productivity, hauling distance, type and amount of the unit

- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly pit and disposal design as well as fleet movement progress to ensure these are applied within agreed mine plan accuracy target and perform yearly and monthly hauling distance simulation

- Closely engage and maintain relationship with related stakeholders including production, pit geologist, drill and blast, pit service and dewatering division to ensure mining operations are treated as per defined weekly plan

- Execute daily and weekly mining sequence plan referred to 3MRP including pit and disposal face position, fleet position, and production target based on fleet productivity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering

- 15 years work experience in Mining Industry for preparation until engineering phase

9. Job Title: Project Material Readiness Spare Parts Coordinator

Gresik, 12 months

Reports to the Project Materials Manager or Project Manager with a dotted line to the Dir Material Readiness.  Is responsible for all procurement activities on the project relating to Capital, Commissioning, Critical (Insurance) and Operating spares with the goal of having all required spares at site in time to ensure smooth commissioning, start-up and ongoing operation and maintenance support of the new plant and equipment.

Activities include:

• Forecast and manage the required budget for the project spares program at one or more projects (~100K-10M)

• Responsible for the implementation and successful execution of the corporate spares program and collaborates with multiple business units and strategic partners

• Ensuring Bidders provide, in a timely manner, the list of recommended spares per category (Capital, Start-up and Commissioning, 2-year operational, etc.) and with the breakdown as required in the spreadsheet part of the specification.

• Responsible for request and expedite purchase orders of critical spares and vendor data expediting to support the program

• Ensuring all internal stakeholders that must provide input into each list of spares has the chance to do so and does so in a timely manner.

• Informs parties involved of anticipated delays, and works with management to mitigate the effects of the delays with regards to the spares readiness program

• Transmitting final list of approved/desired spares to each applicable party for action (i.e. Capital and Start-Up to the project team/EPC and balance to GSC).

• Advises the PPM/PMM and Dir Materials Readiness of current status of spares on a weekly basis by issue of spares tracker

• Performs other duties to support the project materials team as required.

10. Job Title: Preservation Project Material Coordinator

Batam, 12 months

• Receive, check, store, issue and maintain records of all CLIENT purchased materials and equipment and Client free issued materials and equipment.

• Arrange with CLIENT’s engineering and/or site quality inspection team as well as Yard’s site quality inspection team and coordinate inspection of the materials and equipment received prior to transfer of custody to Yard.

• Prepare and issue Material Receiving Report (“MRR”) after checking the materials and equipment received against the supplier or Client’s packing list and CLIENT’s Purchase Order or Material Status Report (“MSR”). Highlight any discrepancies to the Project Expeditor for CLIENT purchased materials and equipment and the Project Procurement Manager for Client free issued materials and equipment.

• Ensure MRR is properly filled up (complete with photos, shipping documentation, certificates) signed by all relevant parties, scanned and filed in respective folders in the shared network directory.

• Maintain and update the Material Receiving Report (“MRR”) Register.

• Record Overages, Shortages and Damages (“OS&D”) under the OS&D section of the MRR. Notify supplier, Project Expeditor and Project Purchaser for CLIENT purchased materials and equipment and Project Procurement Manager for Client free issued materials and equipment. The Project Material Coordinator shall be the focal point of contact for coordination of OS&D situations.

• In the event CLIENT manages a warehouse – ensure Site Material Request / Return (“SMR”) is initiated by requestor requesting for issuance of materials and equipment for construction use. Upon receipt of the SMR Form, the Project Material Coordinator shall register all materials and equipment requests and issuance in the MRR Register.

• Assist the preservation team to follow up preservation requirements towards the Yard.

• Perform periodic inventory check of materials and equipment received and stored in warehouse.

• Monitoring the stockpiling of surplus or scrap materials and support the Project Purchaser for disposal or sale of surplus or scrap materials.

• Other duties as assist

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience, primarily in the area of Material Management.

• Good understanding and knowledge of the technical, contractual and commercial issues related to design and engineering of Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading vessels.

• Experience in offshore oil and gas industry is an advantage

• In depth understanding of material management and warehousing.
