PT SWARNA BHUMI ENERGI is a national company providing consultant services and manpower for oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for some professional and experienced candidates to fill the position as below:

Drilling Completion and Well Testing Supervisor / Team Lead

Job Purpose:

Lead the completion and well testing project to deliver planning, designing and programming of Company’s completion and well testing activities including cost estimation and cost control ensuring well safety and the use of right technology for well productivity and longevity adhering to Company’s HSE standard & policy, quality requirements and government regulations. 

Main Responsibility:

1. Design completion and well testing program based on consideration of well integrity, completion and testing decision for drilled and or producing well inputted by Exploration/Subsurface/Production.

2. Coordinate with Subsurface or Exploration in defining the suitable well completion & testing design, operational sequence and cost effectiveness supported by accurate cost breakdown estimates for the wells.

3. Carry out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well completion, testing and service design and operations, with recommendations of new techniques required. To follow up and determine solutions when engineering problems occur during the well completion, testing & service.

4. Ensure that completion and well testing activities are carried out by rig contractors and service companies meet safety, contractual terms, budgeted costs and are conducted in accordance with good engineering practice.

5. Coordinate with SCM contract performance management and logistics required for Completion, well testing & well service.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 16 years relevant experience including 5 year’s experience to supervise/manage drilling operations.

2. Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering.

3. Familiar with project execution and value assurance tools.

4. Strong Knowledge of Upstream and asset performance management processes.

5. Having valid IWCF Well Control Level 4 certificate.

Sr. Completion Engineer

Job Purpose:

Perform detailed work  to design and monitor the installation of well completions and helps devise methods to improve oil and gas well production using cost estimation and cost control ensuring well safety and the use of right technology for well productivity and longevity adhering to Company's HSE standard & policy, quality requirements.

Main Responsibility:

1. Design the initial well completion including complex/multilaterals, evaluate and recommend solutions to well design problems, adjust well design, equipment and settings according to early.

2. Ensure the completion and well testing process is conducted safely, compliantly and efficiently within the expected time and budget. Prepare cost estimates and risk assessments for Completion & Well Testing

3. Monitor physical aspects of the completions plan, keeping an eye on mud logs and other well log, actual result compared with modeling, examine test results, then design and apply sand control applications such as gravel packing or consolidation, well bore clean ups.

4. Monitor practical safety aspects and manufacturers use guidelines supplied with equipment, Set up and early monitor flow control and other sensory equipment.

5. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical  Engineering, others

2. 10 year relevant experience in completion engineering

3. Having valid IWCF Well Control Level 4 certificate.

4. Proficient in written and spoken English.

Workover / Well Test Engineer

Job Purpose:  

Perform the workover/well testing project to deliver planning, designing and programming company’s’ workover/well testing activities, including cost estimation and cost control ensuring well safety and the use of right technology for well productivity and longevity adhering to Company’s HSE standard & policy, quality requirements and government regulations. 

Main Responsibility:

1. Prepare workover/well testing program based on consideration of well integrity, completion and testing decision for drilled and or producing well inputted by Exploration/Subsurface/Production.

2. Support workover/well test team in coordinate with Subsurface or Exploration in defining the suitable workover/well testing design, operational sequence and cost effectiveness supported by accurate cost breakdown estimates for the wells.

Sr. Well Intervention Engineer

Job Purpose:

Perform detailed well intervention and integrity design, planning and programming activities and ensure that safety and reliability are absolute priorities and adhering to Company’s and its affiliates' HSE standard & policy, quality requirements, industry practices and Government regulations

Main Responsibility:

1. Provide well intervention program. Ensure the program capture past lesson learnt for improvement on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

2. Deliver well intervention & integrity operations safely and as per planned. Ensure reliable tools are utilized for the operation thru coordination with QA/QC team.

3. Coordinate with field operation and office engineering team to ensure the approved program is executed, and any deviation or changed to the original plan is reviewed and agreed.

4. Engage with BMT (Base Management Team) to identify well candidates and develop suitable well intervention and integrity scope of works and technology. Liase with SKKMIGAS for progress update and coordination.

5. Review well intervention & integrity reports and well history, ensuring it is detailed and accurate.

6. Monitor and review well intervention performance and issue technical reports accordingly.

7. Provide risk assessment of well intervention program. Develop mitigation, contingency, and optimization plan.

8. Evaluate and recommend modifications of operational procedures for continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.

9. Provide the “Well Integrity Management System” during the lifecycle of the wells with assistance from Well Intervention Team Lead

10. Develop monitoring and testing plans related to all wells and ensure relevant and quality up to date data are gathered.

11. Define the integrity status for all wells during operational phase and develop prioritized remedial plans.

12. Develop technical support to the sites and the Drilling & WI Department regarding well integrity issues.

13. Follow up the execution of remedial actions to ensure the integrity compliance of all wells.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineer, preferably Master Degree in Engineering

2. Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience

3. Preferable with experience in upstream oil & gas industry

4. Good teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, drive execution, and interpersonal skills

5. Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

Well Intervention Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Main job is to supervise routine well intervention activities including monitor contractors involved in well services activities, to deliver maximum value to the company whilst maintaining safety & environment standard.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Supervise routine well intervention activities efficiently and without injury and no harm to the environment.   

2. Review operation programs and anticipate potential problems and plan alternative strategies.

3. Provide technical input to well interventions on relevant wells and actively participate in improvements concerning intervention methods and tools

4. Plan, execute and report all well intervention activities in accordance with Company operating standards and statutory legislation.

5. Ensuring adequate personnel and technical resources are available at the work sites to allow safe operations and that personnel receive adequate instructions to carry out their task safely.

6. Review and report all changes on all aspects of well intervention & integrity to the Well Intervention Superintendent / Well Integrity Engineer.

7. Take necessary actions to correct hazardous situations or conditions, and reported immediately in accordance with Company procedure.

8. Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered

9. Provide accurate daily reports to stakeholders

10. Monitor contractor performance, recognizing good performance and reporting to the Contract Owner any shortfalls or potential improvements with regard to the contractor’s performance.

11. Ensure safety and environmental performance are given the highest priority during well operations including adherence Manage day to day operations in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience.

2. At least 7 years of experience carrying out well completion / intervention supervisory roles.

3. Offshore experience is a strong advantage,

4. Valid IWCF Level 4 certificate

5. Valid OPITO BOSIET

6. Experience in writing well intervention programs and producing end job reports

7. Have an experience with most with most CT, W/L, Slick Line Surface Equipment, High pressure control equipment Well control BOP’s strippers, risers/lubricators,

8. Proficient in written and spoken English.

Drilling Superintendent

Job Purpose:  

Report to Drilling Manager, this position responsible for planning and executing the drilling program. Manage all aspects including personnel, equipment, technical and financial performance of the rig.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with rig site personnel in performing rig moving activities.

2. Plans, direct and provides general supervision to assigned personnel in drilling operations.

3. Manage drilling operations efficiently to minimize rig down time and optimize rig operating expenditures.

4. Optimize assets, equipment and supervising the execution of the activities.

5. Verify drilling equipment, spare parts and consumables item on the rig and kept at an appropriate level.

6. Review daily reports and give guidance on drilling problems (wells and down hole challenges).

7. Developing process improvements and efficiencies.

8. Responsible for safety implementation during drilling activities.

9. Provide input on well design and drilling program in overall.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience.

2. More than 10 years’ experience in oil & gas and drilling operations.

3. Proficient in written and spoken English.

4. Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

Drilling Logistic Officer

Job Purpose:  

Main job is to manage the components required to mobilize tools, material, and equipment to the required point in a safe and timely manner. Manage full cycle of contract management and make sure closure of the contract and monitoring vendor’s performance.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for logistics of equipment between multiple locations, vendors and rig sites,

2. Ensure logistics movement are accurate and up-to-date in the computer system (SAP) including manage SAP as an end user and completed the invoice process.

3. Ensure alignment of the contractor’s material management and logistics activities with rigs activities,

4. Participation in the identification of logistics and material management risks and associate mitigation plans,

5. Ensure the relevant transportation and logistics are in place and safe to support material deliveries by contractor,

6. Forecasts standard inventory usage and routinely orders appropriate quantities,

7. Acquiring inventory for daily orders and fill shortage from other locations.

8. Reviewing contractor’s procurement reporting to ensure progress is being made toward material deliveries as per the project schedule and equipment contract,

9. Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from recognized university in a relevant subject,

2. Experience within Oil and Gas Logistics, preferable working on offshore projects

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in related industry,

4. Experience with SAP is preference,

5. Proficient in written and spoken English.

6. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to keep track of paperwork.

Procurement Officer (SCM)

Job Purpose:

Perform compliant, efficient and effective procurement of materials & services to support project development and drilling campaign covering the purchasing, vendor management according to the Company’s and SCM policies, procedure, quality requirements and budget and prevailing applicable regulations. Demonstrate a high standard of awareness and safe work practices.

Main Responsibility:

1. Manages and provides a professional service for the procurement, contracting, supply materials & services, from initiation by customer up to post award issues - Plan, coordinate, and analyze procurement activities & services (including prepare & conduct all cycle of bidding/tender, contractual arrangement, coordinate with users & vendor/supplier) in Operated Asset to ensure the availability of materials & services for supporting sites operations in accordance with the strategy, corporate guidelines and policies & applicable regulations (especially for PSC terms)

2. Manages specific projects and initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain Department or service it provides - Perform, review, and analyze selecting, executing & evaluating sourcing methods includes supplier data, pricing, & specifications for preparing appropriate & reasonable Owner Estimate to ensure effectiveness & efficiency of the Site procurement activities in accordance with the strategy, and policies & applicable regulations (especially for PSC terms)

3. Monitor and analyze supplier performance through the implementation of appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide a recommendation for a related action plan to ensure effective and successful delivery material & services in accordance with the strategy, and policies & applicable regulations (especially for PSC terms)

4. Coordinate and serves as a liaison to the clients and supplier and helps to address complex relationship matters related to workflow, resource management, approval chains and other areas to ensure effective procurement activities.

5. Coordinate and serves as a liaison to the supplier and helps to address complex relationship matters related to workflow, resource management, approval chains and other areas to ensure effective procurement activities.

6. Perform the local content assessment upon Contract completion and coordinate with the respective vendors to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulation

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably from engineering

2. Good knowledge on procurement regulation, contracting, vendor management, logistics and warehouse management, aviation and marine operations, and permits/regulatory on upstream oil & gas industry

3. Preferable with experience in upstream oil & gas industry

4. Having valid certificate of PTK007 Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Revisi III

5. 8 years experience in procurement and material supply/services in the oil & gas industry

6. Good teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills

7. Proficient in written and spoken English.

Site Procurement Officer (SCM)

Job Purpose

2. Having valid certificate of PTK007 Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Revisi III

3. 10 years experience in procurement and material supply/services in the oil & gas industry

4. Good teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in written and spoken English.

6. Domicile around Surabaya or East Java would be preferred

7. Work placement would be in East Java

Sr. Legal Officer

Job Purpose

Provide legal advice, counsel, legal strategy and development of business agreement as a provision legal support to the Company in decision making, negotiation and closing deals and other activities to achieve Company’s Vision, Goals and Objectives

Main Responsibility:

1. Perform legal review and opinion for all documents (such as tender, etc.) as well as legal implications for the business in order to support and improve management decision making to run the business effectively in Operated Assets

2. Perform and review legal risk assessment and provide legal advice to the management & corporate in order to minimalize legal risks and to protect the corporation from any legal dispute & issues in Operated Assets;

3. Prepare, review and negotiate contracts documents on behalf of the company in order to assist & support various business activities securely and bring as much as the benefit to the company in Operated Assets;

4. Provide legal counsel & protection and handling litigation & non-litigation process to provide legal protection for corporate data and the business in order to secure the effectiveness of the operations in Operated Assets;

5. Review and update all corporate policies & regulations document to ensure the compliance with updated policies and the applicable provision to protect & secure the business operation in terms of legal aspect in Operated Assets.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Legal.

2. 10 years relevant experience in the energy sector (in house or private practice), preferably with International Work Experience.

3. Good teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
