We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

1. POSITION  : E&I Superintendent

Department/Project : Production/NFPS

Education  : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Instrument and automation or similar

Working Experiences : Min. 5 years in similar position and similar field

Working Status  : 6 months contract (extendable depends on performance and project needs)

Work location   : Karimun Yard

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

1. The background priority should be from EPC Projects Electrical & Instrumental Construction with experience in the Oil and Gas & Petrochemical.

2.  Minimum 7 years working experiences in the similar working fields / equivalent”

3. A team player, competent from project conception through to Erection, Installation, Testing, Pre-Commissioning

4. Ability to work unsupervised, good working experience of Project Management, Planning, Job scheduling, Bid Proposal, BOQ/MTO Estimation, QA/QC and Design.

5. Good communication of English Language.

6. Confident with interfacing with subcontractor, client representative and Vendor personnel

7. Proactive approach to decision making and team works

8. Organization ability in multi-interface and technically demanding project

9. Experienced in EEHA Hazardous Area Installations & Inspection

10. HSE awareness and knowledge

11. Knowledge of principal applications in Microsoft Windows

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Leads and manages a team of specialist personnel over seeing closely and engaged with subcontractors to provide a planned, documented perfect managed execution of E&I activities to the pre-commissioning and, commissioning and turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to the end-user, resulting in a safe and functional environment that meets established designed requirements and stakeholder expectations.

2. Review/study the documents/drawing and specification to identify discrepancy which can affect the project completion on time and can be schedule impact.

3. Provide support to Project management on construction and QA/QC matters for any deviation from ITP.

4. Ensuring and verifying the material quality/quantity based on AFC drawing before installation at site to avoid delay of the project

5. Review/study all installation drawings example typical drawing, cable schedule, location drawing, hook-up drawing, airline hook-up drawing, termination details and vendor package to understand the workload to achieve the daily/weekly target and manpower requirement to meet project schedule milestones.

6. Solving the site queries and Co-ordination of Technical issues with internal management and client.

7. Participate in inspection of field Package supplied by vendors at site along with the QAQC team

8. Participate with client for system walk down for system/sub-system handover.

9. Review daily/weekly progress reports for reporting to Site/Project Manager.

10. Participate in daily/weekly subcontractor & construction meetings for smooth completion of the project and ensuring that the discussed points are covered under MOM.
