1. Job Title: Business Development

Jakarta, 12 months; renewal

• Business and client understanding of green chemicals

• Experience in projects for design or EPC of green chemicals plants

• Capabilities in project management & project development (from lead generation to closure)

• 8+ years in BD or project development experience preferred

2. Job Title: Engineering

Jakarta, 12 months; renewal

• Technical understanding of processes relevant to green chemicals

• Experience in process configuration & feasibility studies

• Specific technology knowledge in either electrolysis or (steam) reforming, or related processes preferred

• Preferred 8+ year in technology  solution development/ engineering consultancy

• Experience in EPC or similar preferred

• Familiar with petrochemicals sector incl. technical provider

3. Job Title: Market Analyst

Jakarta, 12 months; renewal

• Market & financial understanding of green chemicals

• Experience in evaluation of new technologies & market assessment from economic, value chain, competitor, & regulatory point of view

• Experience in market & financial modeling incl scenario analysis

• 5+ years experience as market analyst or related role

• Focus on Indonesian Petrochemical, fuels, or Green Chemical preferred

• Experience working with project engineering & EPC teams preferred

4. Job Title: Project Accountant

Gresik, 12 months

• Evaluate engineering documents, purchase orders, drawings, and process diagrams to identify key components that meet capitalization policies and standards.

• Develop complex spreadsheets to track period costs and reconcile costs to date and forecasted costs to complete for long term projects

• Core activities and ability will lead to the identification of assets at multiple levels of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and requires the ability to apply accounting principles to the appropriate assignment of direct, indirect, EPCM and owners’ costs. 

• Ability to data mine project documents to identify and extract supporting documentation to underpin cost assumptions and identify key elements of the constructed asset or components.

• Audit cost assignments and period transactions to ensure accurate and complete cost coding. 

• Ad-hoc Management reports, government reports etc.

• Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules

• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register

• Routine review of commitments for proper accounting charges to the project by purchase orders and service orders.

• Support in the review and collection of documentation for actual charges to the project (journal entries, purchase orders and service orders).

• Assist in the Payment Applications (Pay Apps) review process to audit/validate expenses claimed by the contractors.

• Prepare monthly reports for corporate and the project team.

• Backup person, responsible for the execution and optimization of the accounting and administrative processes of the Pay Apps.

Qualifications & Competencies

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance Management Discipline

• 5+ years of auditing / accounting in multinational company.

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and accuracy

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines

5. Job Title: Planner

Gresik, 12 months

Lead workload activities of the assigned department by planning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities in collaboration with site supervisors through office and field meetings. Plan, schedule, and analyze execution to generate successful resolution of issues. Manage and maintain the integrity of the information management systems to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives.

• High School diploma or GED and 15 years of related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations including four (4) years of specific Planning experience OR

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field and 10 years of related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations

• 5 years of SAP Maintenance Planning (in Civil)

• Can explain the following: BOMs, The steps for planning a job (Example Jobs will be given), Work order flow, planning for Equipment needs vs planning for manpower,

• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft projects and PowerPoint

• Under the guidance of the Equipment Management System (EMS), interact with the Supervisor in the assigned area to establish and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities

• Conduct and participate in daily, weekly and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders

• Review, prioritize and schedule work orders

• Establish and maintain a history for all assigned activities in the Management System

• Engage with onsite Global Sourcing to control warehouse minimum/maximum levels and appropriate storage conditions of materials and parts

• Support execution of contracts by preparing scopes of work for internal and external jobs

• Initiate requests for parts and materials

• Interface with Global Sourcing department, but may deal directly with vendors for the provision of services and equipment

• Responsible for “Runtime Forecasting” process execution and outcomes in assigned area

• Support the area Supervisor in all facets of job preparation, execution and follow up as prescribed by the Company standards, including time spent “in the field” to ensure readiness and availability of materials and equipment resources

• Develop, monitor and adjust schedules for assigned activities.  Maintain these schedules in the Management System

• Collaborate with other Planners and first line Supervisors in the long range planning and scheduling for planned major production shutdowns, including but not limited to, job identification, job priority, resource requirements, materials requirements, budget forecasts and interdepartmental coordination

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of information in the Management System to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives in assigned area

• Assist with maintenance management decisions, including departmental budgets and weekly forecasting

• Ensure adequate forecasting of large dollar maintenance materials to meet maintenance and financial requirements

• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for site management, to assist with the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Perform other duties as needed

6. Job Title: Junior Cost Controller

Papua 12 months

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate engineering disciplined

- 10+ years related experience in engineering/construction

- Must be a good communicator, a working understanding of Microsoft applications in particular Excel

- Experience in Coal or Power Plant Industry

Responsibilities:

- Under general supervision, provides project control support as required to the cost lead and project controls manager which will include: general project management functions, cost and schedule analysis, and project reporting.

- Describe the fundamental duties and functions of the position

- Assist Senior / Cost Controller for larger projects by performing analysis and compiling information

- Preparation of project backup for invoicing and administration of the invoicing process

- Assist on internal and external invoice approval

- Followup on manhours and cost monitoring for the updates of changes to the forecast

- Assist in processing and monitoring project change notices and reporting of changes through Change Management System.

- Assist in Monthly Project Cost Report computation

- Follow up reimbursable costs

- Increase other Department awareness of the Cost Control function

7. Job Title: Cost Engineer Portsite

Papua, 12 months

- Bachelor of Civil Engineering

- Good command of English

- 15+ years’ experience as Cost Engineer/Cost Analyst in Construction

- Must have experience in construction experience with a value of USD 500 million

- Expert in software SAP, CAS, and advanced Excel

- Manages all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

- Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality

- Preparation of Cost Estimates to Budget Project, Detailed of Bill of Quantities, Bid Documents, Tendering Classifications and Negotiations and to the contractors, Report Bids.

- Preparation of Contract Documentation, Project Site Meetings, Negotiating and Clarifications, Change Order Work, Progress Evaluations, Cost reports and Control, Certificates of Payment and Monitoring.

- Prepares Estimates to Budget Project Based on Conceptual Design, Schematic Estimation, Prepares Detailed Estimation

- Prepares quantity take off for all items for Civil Works as per AutoCAD Drawings

- Prepares Bill of Quantities (itemized and priced)

- Coordinate with Client regarding the preparation of Contract

- Analysis, data updating, final cost estimation, and detailed master list requirements, for all Jobsite areas in providing excellent cost estimation services, including preliminary cost estimation preparation, Progress Claim Evaluation, Change Work Order, Evaluation Price Estimate

- Develop accurate detail cost estimation based on Engineering Service Request (ESR) scope of work (Civil Works, Building Works, Mech & Piping Works, Electrical Works, Instrumentation and FSME Works)

- Review, analyst, and recalculate every ballpark/preliminary cost estimation prepared by the Project Engineer or any other department by reconsidering all aspects of engineering drawing, specification, and standards, work method, and any other supporting information using Timberline software

- Periodically update data of labor, material, and equipment unit cost rates

- Evaluate and analyze bid tender and provide appropriate and technically accountable cost estimation recommendation

- Monitor approved AFE (Approval For Estimation) cost estimation and its execution

- Provide assistance to Export-Import group in providing annually master list material breakdown which consists of material category, purchase location-allocation (local/import), quantity, cost estimation, etc., especially for construction projects

- Provide assistance in preparing monthly Administration, MTO, and Cost Estimation group

- Maintain good filing system for all cost estimation data for each project

- Monitor material status, prepare warehouse requisition, prepare purchase request

8. Job Title: Field Piping Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan 6 months; no rotation

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has Experience in the field supervisory of pipelines installation including pipeline routing, sizing, isometric, materials selection, corrosion protection and tiein procedures.

• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as: API, ANSI, ASME, AWE, NACE, ASTM

• Has a proven ability to perform Piping installation and testing with a high level of quality in gas processing plants and utility facilities

• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs.

• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed piping installation activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

• Has ability in quality management and schedule and manhour control of the Piping installation work

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English

9. Job Title: Field ICSS Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan, 6 months No rotation

- At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Instrument/Control Engineering

- 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

- Has a wide range of experience in the Instrument/Control engineering with specific in design and planning for Instrument/Control especially for RFCC, hydrotreating, reforming, and hydrocracking plant include Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)

- Has experience to develop Instrument/Control design basis, conceptual design of Instrument/Control and standard drawings and controlled all the Instrument/Control design activities through the project execution.

- Has Experience in Major Instrument/Control system design.

- Has Experience as Lead Instrument/Control Engineer

- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as API, ANSI, ISA, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70, IEEE, and ICEA.

- It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Instrument/Control systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities

- Has a proven ability to perform Instrument/Control engineering include study, calculation in Instrument/Control System with a high level of quality.

- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest instrument/control engineering software) applicable to such designs

- Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

- Has a good medical record

- Fluent in Communication and writing in English

10. Job Title:  Estimator

Gresik, 12 months

• The estimators should be multi-disciplined and specifically have project Change Order, BOQ, Schedules of rates type Contracts Experience

• Your main responsibility will be to estimate work of particular projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

• Visit sites, warehouses and other venues necessary to do the estimate

• Perform complex analysis of collected data and metrics

• Prepare relevant and reliable forecasts

• Conduct complex risk analysis activities

• Create and present reports to upper management

• Analyze and evaluate offers

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors

• Good communications skills (verbal and written) in English

• Previously worked for Construction – International Projects (with a value of USD 500 million is preferred)

• 15+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
