Legal Advisor

Requirement and Qualification:

- Indonesian citizen

- Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English skills.

- Motivated self-starter, strong personality, capable of working independently with limited resources within tight time constraints.

- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment to achieve clear goals

- Law Degree with minimum 15 Years’ experiences in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) together with professional legal qualifications (eq. solicitor or barrister)

- Strong competencies in negotiation and drafting full range of international petroleum agreement matters

- Broad experiences in review and draft changes to legal documents, ordinances, resolutions, HR Policies, contracts, memorandums, employment agreement, etc.  

- Well established relations with SKKMIGAS, MIGAS and other related departments
