JOB POSTING

1. POSITION  : Project Procurement Coordinator

Department/Project : PROPOL

Education  : Bachelor’s degree in technical major

Working Experiences : Min. 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status : Temporary (extendable)

Work location   : Karimun Yard

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

1. The background priority should be preferred from Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering, with about minimum 10 years working experiences in the similar working fields / equivalent”

2. A team player with a flexible attitude to work for Project

3. Ability to work under pressure

4. Confident in management of interface with Project and internal stakeholders

5. Proactive approach to decision making and team working

6. Organization ability in multi-interface and technically demanding project

7. Good skill in writing and communication in English, Bahasa be a plus

8. Expert Knowledge in Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point), SAP, ARIBA Sourcing

9. High Ethical Conduct

10. Strong Administrative Skill

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Ensure the interfacing between Project and Procurement function

2. Ensure, Perform and Lead the coordination of procurement (purchase order and subcontracts), through a dedicated Project Procurement task force comprising of 3 buyers

3. Issue purchase orders/subcontracts or coordinate the process and related workflow up to the Purchase Order signature by the deputed person

4. Ensure proper reporting of the procurement activities towards the Project organization and the Procurement Function.

5. Ensure that project procurement activities in respect to project requirements and constraints

6. Identify/suggest required corrective actions ensuring the full compliance with procurement procedures.

7. Monitor the consumption of manhours assigned to Procurement, identifying corrective or mitigating actions to optimize efficiency, if necessary
