We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Senior Engineer Mud
JOB ROLES
• Progress detail mud engineering studies during FEED phase; Review, analyze and recommend standard, plan and target for mud engineering during drilling and completion activities; Optimize mud and completion fluid design effectively and efficiently with low HSE risks; Evaluate and define risk and opportunities analysis;
• Study and prepare draft programs for drilling mud and completion fluid in line with Local laws, SKK Migas rules and regulations, INPEX standards and manuals;
• Prepare technical requirement regarding mud services contract; Prepare and recommend contract and procurement strategy, technical functional specifications and scope of work of mud and related services (e.g. solid control);
• Prepare drilling mud and completion fluid cost estimation for IVAS DP4 and FID. Prepare work program and budget /AFEs in order to ensure required budget and plan for mud engineering studies and program; Progress regulatory compliance process to be able to obtain approval as per schedule;
• Estimates the mud, materials, and chemical requirements for stock and for running of all drilling and completion phases; Prepare logistic and supply chain plan for drilling mud/completion fluid.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years with Drilling / Completion Fluids Engineering and Operation experiences in the Oil & Gas Industry.
2. Manager Environment
JOB ROLES
• Manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System that includes policies, strategies, and objectives that compatible with international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and Environmental management best practices and technology to ensure availability of Environmental policy, strategy, and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia expectations and covers all levels of operational practices;
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving Environmental services for INPEX Indonesia operating units, Environmental Management System socialization and communication programs including all related HSSE activities to fulfill the requirement of AMDAL, IFC, Environmental standards and regulations in Indonesia and global world and to ensure Environmental communication programs achieve the target in enhancing HSSE awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties;
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising, and improving Environmental Management System training programs to improve the HSSE Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees.
• Manage the Environmental assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment, AMDAL and IFC requirement; Lead and manage Environmental audit process by developing and maintaining Environmental audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan to comply with Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia Environmental requirements and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units;
• Develop, manage, maintain and review Environmental incident reporting standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrence and analyze/find out the root causes to ensure Environmental incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations;
• Develop, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System documentation and related documents; Develop, maintain, and monitor Environmental key performance indicators, Coordinate Environmental reporting and management review regularly to comply with AMDAL, IFC, INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, HSSE, Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
• A minimum of 15 years and ever hold managerial position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 5 years.
3. Mechanical Superintendent (Static & Piping) (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Manage and coordinate the team in providing input for design mechanical piping parts (including piping component and system, pressure vessel, bolted flange joint) in relation to parts stresses; Evaluate and establish main selection criteria and design codes for mechanical piping parts; Prepare and establish the main operational considerations for mechanical piping parts and systems; Evaluate and identify common failure modes found in mechanical piping; Decide the steps that must be taken to resolve the problem to ensure mechanical piping parts and systems according to project design, project specification and HSSE requirements;
• Review project specification developed during FEED that used to design Pressure Vessel, mechanical equipment and piping;
• Manage and coordinate team in reviewing the detail design of mechanical static parts (including Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Exchanger, Heaters and Fired Heater Equipment, Valves/ Pressure Safety Valves (PSV), Storage Tanks, Flare System) for OLNG project; selection criteria and design codes; operational considerations; common failure modes; maintenance requirements of heat exchangers to ensure the spare parts are in accordance with the project design, project specification & HSSE standard;
• Manage the team in providing mechanical (static/piping) technical inputs; Evaluate and establish technical recommendation in tenders related to Onshore LNG plant (OLNG) development project; Maintain good communication and coordination with Contractors; Monitor and review Contractors performance in order to select the appropriate contractors and Contractors deliverables according to contract;
• Coordinate and prepare mechanical (static/piping) work program and budget including its supporting documents; Manage to get all required approval from the Head Quarters, Management, Business Partners, and SKKMIGAS and provide direction and strategy to accelerate the approval process; to ensure the SKKMIGAS administrative requirement is accomplished and approved within the timeline as a basis of cost recovery;
• Monitor process and evaluate plant layout and 3D models; Establish Mechanical and structure engineering input on risk assessment for OLNG Facilities; Monitor and review mechanical equipment specification, data sheets, Request for Quotations, and Technical Bid Evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets process design and performance requirements and ensure project safety, maintainability and operability;
• Monitor and evaluate best practice in other OLNG projects; Recommend and apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials; Manage any change occurrence in OLNG project, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change in OLNG project is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost;
• Ensure both FEED design output competitively meet Company requirements, and all technical intellectual property is kept as confidential information.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Advanced degree in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. LNG plant Mechanical Engineer Project and Operation experience are required.
4. Senior Engineer Mooring Systems
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review mooring system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient mooring design in Masela block; develop Mooring System plan based on deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy and engineering standards;
• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Mooring System FEED including interface and integration, Mooring System engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Mooring System project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Mooring System engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure Mooring System FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;
• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Mooring System FEED including Mooring System engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Mooring System design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles;
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Mooring System study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and research previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or any other relevant Faculty. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• A minimum of 13 years of working experience. FPSO and/ or FLNG project exposure is preferred.
5. Mechanical Superintendent (Static & Piping) (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Control and Monitor FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping project plan, strategy and target; Evaluate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping strategic plan, detailed design and detailed project plan and target according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for FEED phase as guideline; Coordinate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering project schedule interface and integration to other Groups and Departments, in order to ensure availability of integrated FPSO mechanical engineering project plan;
• Review, Monitor, and update FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule as an input in annual budget and authorization for expenditures (AFE) to be submitted to SKK Migas; to ensure complete and accurate FPSO mechanical static & piping engineering CAPEX and project schedule submission;
• Lead the team to provide technical aspects inputs and technical aspects evaluation in project tenders related to FPSO development especially in Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering; Lead the team to Provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Lead the team to review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO development project especially in Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; Lead the the team to review, and monitor Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; Manage and communicate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering interface with other FPSO Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping interface data and development status, in order to ensure FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping Engineering execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Lead the team to monitor and review FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping procurement, working progress, quality and standards; Lead the team Solve any issues and problems, in order to achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Lead the team to monitor and evaluate FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in all phases of project, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;
• Lead the team to provide expertise input for risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO mechanical engineering;
• Lead the team to monitor and control in setting up plans and/or procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management for rotating equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Technical Science; Tertiary degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferable.
• A minimum of 13 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.

6. Senior Engineer Integration
JOB ROLES
• Monitor management of integration best practices in oil and gas project development around the world, and develop and propose engineering integration consisting of methodologies, policy and procedures, standards, etc., for overall project activities as integration guidelines; to ensure available standards and/or adopted standards for engineering integration of FPSO production system as guidelines;
• Administer integration, act as person in charge (PIC) for change issues, and ensure project changes are identified, documented, reported, and monitored to closure;
• Review, monitor and evaluate the implementation of integration methodology, policy and procedures, standards, etc. on arisen change in project activities, and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact;
• Develop and/or implement early identification and tracking system and tools of all potential changes, develop and maintain change registers and issue reports as well as log and track all changes and their status including closed items.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Engineering within upstream hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
7. Senior Marine Integration Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Provide advice and strategy to initiate, define and proposed Marine technical integration management based on engineering philosophy, available resources, methodologies, INPEX Indonesia values and approach with best practices and technology improvement around the world related to Marine technical integration for production system in order to ensure available standards of Marine technical integration and Company Policy and Procedures as guidelines;
• Evaluate technical aspects and provide solving complex issues on any change and/or deviation of production system in INPEX projects and determine tolerable technical change/deviation, find out the best solutions and manage experts’ advice of those matters to ensure justification on tolerable technical change/deviation in production system and meet engineering principles and advanced technology;
• Monitor and control marine integration technical assurance, technical interface and technical integration implementation to overall technical integration in the each of INPEX Indonesia project phases to ensure that all technical interface and technical integration process are in line with determined technical quality assurance standards, engineering philosophy, and best practices;
• Design and develop early identification and tracking system and tools of any deviation for overall marine technical integration in production system; manage the team to communicate the tracking status to related department, contractors, and other stakeholders, and to develop database of technical integration;
• Review, analyze and monitor integration project risk management and project risk control implemented by INPEX Indonesia, and in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); Prepare risk assessment of system interface and integration in Contractors/Vendors engagement activities in order to ensure availability of reliable project risk assessment method and support detailed integration technical preparation;
• Monitor and review on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in marine integration for each of project phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for system interface and integration meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures..
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Offshore integrated project experience is required.
8. Senior Engineer Reliability, Availability, Maintainability
JOB ROLES
• Develop, propose, and evaluate management system (CMMS) in facilities operation consisting of philosophy, objective, policy, procedures, and other requirement according to standard; Socialize the inspection and maintenance build and technical integration management system to related Parties and monitor its implementation by Company and/or by Contractors (Third Parties); Define operation and maintenance requirements and functionalities to be incorporated into facility design and ensure these are delivered through FEED contracts and carried into EPCI in order to ensure availability management system and technical integration management system for INPEX Indonesia project and guidelines/requirement for operation and maintenance process;
• Develop inspection and maintenance plan that provides how appropriate preparation is made; Create information management plan which defines information management requirements for operation such as real time data gathering, access to engineering and supplier data, historical production data, inspection data to ensure inspection and maintenance requirements are captured for smooth handover from Project;
• Monitor and review facilities design and operation plans and ensure best practices are employed for management of or reliability and maintenance; Review, monitor and evaluate RAM aspects of design and contract scope in the each of FEED/EPCI phases according to determined and agreed standards;
• Review and evaluate technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of Reliability and Maintainability facilities operation that are occurred in the each of FEED/EPCI phases, its impact to facilities performance, inspection interval, inspection duration; Provide technical justification and recommendation related to those aspects based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles;
• Create/propose early identification and tracking system and tools for all reliability and maintenance program to be consistent with RAM assumption; develop, monitor and evaluate database of production system (Inspection, base line data, maintenance program), maintain and record data, information, and documentation related to any deviation occurrence both in Company and in Contractors in order to ensure tracking system, reliability and maintenance program support project activities and improve project efficiency;
• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED and EPCI including technical interface, technical integration, RAM integration, and others to ensure best applicable method for INPEX Indonesia project.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience in the area of Reliability/ Availability Modeling studies is required.
9. Senior Specialist Funding
JOB ROLES
• Conduct work program and plan for project finance scheme and financing arrangement process; Prepare recommendation for work program objective and plan; Monitor and analyze work program implementation and adjust when necessary according to overall program and plan to ensure the availability of financing arrangement for INPEX Indonesia on time and align with requirement, guidelines and regulations;
• Assist and support negotiating and agreeing on any commercial matters related to the Project including LNG Development Agreement with relevant Indonesian authorities for securing bankable finance structures;
• In coordination with related team to conduct and prepare review and analysis project financing arrangement requirement (IFC, lenders, etc.); Provide comprehensive knowledge on IFC and lenders requirement; Prepare financing arrangement proposal based on data and information analysis result and requirement to ensure the financing arrangement proposal in accordance with the requirements;
• Review financing arrangement opportunities from potential lenders and other resources. Develop and compile potential lenders characteristic and requirements; Recommend approach for potential lenders in order to ensure appropriate project financing arrangement and execution of loan agreement with reputable lenders as well as other forms of financing agreements;
• Coordinate with other functions (planning, marketing, finance, legal, technical in Jakarta and Tokyo headquarters) and financial advisor, maintain good relationship with relevant Indonesian authorities to establish commercial viability of the Project.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of either planning, business development, finance, investment or economics analysis.
