We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.

We are looking for qualified candidates for the position:

1. Rig Superintendent (Land Rig)

• Have 5 – 10 years of experience in the same position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification

• Familiar with Rig min. 1750-2000 HP

• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for onshore operations

• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling

• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry

• Legislative safe work practice knowledge

• Proficient in English (written & oral)

2. Tour Pusher (Land Rig)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Have valid IADC/ IWCF certifications.

• Have Valid APB Migas certifications.

• Familiar with Rig min. 1750-2000 HP

• Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for onshore/offshore operation

• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling

• Proficient in English (written & oral)

3. Driller (Land Rig)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certifications

• Have Valid JB Migas certifications

• Familiar with Rig min 2000 HP

• Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for onshore/offshore operation

• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment   handling

• Legislative safe work practice knowledge

• Proficient in English (written & oral)

4. Chief Mechanic (Land Rig)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Proven hands-on skills & experience in Inspection/ Maintenance / Overhaul of Drilling and Power Generation Equipment

• Hands-on experience in maintenance & overhaul of CAT 3512, 399, 389 gensets or CAT 3516, 3508, C32 gensets.

• Familiar with Rig min 1750-2000 HP.

• Hands-on experience in inspection, maintenance of drilling equipment such as NOV/ MH Wirth heritage Drawworks, Rotary, Mud Pumps, Top Drives, Pipe Handling Equipment.

• Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/MH-Wirth) a plus

• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, O&M manuals and technical codes (API, ANSI, etc).

5. Chief Electrician (Land Rig)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Hands-on experience in inspection & maintenance of AC-VFD drive systems (Siemens/ ABB) and /or DC SCR systems (Ross Hill, IPS).

• Hands-on experience in maintenance of Generators (CAT, KATO, GE), Drilling Motors (GE752), SCR Control System (GE MicroDrill, IPS, M&I)

• Hands-on experience in maintenance & overhaul of CAT 3512, 399, 389 gensets or CAT 3516, 3508, C32 gensets.

• Have valid CompEx certification is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, O&M manuals and technical codes (API, ANSI, etc).

• Familiar with Rig min. 1750-2000 HP

• Proven hands-on skills & experience in Inspection and Preventive Maintenance of Drilling and Power Generation Equipment.

•   Strong trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.

• Hands on experience in the use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems, spare parts management.

•  Able to delegate and manage a crew of junior Maintenance Personnel.

6. Mechanic Supervisor (Land Rig)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Have technical knowledge in drilling machinery & Drilling process for Onshore/offshore operations

•  Familiar with Rig min. 1750-2000 HP

• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling

• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry

7. Electric Supervisor (Land Rig)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Have technical knowledge in drilling machinery & Drilling process for Onshore/offshore operations

•  Familiar with Rig min. 1750-2000 HP

• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling

• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry

8. Materialman (Land Rig)

• Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Have technical knowledge in drilling rig equipment

• Legislative safe work practice knowledge

• Proficient in English (written & oral)

• Computer Literate

• Communication skills

• Good Team Player

• Attention to Detail

9. Truck Pusher (Land Rig)

• Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (experience in geothermal projects will be an advantage)

• Heavy Duty Equipment Supervision experience

• Have DDT certification would be preferable

• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling

• Have legislative safe work practice knowledge

• Proficient in English (written & oral)
