Govt plans tender for three geothermal areas in October

The paper quoted Geothermal Director at the Directorate General of New and Renewable Energy Yunus Saifulhak as saying that the three geothermal working areas to be offered to investor in the planned tender in October are Way Ratai, Bukit Kili and Marana.
The Wai Ratai working area spans a number of regencies in Lampung with area with probable resources of 105 MW. The Bukit Kili working area is located in Solok, West Sumatra, with potential resources of 65 MW, and the Marana working area is located in Donggala regency, Central Sulawesi, with probable resources of 40 MW.
As has been previously reported, Yunus reiterated that the tender for the Gunung Lawu geothermal working area (spanning Central and East Java) and Danau Ranau geothermal working area (in Lampung and South Sumatra). (*)
