House selects 8 DEN members

The House of Representatives has finally selected the eight members of the National Energy Council (better known as DEN) for the 2014-2019 term, a member of the House Commission VII, which oversees the energy sector, Milton Pakpahan told Petromindo.com Monday.
The House is scheduled to hold a plenary meeting on Tuesday for the official decision.
The selected DEN members for the 2014-2019 period are: Tumiran (DEN member during 2009-2014 period), Abadi Poernama (former President Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy), Syamsir Abduh (senior lecturer at the Trisakti University), Andang Bachtiar (member of the expert board at the Forum of Oil and Gas Producing Regions), A. Sony Keraf (former minister of environment), Achdiat Atmawinata (expert staff to the minister of industry), Dwi Hary Soeryodi (a director at Surabaya-owned market management firm PD Pasar Surya Surabaya), and Rinaldy Dalimi (DEN member during 2009-2014 period).
