Tangkuban Parahu settles bankruptcy case

The Central Jakarta Commercial Court approved on Monday a debt settlement agreement between PT Tangkuban Parahu Geothermal Power and its creditors, thus ending its bankruptcy case.
?With the approval of the settlement deed, the bankruptcy (case against) PT Tangkuban Parahu Geothermal Power has ended since August 10, 2015,? the company?s former curator said in a statement obtained Thursday.
Tangkuban Parahu, a subsidiary of PT Indonesia Power, is developing a 2x55 MW geothermal power plant in West Java.
