BP Berau Ltd invites Supplier to participate the prequalification process for tender GEOPHYSICAL AND GEOTECHNICAL SITE SURVEY FOR OFFSHORE TANGGUH FUTURE No. 4420004430. The tender process No. 4420004430 refers to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revisi 05) Buku Kedua and Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/SO and including its amendment from time to time ("PTK 007") as the tender procurement guideline of goods and services for Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Contractor.

General Scope of Work

The Tangguh Future project is needed as a new resource to be able to help meet the gas needs for three (3) LNG refineries. In preparation for the development of the Tangguh Future Project, bp needs services to obtain geophysical and geotechnical survey data as planning material for the selection of platform locations, drilling rig placement and pipelines. Survey activities are needed to collect bathymetry, metocean, soil morphology data, soil samples and conduct analysis to obtain soil stratigraphy, property data for mechanical, physical and chemical soil that will be used for platform foundation design and pipeline design as well as to conduct shallow gas hazard analysis for rig placement locations. In addition, this series of surveys is also carried out social programs for the surrounding community to support geophysical and geotechnical survey work.

Work locations will be in Tangguh Offshore, or other locations as approved by bp. This work is estimated to be completed by twenty four (24) months.

Contractor shall have good capability and proven experience to manage similar works in offshore geophysical and geotechnical site survey.

MINIMUM LOCAL CONTENT : 55%

RISK CLASSIFICATION : High Risk

JOB CLASSIFICATION : Petroleum and Natural Gas Mining Supporting Activities (KBLI No. 09100)

COMPANY STATUS : PMDN company, PMA company, Consortium PMDN with PMDN, and/or Consortium PMDN with PMA Company and /or Foreign company which the lead of the consortium is PMDN or PMA company

To become invited CANDIDATE in the prequalification process above, Supplier shall register and submit:

1. Letter to request to participate Prequalification process which includes information: email address and mobile phone of 2 (two) contract persons of CANDIDATES who shall be contactable in relation with the Prequalification process which will be held in ARIBA portal.

2. Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi (SPDA) with classification and job classification that meet with this Tender requirement.

3. Statement Letter stating commitment to achieve minimum local content as determined above or copy of local content released by authorized government institution.

4. Evidence of Supplier's business is aligned with the work classification above: SKUP Migas or Surat Izin Usaha or other valid certificates issued by Kementerian/Lembaga/Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah/Institution or organization appointed by the goverment.

5. Evidence of experience in providing Offshore Geophysical and Geotechnical Site Survey services in the offshore remote area at least one similar work within the last ten (10) years.

6.  Evidence of capability to provide Indonesian-flagged survey vessel capable of operating in shallow waters (10-meter water depth) and strong current, accompanied by evidence of experience in successfully completing similar projects. Specifically for geotechnical scope, capability to provide dedicated geotechnical vessels with geotechnical derrick located midship (no side mounted) on vessel / moonpool.

7.  Statement Letter stating commitment confirming the availability of the survey vessel for the Geophysical work scope during Q1 2027 and for the Geotechnical work scope during Q3 2027.
