1. Position Title: Change Management Officer
Balikpapan 13 – 36 Months


• 5+ years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Has been an officer responsible for risk management on similar projects.
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manages anticipated resistance
• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
• Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
• Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
• Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English 

2. Position Title: 224. Analyst Expediting & Customs Clearance - Refinery
Jakarta 24 months
Balikpapan 23 months


• At least a Bachelor degree in Logistic
• 10+ years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has experience in HSSE management system
• To ensure the clearing of good from the Customs within the shortest possible time.
• To ensure that Annual Customs Duty Exemption is obtained and applied for all applicable items
• Oversee the overall assignments of the Air freight and Sea freight Customs Clearance Officers.
• Prepare Customs Duty Exemption Form for materials and components, submit to the Ministry of Industry and Electricity, and get the approval.
• Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, translate invoices, and forward them to the Customs Broker.
• Follow-up with the Customs Brokers for clearance of imported items within the shortest possible time and/or the agreed time frame.
• Request and get approval for payment of Customs Duty on non-exempted items. Forward the advance payment requests to Accounts for releasing the cheque.
• Receive invoices from Custom Broker, scrutinize and get approval for payment from the Accounts Manager and passing it to Accounts.
• Control and update quantity of exempted items in system in order to monitor the balance available quantities.
• Follow up of customs duty refund claims from Customs authorities.
• Follow up for the clearance of undertakings given related to imported materials clearance and keep proper records for all pending cases.
• Prepare all documents for import shipments.
• Observe all changes related to customs duty exemptions, tariff, etc., and act accordingly
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English. 

3. Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
Permanent; no rotation.

Accountable for the delivery of design documentation for a range of civil projects under the direction of the PNG Country manager and Group Lead Civil Engineer in Brisbane. Expected to provide support and direction to civil designers and drafters within the civil team as well as liaising directly within the wider project team to resolve issues.

Technical Services Manager/Functional Manager - Obtain guidance and long-term career support
Principal Engineers - Direct reporting relationship. Obtain high level direction and technical expertise.
Technical Service Personnel - Provide guidance and mentoring to Engineers and Graduates where required. Provide technical specifications and review Civil specific drawings by Drafters and Designers.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Qualifications (including Technical Competencies) required for this position:
• Tertiary qualifications in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or similar
• Member IEAust., Member ENZ or approaching eligibility (desired)
• Member or Registered Engineer IEPNG or approaching eligibility or eligible
• CPEng or approaching eligibility (desired)
• Certificate English Requirements (IELTS, TISOL or other International Certificate)
• Familiar with PNG (Papua New Guinea) General Induction
• Expiry passport is Augustus 2020.

Skills & Experience required for this position:
• 10+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Design experience of roads and pavements, storm water drainage, urban streets, services co-ordination, airport pavement and site earthworks
• Ability to work with 12D civil design software is essential
• Enhanced knowledge of the Engineering ISO, AS, ANSI, API etc. standard design codes
• Prior experience in a supervisory/mentoring capacity
• Committed to developing efficient and economical designs
• Committed to schedule and budget allocated for tasks
• Self-discipline and able to manage own daily work allocation as well as those assigned to support subgroup
• Identify schedule/budget warning signs early
• Ability to lead small teams and a commitment to mentoring and coaching of personnel.
• Adept at conflict resolution
• Intermediate level in all Microsoft Office programs
• Strong technical computer skills specific to the position

4. Position Title: Document Controller
Jakarta 12 months

Document controller job purpose :
• Ensures that project documentation is properly captured, catalogued and controlled using project applied systems.
• Prepares reports and fix identified problems

Main Accountabilities
• Controls all technical documentation related to project activities within contractual requirements and EPCI procedures (including confidentiality).
• Assists with development, maintenance and improvement of projects document control work processes.
• Manages supplier documentation.
• Collects information for reports.
• Maintain document management system

Requirements:
• Expertise using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Min. Bachelor Degree (Any major) preferably from reputable university
• Min. 5 years Experiences in same position (document control) from oil and gas industry
• Fluent in English
• Advanced computer literacy
• Able to work under pressure

5. Position Title: Process Integration Manager
Jakarta 24 months
Balikpapan 23 months
Resident Engineering


• Has experience 7+ years’ experience as Lead Process Engineer in main unit in in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, RFCC, Revamp, Utilities or Underwater.
• At least a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position AND min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position at least for 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• 7+ years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has extensive experience in project management of multi-discipline projects including Joint Venture operation and multi-international engineering for EPCC lump-sum and reimbursable projects
• Has experience in HSSE management system
• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Engineering projects with high quality and client satisfaction
• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site on Process Issues in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of ISBL and OSBL unit integration & interface.
• Has Experience in engineering design for major Process Plant
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
• Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.

6. Position Title: 222/223. Officer Material & Equipment Database
Jakarta 29 – 38 Months
Resident Engineering


• At least a Bachelor degree in Logistics
• Expertise in Software: SAP & KIMAP (Pertamina Material Identification Code)
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years
• OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 3 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• At least minimum 5 (five) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Manage MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) output to find opportunities for avoided purchases.
• Has experience in HSSE management system
• Manage inventory to Demand and month on hand target
• Manage assigned category of materials and perform analysis for forward looking material forecast.
• Work closely with asset management / warehouse to establish the needs and ensure the material fulfillment.
• Act as primary interface for between divisions and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of material.
• Forecast Inventory impacts based on construction, operating, & maintenance requirements.
• Manage inventory catalog for accuracy and format.
• Develop and maintain a team approach with client population.
• Ensure proper reorder signals and lead time accuracy
• Support and manage change management needs for Inventory/Warehouse OEM procedures
• Have knowledge of standard material code and able to make data base material according to category and material groups.

7. Position Title: 9/10. Risk Analyst
Jakarta 35 months
Resident Engineering


• At least a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Has experience 5 (five) years’ experience as Process Risk Engineer in offsite, utilities and offshore facilities in refinery
• Has minimum 7 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Know and adhere to contract requirements that have an influence on the risk Management (risks and opportunities)
• Assess the risk of occupancy and give recommendation in order to minimize the occurrences of the risk
• Identify, record and report all project risks in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain the project risk register and ensure that appropriate action plans are in place to mitigate identified risks and that those actions are regularly reviewed and effectively managed on weekly basis and define the setup of the risk management for the work packages.
• Facilitate and contribute in risk workshops and Risk meetings, including Risk meetings for work packages and risk review meetings. Frequency, participation and form to agree with Risk and Opportunity Manager/Project Manager.
• Conduct risk analysis in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
• Has experience in HSSE management system

• Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality
• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.
• Has a good medical record

8. Position Title: 207. Cost Estimator
Balikpapan 50 months
Resident Engineering


• At least 5+ years’ Experience as Cost Estimator
• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases
• be able to create estimating data bases from bids
• has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.
• Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.
• Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.
• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

9. Position Title: Freight Forwarder
Jakarta - 12 months

 

Main Job : support procurement to manage import and export activities.
• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Must have 3-5 years experiences in same position from oil and gas industry (preferably)
• Must have 3-4 years experiences in Handling importation, local shipment and exportation documents
• Fluent in English
• Must have a knowledge in handling master list is preference
• Must have experiences that related to custom officer

10. Position Title: Process Engineer – ISBL
Jakarta 25 months

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery ISBL Licensed Units (especially RFCC Plant, hydrotreating, alkylation, isomerization, reforming, hydrogen plant, hydrocracking plant, SRU)
• Expertise in ISBL (Inside Battery Limit ) portion of an expansion project typically focuses on the addition of new or additional process units to the existing refinery configuration.
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,
• American Petroleum Institute (API),
• American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
• Instrument Society of American (ISA),
• American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
• Has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Process systems and Specification. in gas processing plants and utility facilities
• Has a proven ability to perform Process engineering include study, calculation in Mechanical System with a high level of quality.
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (process simulation i.e HYSYS/Pro I I/Flare Net, design engineering software, etc.)
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has a good medical record
