All positions above for placement in Jepara, Central Java, except for Business Development Senior Staff and Corporate Legal Senior Staff will be placed in Jakarta. 1. Business Development Senior Staff (Code: BD SS)

a. Department  : Business Development

b. Superior/User  : Business Development Manager

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree, majoring Engineering or Business/Economics or Law

e. Work Experience : Minimum 5 years working experience, in which 1 year as Senior Staff in an international company of a large-scale industry, preferably from Electric Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Mining industries.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Securing development of the Project to achieve milestone according to PPA and in compliance with the laws and regulations

• Securing proper implementation of all Project Documents and Finance Documents,

• Establishing and developing strong relationship with Customer (PLN), relevant government institutions and other stakeholders of the Project to secure sustainable operation of the Company;

• Acquiring and maintaining Licenses and Permits required by the Project in cooperation with related Department within the Company

• Supporting and assisting other Departments in performing their works to achieve their targets.

2. Corporate Legal Senior Staff (Code: CL SS)

3. Boiler Mechanical Supervisor (Code: BMS P3)

a. Department  : Mechanical Maintenance

b. Superior/User : Boiler Leader

c. Subordinate  : Boiler Technicians

d. Education  : Diploma degree (D-3) in Mechanical Eng., Naval Eng. or Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 10 years as Boiler Mechanical Technicians with large capacity (>400 MW).

e. Work Experience : Minimum seven (7) years’ experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in power generation, especially Boiler pressure parts and its auxiliary, Pulverizers and rotating equipment.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) required base on CMMS work orders and base on mechanical boiler maintenance procedure and instruction

• Carry out coordination to other Departments or sections in Maintenance execution Including emergency work

• Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance

• Collect and keep all data record of repair, calibration, test and measurement result of equipments in Boiler Area

• Maintain function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in Boiler Area as well as standard required

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Boiler Leader and record it into CMMS work order

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies

• Develop of technicians capability and knowledge by technical, safety and non technical training (initial training of newly recruited, general technical, emergency response, first aid, general safety, maintenance procedure, administration procedure etc.)

• During mobilization period, take part in testing and commissioning and record the specification of equipment’s and test result in correct record database

• Maintain work order hardcopy file in database and fulfill work order comment in CMMS

• Maintain of Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation in maintenance daily activity

• Support of technician work for fault troubleshooting and analysis to the critical problem in main equipments

• Monitor and maintain high standard for Boiler maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern

• Develop Boiler maintenance work check sheet and instruction, to be reviewed by Boiler Leader

• Conduct routine daily safety and technical tool box meeting before distribute work order to technicians

• Propose to Boiler Leader for Boiler mechanical maintenance works plan have to be schedulled and conducted on next outage or shutdown period

• Propose to Boiler Leader for critical spare parts to be added and stocked in CMMS inventory database and Store

• Participate to implement the policy of quality, safety, health and environment within BJS

4. Chemical Engineer (Code: CHE Eng)

a. Department: Operation

b. Superior/User: Station Chemist

c. Subordinate: -

d. Education:  Minimum Bachelors Degree, Majoring Chemical Engineering with min GPA 3.00

e. Work Experience : Minimum 4 years in the same position as Chemical Engineer in a large-scale Thermal Electric Power Generation plant of Unit capacity of at least 300 MW, Oil & Gas, or Mining industries. Good knowledge for Steam Water analysis in Boiler Sub-critical/ Supercritical. Strong analytical skills (especially for Coal Analysis & Preparation) experience in procurement management and negotiation skills, good expediting management, and contract management.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Daily Meeting of all Chemical for water and steam processing activities in 2x1,000 MW Coal Fired Steam Power Plant. Monitoring Boiler tubes after Boiler Chemical Cleaning, and to ensure that water and steam are in good condition during Boilers first firing and throughout Normal operation.

• Maintain and monitor the chemical parameters and operation parameter in Seawater pretreatment, Desalination plant and DM plant, Chlorination, waste water treatment plant are between limit , safe and working properly, take corrective action as necessary and maintain them within prescribed limits.

• Managing and Controlling the operational activities of chemical laboratories (Familiar with Preparation & Coal Analysis, good knowledge Boiler Water & Steam Analysis, Water Treatment Plant & Waste Water Treatment Plant Analysis, and Oil Analysis)

• Implement Quality Control for chemical substances, such as lubricants, resins, reagents etc. to ensure its operated within normal parameters.

• Provide and reviewing of All Standard Operating Procedure regarding Chemical Plant activity.

• Controlling and maintaining adequate stocks of necessary chemicals for day to day activities.

• Development of Annual planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting in cooperation with other departments.

• Monitoring and controlling of contractors and subcontractors to ensure work quality is according to contract specification and meeting the minimum standards.

• Supervision and guidance of Chemist and assistant chemist, including third party contractor’s personnel.

5. Turbine Engineer (Code: TE P3)

a. Department  : Engineering

d. Education  :  Minimum Bachcelor Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) in mechanical engineering.

e. Work Experience : Minimum five (5) years or equivalent experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services in the field of thermal power plant, or on chemical or petro plants.

f. Position overview : The Turbine Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for equipment related to Steam Turbine as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the programme in pursuit of plant long-term welfare

• Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects

• Writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards

• Executing, monitoring and controlling CM, PM and PdM maintenance items based on plant criticality, in terms of minimizing down time, by proposing effective maintenance tasks

• Support of the Maintenance team members in resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidences

• Support with the technical evaluations of tender submissions

• Assisting with the development of feasibility studies including return on investment, and cost-benefit analysis

• Administration of Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO)

• Provide training to Maintenance group members on the proper use of CMMS

• Providing plant monitoring and evaluation support of life-cycle evaluation and surveillance services.

e. Work Experience : Minimum five (5) years or equivalent experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing electrical engineering services in the field of thermal power plant, or on chemical or petro plants.

f. Position overview : The Electrical Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for electrical equipment as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel.  They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the programme in pursuit of plant long-term welfare

• Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects

c. Education  : Minimum Technical High School plus Power Plant study, Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree is preferable, in Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., or Chemical Eng.

d. Work Experience :  Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Coal Fired Power Plant. Fresh graduate with suitable educational background are welcome to apply.

e. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operation Procedures for sub systems and or systems operation.

• Patrol work and operation of the sub systems and or systems (Boiler, Turbine-Generator, Balance of Plant, Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plant) including start up and shut down in safe, reliable, efficient manner while ensuring environmental compliance, including system periodic operation switching and it’s confirmation testing.

• Provision of trouble shooting and or proposals for efficiency improvements on sub systems and or systems operation, to the Unit Controller

• Communicate to the Unit Controllers for any findings of defect and or abnormality of the sub systems and or systems.

•  When so authorized, carry out the activities of an Authorized Person as defined in the Company Safety Rules, to isolate and de-isolate electrical and mechanical    System.

• Periodic secondment for training as Fire Fighting team member, whenever required

9. Unit Controller (Code: UC P3)

a. Department  :  Operation

b. Superior/User :  Shift Leader

c. Subordinate  :  Assistant Unit Controller

d. Education  : Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor Degree is preferable in Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Naval Eng., Physic Eng., Chemical Eng.

e. Work Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience in Power Generation, including 3 years holding Unit Controller or Assistant Unit Controller of at least 300 MW CFPP.

f. Other Requirement : Holding any Power Plant Operation Competency Certificate Level 2 and Boiler Operation Class 1.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operation Procedures for system and or Unit operations.

• Operation of the Unit, including start up and shut down in safe, reliable, efficient manner while ensuring environmental compliance.

• Communication and or coordination with the Plant Operator, Water Treatment & Waste Water Treatment Operators, Coal Handling Operators, Maintenance staff, Chemist Station staff to ensure cooperation for all operation activities including for periodic switching/confirmation tests, if any.

• Provision of trouble shooting and or proposals for efficiency improvements on systems, Unit and or Plant operations, to the Shift Leader.

• Preparing of defect reports to CMMS both for DCS defect or Plant Operator finding.

• Provision of skills and knowledge transfer to the Plant Operators on an ongoing basis.

• Periodic secondment for training as Fire Fighting team member, whenever required.

10. Boiler Leader (Code: BL P3)

a. Department : Maintenance Mechanical

b. Superior/User : Maintenance Mechanical Manager

c. Subordinate : Boiler Mechanical Supervisor

d. Education  : Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Eng., Naval Eng.

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level in Power Generation, especially Boiler pressure parts & it’s auxiliary, Pulverizers and rotating equipment. Having such welding inspector certificate will be preferable. Having maintenance competency certificate Level 3 will be preferable

f. Other Skill  : Computer Skill, basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word, MS-Project), knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO) would be advantageous.

g. Job Description         :

• Preparation of maintenance plans for the Boiler pressure parts & it’s auxiliary systems, Pulverizers and rotating equipment for mechanical scope of work, based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan,

• Monitoring and controlling of maintenance  performance in term of minimizing down time,  optimizing the costs, performing effective maintenance tasks, and continuously improving competency of the maintenance team.

• Support in developing equipment criticality assessments for prioritizing the maintenance activities and determination of necessary spare parts.

• Analyze any defect and or abnormality report of the equipment to determine any corrective maintenance required to be taken.

• Managing the team in order to improve maintainability of the equipment.

• Close coordination with Engineering Department in  relation to the PdM activities.

• Close coordination with Engineering Department in relation to the re-certification of Plant’s worthiness or other re-certification required by authorized institutions.

• Monitoring and supervision of third-party contractor activities as required during outages and exceptional maintenance activities.

• Provide and encourage time to time development of team’s knowledge and skill.
