DEPARTMENT HEAD - REMUNERATION
Objectives of this position is to manage HR operation system correctly, accurately, and in timely manner. The scope of responsibilities including compensation and benefit, business travel, employment administration, and HRIS.
Qualification:
• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in remuneration and human resource roles within a large-scale corporate environment
• Possess knowledge of contemporary remuneration and benefit practices, employment taxes, legislation and market practice
• People management experience preferred, willing to work in Jakarta
