The following description of the position, qualifications and requirements:

1. Boiler Maintenance - Technician (MD – Boiler)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to conduct the maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manners.

a. To repair malfunction equipment and maintenance work in Boiler sector such as:

• Main Boiler and its main equipment including (burner, igniter, furnace, attemperators, Safety valves, soot blowers, steam separator, etc.);

• Boiler auxiliary content with following system: fuel/coal system (silo, feeder and pulverizer); air transport system (FD fan, PA fan, scanner blower, etc.); Flue gas system (air heater, ESP, ID fan, chimney);

• Auxiliary boiler and fuel oil system (diesel oil installation from tank to burners);

• SSCC and Bottom Ash Transport System.

b. To make daily, weekly, and monthly checking report;

c. Supervise the support staff.

Job Requirements:

a. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering;

b. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as Boiler Maintenance Technician position in power plant industry.

c. Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage;

d. Good command in English both verbal and written;

e. Willing to be based in Cirebon, West Java.

2. Turbine Maintenance - Technician (MD – Turbine)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to conduct the maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manners.

a. To repair malfunction equipment and maintenance work in Turbine sector such as:

• Main turbine system (Turbine, Generator, Exciter, Hydrogen, Lube Oil, etc);

• Turbine Auxillary system content with following system: control valves system (MSV, RSV, ECV, MOV, etc.); dearator, HP heater, LP heater, condenser , etc.; sea water pump, cooling water pump, condensate pump, boiler feed pump-turbine drive, etc.;

• Air compressor system;

• Emergency diesel pump system

b. To make daily, weekly, and monthly checking report;

c. Supervise the support staff.

Job Requirements:

a. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering;

b. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as Turbine Maintenance Technician position in power plant industry.

c. Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage;

d. Good command in English both verbal and written;

e. Willing to be based in Cirebon, West Java.

3. BOP Maintenance - Technician (MD – BOP)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to conduct the maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manners.

a. To repair malfunction equipment and maintenance work in BOP sector such as:

• Water treatment plant (sea water intake system, chlorination system; water treatment system);

• Waste water treatment plant;

• Cooling tower and cooling water pump system;

• All plant services pump system;

• Fire water system;

b. To make daily, weekly, and monthly checking report;

c. Supervise the support staff.

Job Requirements:

a. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering;

b. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as BOP Maintenance - Technician position in power plant industry.

c. Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage;

d. Good command in English both verbal and written;

e. Willing to be based in Cirebon, West Java.

4. Electrical Maintenance - Technician (MD – Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to conduct the maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manners.

a. To repair malfunction equipment and maintenance work in Electrical sector (Boiler or Turbine) such as:

a.1. Boiler Area

• Main boiler (tubing, burner, furnace, sootblower system, etc.);

• Bottom ash transport (economizer, pyrite hopper, SSDC and its accessories, and fly transport system);

• Auxiliary boiler package, included fuel oil system;

• Coal handling system (ship un-loader, conveyor system, stacker -reclaimer, crusher,etc.)

a.2. Turbine Area

• Main turbine system (turbine, generator, exiter, hydrogen, lub oil system, etc.);

• WTP (Desal-RO system, chlorination and make up water plant);

• WWTP, cooling water system, fire water system, condensate polisher plant and air compressor system) ;

• Unit transformer, 150 KV, switchyard, and all of substation/MCC system.

b. To make daily, weekly, and monthly checking report;

c. Supervise the support staff.

Job Requirements:

a. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering;

b. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as Electrical Maintenance - Technician position in power plant industry.

c. Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage;

d. Good command in English both verbal and written;

e. Willing to be based in Cirebon, West Java.

5. I&C Maintenance - Technician (MD – I&C)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to conduct the maintenance on the equipment of the power plant based on working procedures that has been defined to keep the equipment performance in safely manners.

a. To repair malfunction equipment and maintenance work in I&C sector (Boiler or Turbine) such as:

a.1. Boiler Area

• Main boiler (tubing, burner, furnace, sootblower system, etc.);

• Bottom ash transport (economizer, pyrite hopper, SCF and its accessories, and fly transport system);

• Auxiliary boiler package, included fuel oil system;

• Coal handling system (ship un-loader, conveyor system, stacker -reclaimer, crusher,etc.)

a.2. Turbine Area

• Main TG control system;

• Plant packaged auxiliaries control system such as air compressor, cooling tower system, chlorination system, water and waste water system, condensate polisher plant).;

• Field instrumentation;

• Control valves ;

• Vibration monitoring system;

• Thermal stress monitoring system.

b. To make daily, weekly, and monthly checking report;

c. Supervise the support staff.

Job Requirements:

a. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering;

b. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as I&C Maintenance - Technician position in power plant industry.

c. Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage;

d. Good command in English both verbal and written;

e. Willing to be based in Cirebon, West Java.
