PT Semen Grobogan is a Cement Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in Semarang - Central Java. For assignment in Semarang and ready to be assigned on site. Currently, we are looking for candidates with the following position requirements:

Quarry Mining Manager

Semarang - Site

Working Experience:

• Has minimum of 15 years experience in Mining Industry with at least 5 years in a Limestone Quarry Operation

• Experience in Coordinating and Managing a Team of Mining, which consisted of Short & Long Term Mining Engineer, Geologist, Surveyor, and a team of Operation such as Drilling & Blasting, Ripping Dozing, Loading Hauling, and Contractor

• Experience in handling a Project Development especially Quarry Development

Skills:

• Has a good personal communication skill both within the mining group as well as to Cement Plant personnel

• Well understanding of mining safety and a good mining practice

• Good mining fleet management to achieve the effectiveness and efficiencies

• Demonstrated a good understanding on cement process plant

• Sounds familiar with Environmental awareness, and CSR

• Familiar with Budgeting and Cost Control

• Familiar with mining software such as Surpac

• Good in writing and presentation skills

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineer, additional post graduate degree will be an advantage

• POU certification, but POM will be considered

• Other certification in Safety and Environmental is an advantage

Other Qualification:

• To be able to work under pressure

Detailed Main Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Quarry Development and Operation in safely, cost effective, and timely manner

• Coordinate to provide a strategic mine plan to prepare raw materials for cement plant according to quality requirements

• Liase with Maintenance for a good equipment management to support operation

• Coordinate annual Budget for Mining group

• Prepare a regular management report and presentation to BOD

• Fulfill the mandatory reports to Government as regulated

• Based in Semarang and willing working in Site

GM Sales and Marketing

Semarang - Site

Working experience: 15 Years in Area of marketing cement product

Skills : Good knowledge of marketing strategy for cement industry especially in Central Java region, including market potential, distribution channel , user profiles (retail and projects), packaging, pricing, product knowledge, logistic / transportation means.

Detail main job responsibilities:

The candidate will be required to formulate a good marketing strategy for selling cement mainly in Central Java Region, for a new cement, with a good and sustainable program

CSR Manager

Semarang - Site

Requirements :

Working Experience: Minimun 15 Years in Area of CSR and Community Development

Skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of community, social issues and security operational.

• Experience with leadership of multi disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and  building cohesive team function.

Education: Bachelor Degree

Other Qualification:

• Preferable with mining experience

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop all company plan and strategy in building up relations and develop programs, identifying community skills, issues and needs.

Semarang - Site

Manage all aspects of purchasing to efficiently and cost-effectively support organizational operations.

Experience :

• 15 years in Area of Purchasing Manager (purchasing & procurement)

• working knowledge of all laws and regulations relating to procurement and contracts

• knowledge of purchasing and supply chain systems, LEAN principles of planning and MRP/ERP systems often required

Education

• Bachelor degree in business, materials management, operations management, engineering or related field

• High competency level in MS Office applications

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices

• monitor ongoing compliance with purchasing policies and procedures

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Semarang - Site

Job Responsibility:

- To manage accounting, Internal Audit, Finance, Tax and collection division

- To manage existing SOP and business process in each division

- Prepare accounting and financial analytical review for management

- To manage financial planning (cash flow and investment) and on time accounting reporting to internal and external parties.

- To manage the process of account receivable, collection, set up target, action plan and review.

- Ensure the long outstanding account receivable stay at minimum level

Requirements:

- Age max. 40 years old

- Have minimum 5 years’ experience in the position

- Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Accounting

- Excellent in tax knowledge, tax update, tax program, tax planning

- Experience with accounting software

- Having skill in computer operations.

- Having skill in ERP Literated.

- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations

- Brevet A&B tax certificate is preferred

LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Develop a logistical budget and maintain operational activities efficiently and effectively according to the allocated budget.

• Carry out revenue administration, make Proof of Entry goods according to purchase orders (PO) and travel documents.

• regulate, issue goods and make daily transaction reports: preparatory status reports, goods transaction reports, goods items, goods processing statistics, inventory control calculation reports.

Safety Supervisor

Semarang - Site

• Supporting the development of OHS policies and programs

• Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)

• Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measure

• compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines and regulations

• provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations.

• Detail - oriented and ready to act in emergencies.

• The goal is to establish a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a culture of attention to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of OHS policies and programs

• Provides advice and instructions on various safety related topics (noise level, working at heights, machine use, etc.)

• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures

• Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation

• Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives

• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)

• Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.

• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy

• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims

• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

Requirements

• Proven experience as safety officer min 7 years

• In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures

• Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices

• Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety

• Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics

• Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Diligent with great attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics

• Min. D3 or Bachelor degree in safety management, engineering or relevant field is preferred

• Certificate in occupational health and safety
