Cost Control Supervisor

Job Description

• 5+ years experience in the related area as a Cost Controller, preferred in supervisory level with at least five-years supporting an engineering and construction project, preferably in the mining - construction sector

 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training.

• Min 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferably in Mining industry.

• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.

• Knowledge in the use of MS Project and Primavera Scheduling software’s is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous.

• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.

• Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.

• Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia verbal and written

Commercial Manager

Job Description

• The commercial manager’s main roles include the financial management of projects, negotiating and agreeing contracts and verifying employee performance. They also need to have good risk management skills as well as financial reporting abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 year’s professional experience in the mining industry.

• Minimum 2 year’s professional experience as a Manager or Superintendent.

• Understanding of budget management.

• Ability to communicate and interact with relevant stakeholders and staff.

• Knowledge of the tender preparation process.

• Able to work to timescales and under pressurDemonstrate adaptability in work situation.

• A thorough understanding of contract law.

Job Description

• This position supports the mine, processing, administration, and exploration/geology departments by providing timely and accurate information. The Senior Metallurgist is responsible optimization and coordination of all metallurgical activities to ensure minerals are recovered in the safest and most cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in ‘Safety Leadership’.

• Open to new challenges and experiences.

• Highly engaged, collaborative and committed to building mutually beneficial relationships across functional teams.

• Degree qualified in Metallurgy, Chemical or Process Engineering.

Job Descripton

• Assist checking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation / payment / reporting.

• Assist in preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting.

• Assist to provide data for tax audit purpose.

• Assist to prepare data and forms for annual corporate income tax.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.0

• Min 2 years of working experience as Tax Supervisor.

• Competencies : Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation, and Tax Compliance.

• Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team.

• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.

• Willing to be placed in head office Jakarta.

Purchasing Coordinator

Job Description

Responsible to prepare and administer the activities of operation to ensure commercial aspects of all purchasing activities throughout all user of departments in accordance with company standards policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/economics/equivalent.

• Min. 5 years of working experience in purchasing.

• Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain.

• Good communication, coordination, computer skills, and negotiation initiation.

• Good in negotiation, business relations and product knowledge.

• Experienced in using Pronto or other ERP system is an advantage.

Camp Service Coordinator

Job Description

• Handling all of needs and making Camp. Administration reports.

• Prepare the accommodation for employees who live in the Camp Area.

• Check catering food services that provided to employees.

• Collaboration with all contractors at the site area.

Requirements

• Min. D3 or Bachelor degree from any major.

• Having experience in administration Camp or hospitality or nutrition sector is more preferable.

• Have a nutritional background.

• Having skill in hospitality management.

• Familiar with system Pronto.

Security Manager

Job Description

They help mitigate company losses and criminal activities within the company by providing security service for the company. Asset protection managers implement best practices and preventative measures in the effort of maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Min.10 years of working experience as Security Manager

• Demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.

• Preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions.

• Familiarity with current national regulations.

Mine Long Term Plan Manager

Job Description

• Ensure that mining operations are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner

• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental assessments, weighing up the commercial advantages and evaluating any issues relating to sustainability

• Manage all of the technical planning activities, using complex computer software to model mine sites, and planning everything which is vital to the construction of a mine

• Oversee the construction process and manage the technical aspects of production once mine is operational

Requirements

• Graduated from reputable university, majoring in Engineering with excellent academic credentials

• Min 15 years of experience and skilled in life of mining like pit optimization, pit design, production scheduling, cost estimates with excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills

• Experience in reporting ore reserves

• Computer programming in any language highly regarded

• Knowledge of statistics

• Ideal background would include time in corporate technical services

• Previous roles at operating mine essential

• Fluent in English

Travel Supervisor

Job Description

• Assist the Sr. Supervisor Camp Admin & Travel or Superintendent to develop and manage the travel arrangement functions well.

• Managing the Travel arrangement aspect for all project operations in BTR/BKP and implement the best systems and procedures to ensure quality and accurate arrangement for the travel itself.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in all major

• Min. 2 years of working experience in the same position

• Having knowledge and the concepts of Travel Arrangement and Client Service

• Work with system, especially the Travel Request Online System

•  Willing to be placed at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
