Job Description:

ABB Drives is a pioneering technology leader, providing products and solutions to help our customers maximize productivity, safety and energy efficiency, with a focus on reducing impact on the environment.

You will ensure planning and implementation of sales strategies in Indonesia to meet business objectives, in line with global product strategy. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support the marketing activities to drive sales and successfully achieve the sales targets

• Ensuring achievement of sales budget, volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for individual sales opportunities.

• Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team.

• Understanding and clarifying technical specifications to generate quality and timely proposals / sales materials to the customers

• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions.

• Providing pre-sales product specifications support to potential prospects

• Monitoring competitors’ activity and ensure that appropriate strategies are formulated and implemented.

• Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Requirement:

Key requirements include:

• A Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical.

• Minimum 4 years sales experience in HVAC industry.

• Sound knowledge of HVAC Industry will be highly appreciated.

• Knowledge in managing and supporting channel partner business will be advantage

• Experience in sales and channel management will be valuable for the success of this role

• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
