Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Code : FAS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding Occupational, Safety, Health and Environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Conduct, analysis, reconciliation and reporting project financial activities (Financial items, type of cost & company transaction).

• Analyze and ensure the implementation of budget.

• Ensure to calculate and analyze financial feasibility

• Responsible to create project financial forecast.

• Responsible to control site/ project cash flow receivable and debt and ensuring the availability of project operational funds and financial condition.

 Job Requirements :

• Male/ Female.

• Min. Bachelor Degree Majoring Finance/ Accounting.

HRGA Supervisor (Code : HRS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities on site to support company operational.

• Coordinating HRGA operational activities on the project, including attendance issue, employee medical, periodic leave arrangement & etc.

• Monitor and Coordinate the process of recruiting and selecting non staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on budget approved.

• Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with company policy (Camp Facilities, Transportation & etc).

• Conduct People Development program and become the centre point of Training & Development activity.

• Conduct Payroll Activities for site project. (Responsible to calculate Salary, Tax, Overtime and allowance).

• Coordinating industrial relations tasks, including establishing good relations with (Muspida, Disnakertrans, Adat leaders & etc).

• Coordinating community social tasks according to the company’s interests for the development of socio-economic condition of local communities.

Job Requirements :

HRGA Officer (Code : HRO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.

• Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations.

• Responsible to conduct payroll activities.

• Responsible to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan &  BPJS Kesehatan).

• Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the local Department of Labor.

• Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.

• Coordinate and managing physical facilities on the project, including management of mess/ office/ canteen & clean water facilities and so forth.

• Coordinate site office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.

• Control the availability of the transportation, accommodation, meals of all employees on site area to meet the availability of facilities for the employees.

Production Supervisor (Code : POS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to supervise all mining activities and maintain the cleanliness work environment also make sure all mining operation according to plan design made by engineering to achieve work target.

• Supervise the optimization of heavy equipment in the working area, including the number and type of heavy equipment needed.

• Supervise the optimization of crew/ personnel needed.

• Responsible to achieve daily targets of machine/ heavy equipment utilization for their area.

• Estimating the number of piles material and determines the action that need for the material.

• Prepare production performance report periodically.

Job Requirements :

• Male.

• Max. 40 Years old.

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering,

• Min. 4 Years experiences in similar position.

• Have POP Certification.

Production Foreman (Code : POF)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Take the necessary action for deviation problem in production activity (According to the target).

• Providing information to supervisor about the production result in working area and giving the suggestions about the excavations plan and also responsible for the shape of the pit (road forms and pit dewatering management).

• Control attendance list of operating personnel in the working area.

• Responsible to inform about the lack of between personnel number and unit (heavy equipment) in the working area.

• Responsible to lead directly about the technique of operating heavy equipment correctly and safe.

• Responsible to reporting of heavy equipment that needed repairs and spare part replacement. 

Job Requirements :

• Male.

• Max. 40 Years old.

• Minimum Senior High School any major with 7 years of experiences in similar position or Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 Years of experiences in similar position.

• Have POP Certification is an Advantage.

Engineering Supervisor  (Code :ENS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Directing and coordinating the making of short term mining designs and plans based on the correct sequence to ensure that mining production achieve the target.

• Provide technical mine design, scheduling, monitoring function and data analysis for the mining operation by ensuring maximum productivities, coal recovert in the most cost effectively.

• Responsible to monitoring and manage for monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.

• Prepare operational overview from mine planning (Production plans & estimation of tool requirement to ensure the effectiveness of mining operations).

• Pit design processing with overall geotech recommendation and economic stripping ratio.

• Reconcile plans to practical considerations and re-calibrations when it necessary.

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

• Min. 4 years of experiences in similar position.

• Max. 40 Years Old.

• Have POP Certification.

Engineering Foreman (Code :ENF)

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure that mining production Target.

• Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.

• Ensure compliance and monitor effectiveness of mine plans.

• Reconcile plans to practical considerations and re-calibrations where necessary.

• Earthmoving equipment simulation and scenario planning.

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

Procurement & Logistic Supervisor  (Code : PLS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to analyze the total needs of goods/ spare part and also to ensure the allocation and delivery of goods/ spare parts can meet efficiently and effectively.

• Receiving and processing goods/ spare part request from all user, and made control about the delivery process so that goods/ spare parts can be received on time and match as a schedule.

• Maintain records of purchase, pricing and other important data.

• Review and analyze all vendors/ suppliers, supply and price options.

• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, service and supplies.

• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contacts.

• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.

• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potential future development

• Manage periodically store evaluations of stock and direct charge material.

Job Requirements :

• Male/ Female.

Warehouse & Inventory Officer (Code : WIO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate to review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.

• Maintain and update inventory records.

• Coordinate in preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

• Reconcile and update processing warehouse stock products.

• Report any stock issues.

• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high.

• Responsible to collect the information on inventory stock level.

• Carry out the stock opnam activity regularly.

• Responsible to make analyze the amount and the type of inventory to control the accuracy of inventory data.

Job Requirements:

Plant Supervisor (Code : PLS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to make strategies for workshop facilities.

• Responsible to plan and organize the operational of Plant Dept to ensure the effectiveness (MA, MTBF, MTTR).

• Responsible to lead and evaluate the Plant Teams to ensure that the Plant Dept meets the targets and standards.

• Responsible to monitor cost effectiveness of Plant Dept Activities to optimize resources, spending and maintain projected cost within budget for operational equipment.

• Implement the policies and procedures to ensure that plant strategy meets the company target.

• Monitor and analyze premature down tools which include : Redo Job, Accident/ Unscheduled Damage.

• Responsible to analysis of component condition and recommendation of part required and also ensure the correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures.

Job Requirements:

• Male, maximum age 35 years old.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Min. 5 years experiences in similar position.

• Good Communication skills, Strong leadership.

• Have POP Certification.
