Survey Supervisor (Code : SVS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for mine measurement data, to carried out periodically. 

• Responsible to ensure measuring data & hauling path produced accurately.

• Responsible to make agreement letter of mining progress with client (BAI).

• Validate mine situation map and ensure that made periodically.

• Evaluate survey performance/ activities in the form of reports that show both performance and volume.

• Control and determine of the position and installation of survey tape in accordance with the design provided by the engineering.

Job Requirements :

• Male.

• Max. 40 Years Old.

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic.

• Min. 4 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have “POP Certification” .

• Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.

• Willing to be placed in Kab. Musi - Banyuasin.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

Plant Foreman (Code : PLF)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and dump truck.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic system.

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failure.

• Creating job report which includes compiling data from all work processes, compiling data into report forms and submitting work reports to superiors.

• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheet.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic system.

Job Requirements:

• Male.

• Max. 35 years old.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experiences or Senior High school with 7 years of experiences in similar position.

• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.

• Have POP Certification is an advantage.

• Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.

HSE Supervisor (Code : HSS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to identify the HSE compliance with the prevailing laws and regulation within mining operation.

• Responsible to lead SMKP Program.

• Ensuring compliance by all parties with company HSE requirements.

• Responsible to ensure the implementation of safety program on Project/ Site.

• Responsible to ensuring the implementation of Safety promotion.

• Coordinate the implementation of investigation of near miss, incident and accident that occur in the work area of site project, and also conduct an analysis of the causes and provide the recommendations for corrective action that must be taken, so that incident doesn’t recur.

• Ensuring the implementation of B3 Waste and Non B3 Waste management at site project area.

• Conduct regular reviews on safety performance in project area.

Requirements :

• Male.

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Any Major.

• Min. 5 years of experiences in similar position.

• Max. 40 Years Old.

• Have “AK3 Umum Certification” is an Advantage.

• Good Knowledge about SMKP

• Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.

HSE Officer (Code : HSO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Compile work plan, review hazard identification in work locations and make programs related to safety campaign.

• Conduct inspections of each Section/ Department to ensure the K3LH is carried out.

• Ensure K3LH coordination between departments goes according to the company target.

• Monitoring the implementation of standard operational procedure in every activity in Company area.

• Responsible to ensuring the implementation of Safety promotion.

• Prepared HSE performance report periodically.

Job Requirements :

• Male.

• Min. Diploma in Any Major.

• Min. 2 years of experiences in similar position.

• Max. 35 Years Old.

• Have “Petugas P3K Certification/ Hiperkes / BTCLS”  is an Advantage.

• Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.

• Willing to be placed in Kab. Musi - Banyuasin.

Survey Foreman (Code : SVO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Conducting mine measurement data.

• Responsible for measuring data & hauling path.

• Assist and support Surveyor in field survey (drafting survey notes and detailed drawings).

• Conduct on field survey and record measurements.

• Analyze calculation in accordance to the plot features.

• Collect samples of soil and water.

• Perform basic engineering calculations relating to survey activities.

• Maintain report and records in relevant database.

Requirements :

• Male.

• Max. 35 Years Old.

• Bachelor Degree in Geodetic with 2 years of experience or Senior High School with 5 years of experiences in similar position.

Procurement & Contract Commercial Dept. Head (Code : PCC)

Assignment: Head Office (Jakarta)

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to lead, support and manage the Procurement function.

• Realize and deliver cost savings, together with a range of additional benefits including improved supplier performance, improved quality of service and total cost performance.

• Devise and use sourcing strategies.

• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.

• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.

• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

• Drafting, negotiating and agreeing contractual terms with party suppliers which protect company from commercial and contractual perspective including strategy, risk mitigation analysis, internal reviews and liaison with all subject matter experts in their various disciplines.

• Responsible to accompany executives as regards legal and risk management issues.

• Structure third party transactions to be most advantageous to the company from legal and business perspective.

IT OFFICER (Code : ITO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to conduct installation, configuration of IST tools maintenance also setting radio communication at project site.

• Plan and analyze radio infrastructure needed for opening of a new point.

• To ensure the compliance all the infrastructure and license of ICT for project site.

• To ensure all network service running well in all area of project.

• Planning, Repairing and inventory infrastructure, radio communication and ICT Procedures on project that has been determined.

• Maintain and always carry out test and check on Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and possible scenarios.

• Analyze and collect data on network availability, infrastructure and ICT Support.

• Ensure that all ICT Operations (Support and Infrastructure) run in accordance with the specified measurement values.
