II. Sumatera Selatan:
SLR/SDJ (Hauling & Port Operation), location at Muara Enim & PALI Port Lematang:
Supervisor - HCGS (Spv.- HCGS SLR/SDJ)
Role and Responsibilities:
• Supervise recruitment process including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees.
• Ensure employment contract agreement comply with employment law and monitor employment status (fixed term contract and probation period).
• Manager and arrange employee training and development.
• Monitor labour suppliers employees to ensure charging invoices, rules and regulations applied accordingly.
Requirements:
• Effective interpersonal as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Quick to adapt, innovative, high motivation and endurance in finishing tasks.
• Detailed knowledge of employment law and experience & understanding in Psychometric, Assessment Center for recruitment & development
• At least 2 years experiences at supervisory position.
• Computer skills- word processing and spreadsheet.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology preferably Industrial Psychologist.
