11. RELIABILITY ENGINEER (Code : RE_Name)

Job Scope:

Supervise and provide strategic recommendations related to improving the performance of the component / equipment based on the analysis of the health of the component / equipment in order to provide input repair before failure, extending oil & component failure and supervise and provide recommendations for prevention / prevention of non conformance components by suppliers / dealers in part or whole.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.

• Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.

• Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.

• Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.

• Knowing about Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).

• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

12. PLANT MAINTENANCE TRAINER (Code : PMT_Name)

Job Scope:

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance dept targets.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.

• Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.

• Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.

• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.

• Have TOT certificate is a must.

• Have good communication

• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area

13.  Mid Term Planning Engineer (Code : MTE_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare plans and design mid-term mine (1 to 3 years) based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering.

• Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.

• Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.

• Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.

• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

14.  Warehouse Supervisor (Code: WHS_Name)

Job Scope:

Monitor and direct all warehousing activities along with the administrative requirements in accordance with existing procedures including receiving, inventory, cataloging, storage

in the warehouse / warehouse and the expenditure / distribution of materials / parts and fuel in the project based on the Company's budget and procedure constraints and safety standards in order to guarantee the availability of goods / spare parts safely, guarantee the process and completeness of valid documents and ensure that their distribution runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering/Economy or equivalent.

• Has work experience min 5 years in warehousing.

• Able to perform Ms. Office and Ellips.

• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area

15. MINE OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT (Code : MOSPT_Name)

Job Scope:

Coordinating, directing and taking action to improve all mining activities and overburden transportation and maintain environmental cleanliness in the work area starting from the preparation of work planning & schedules, mining work to the transportation of overburden to the shelter in accordance with the standards and production targets set and HSE standards set applies within the specified budget constraints.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering.

• Has work experience min 7 years as operation/production of mining .

• Has experience minimum 3 years as mine operation supervisor is preferred.

• Can read mine design.

• Understand mining procedure.

• Can operate and have license (KIMPER) to operate mining units.

• Have POP certificate is a must.

• Have good communication

• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area
