PT Tanjung Power Indonesia, a joint venture company between PT Adaro Power and PT East West Power Indonesia, a subsidiary directly owned by Korea East-West Power Co Ltd, currently operate and maintain 2 x 100 MW high technology coal-fired Independent Power Producer (IPP) in Tabalong, South Kalimantan.

General Requirements:
• Good communication skill

1. Operations Performance Senior Engineer
Work Location : Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible to monitor the Power Plant performance, power trading management and support operations management and develop Plant informatics management system and training program for human resources in Operation Department for in order to ensure the Plant runs according to applicable procedure and standard.
• Apply the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant.
• Control the operational of power plant in all circumstances to maintain the availability of Power Plant based on SOP and applicable standard which defined to support power plant operational activities.
• Monitor, guide and report all required activities of Power Plant Performance, Power trading and Operations management works in order to ensure Power Plant operations are well documented.
• Provide the solution to arising trouble, abnormal operation condition, danger sign of the Plant to support the continuity and availability of the Power Plant.
• Prepare Faults Report from force stage and review the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to Maintenance Department for further corrective action.
• Monitor power trading, power supply and Plant start up/shut down management of Power Plant operation in order to support the continutity of Power Plant Operational.
• Monitor the accuracy and completeness of Plant Quality Records to ensure all Power Plant activity is documented.
• Monitor the implementation of relevant procedures and Work Instructions at Quality Management System during conduct the daily works in order to ensure Operations activity in accordance with Management Standard.
• Make report, material issue, and record the usage of the material (fuel, limestone, sand) in order to support the continuity of operational and maintenance of Power Plant.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in coal fired power plant or other similar industry.
• Good communication and managerial skills.
• Having coal fired power plant technical competency certifications are preferable.
• Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable.
• Willing to be located at Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
2. Maintenance I&C Section Head
Work Location : Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the maintenance on I&C equipment in Power Plant to support the company target with the implementation of working procedure to maintain the performance and reliability of Power Plant operation continuity.
• Make yearly plan for maintenance activities on I&C effectly to achieve company's target to get the high availability and safe working implementation to human, equiment and environment.
• Make comprehensive, effective, and efficient budget for mechanical maintenance to support the maintenance plan is well implemented.
• Monitor the maintenance target achievement on I&C in accordance with maintenance plan to support the company target achievement.
• Analyze the inspection and testing result on I&C system and to define the corrective steps for the instument equipments.
• Evaluate the maintenance activity includes planning, work method, work equipments, personnel, material/ spare part, overtime as well as the cost to increase the achievement of work effectivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze the plant system such as VMS, CEMS, SWAS, Performance Monitoring system in order to prepare improvement plan for Power Plant maintenance.
• Conduct inspection, monitoring and revalidation for Permit-To-Work on I&C maintenance activities to ensure all required working documents and action is done in accordance with applicable company procedure.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in coal fired power plant or other similar industry.
• Good communication and managerial skills.
• Having coal fired power plant technical competency certifications are preferable.

3. Operations Shift Leader
Work Location : Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible to overseeing and coordinating the operation of the equipment and maintaining the safety and the efficiency of the power plant and auxiliary plant at control room.
• To apply the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant.
• To control the operational shift of Power Plant in all circumstances to maintain the availability of Power Plant.
• To monitor and guide all required activities for equipment.
• To investigate and to provide the solution arising to the Plant (trouble, abnormal operational condition, danger sign) and provide the solution to be followed up to support the continuity and availability of Power Plant.
• To prepare Faults Report from force stage and to prepare and also to review the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to Maintenance Department for further corrective action.
• To publish Permit-to-Work and isolation accurately and timely-manner for the continuity and Power Plant maintenance.
• To ensure the accuracy and completeness of Plant Quality Records which has been completed to ensure all Power Plant activity is documented.
• To ensure the achievement of relevant procedures and Work Instructions at Quality Management System during conduct the daily works following Management Standard.
• To make daily report, work order, and record the usage of the material in conducting the work to support the continuity of operational and maintenance of Power Plant.

4. Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor
Work Location : Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities :
Supervise the Power Plant maintenance on Mechanical equipment and Civil/Architectural work to support the achievement of company target with the implementation of working procedure.
• Ensure all the job of maintenance are in safely and in accordance with working procedure and standard regulation of the company such as on PPE, correct the working tools to avoid any risk.
• Evaluate the procedure and work method, material, working duration, trouble shooting and risk assessment during maintain of Mechanical equipment to improve of working effectively, efficiency and safely.
• Prepare and provide a SOP, working instruction procedure, tools and material/spare part to supporting the maintenance work for Coal Handling & Ash Handling Systems.
• Conduct accountable for cost control of daily work and shutdown activities in accordance with applicable procedure in order to ensure transparency in mechanical activities.
• Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, pre-outage hazard preparation, measurement metrics, critiques, etc.
• Accountable for providing supervision to the execution of maintenance work. Maintain and hold reports accountable to clear performance standards.
• Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, plant procedures, environmental regulatory and permit requirements and other applicable regulations and standards.
• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System or Work Order system to assign work.
• Responsible to monitor and carry out preventive maintenance such as building maintenance, parks/landscape, asphalt roads & related common works.
• Able to supervise & monitoring any plant improvement which is related to the Civil works.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in coal fired power plant or other similar industry.

5. OHS Supervisor
Work Location : Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for implementation occupational health and safety program to ensure plant operation & maintenance runs safely according to policy, procedure and objective target and QHSE Program.
• Ensure plant operations & maintenance activity runs safely according with K3 Policy, Procedure and objective target and HSE program.
• Enable to conduct potential hazard inspections to make sure plant work place are safe according with QHSE Standard.
• Ensure emergency response activities run according with emergency response plan to ensure emergency response programs are effective and will enhance the safety of working conditions.
• Implement commissioning power plant equipment, heavy equipment, including operational vehicles to ensure the safety of operational activities.
• Establish occupational health & safety training for employee to ensure employee awareness regarding activity hazard is refresh and increased.
• Implement safety inspection program to ensure all equipment and working area are in well condition according with Occupational Health & Safety Standard & Procedure.
• Prepare hazard reports to highlight potential dangers in the work area to ensure the necessary steps are taken to mitigate the risks of accidents / incidents.
• Conduct investigations and to update data regarding incidents to provide recommendations for improvements for existing QHSE systems and procedures.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in any discipline.
• Min. 5 years of experience in the same position from related industry.
• Good knowledge in Ahli K3 Umum, Emergency Response, Health & Safety Management, Fire Fighting.
• Good communication and managerial skills.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed at Tanjung Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan.
6. Assistant Shift Leader
Work Location : Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible to assist to overseeing and coordinating the operation of the equipment and maintaining the safety and the efficiency of the power plant and auxiliary plant at control room and field and Monitoring Coal Handling System, Ash Handling System, WT & WWT System.
• To apply the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant.
• To control assist the operational shift of Power Plant in all circumstances to maintain the availability of Power Plant.
• To monitor, assist and guide all required activities for equipment
• To investigate and to provide the solution arising to the Plant (trouble, abnormal operational condition, danger sign) and provide the solution to be followed up to support the continuity and availability of Power Plant
• To assist preparation of Faults Report from force stage and to prepare and also to review the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to Maintenance Department for further corrective action.
• To assist publicity of Permit-to-Work and isolation accurately and timely-manner for the continuity and Power Plant maintenance.

7. Unit Controller
Work Location : Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible to control, monitoring and operate the power plant operational (Boiler, Turbine, BOP, and auxiliary plant) in order to reach the target and run smoothly and safe.
• To control and monitor the DCS operator in power plant operational (boiler, turbine, BOP, and auxiliary power plant) by DCS control based on approved procedure to reach the production target following health and safety principles.
• To provide the directions of monitoring and technical actions to operational machine to DCS Operator Unit 1 and 2 and Field Operator based on DCS observation result to monitor panel as well as analyze the abnormality to get the decision which will be doing and also to coordinate with Shift Supervisor to have follow up action in timely manner.
• To monitor and coordinate all the activities which required for Start-Up and Shut Down of the Power Plant equipment to support the continuity of Power Plant operations.
• To identify the dangerous potential during operational Power Plant process and conduct the action based on settled up procedures as well as to report abnormality in the report to be evaluated and followed up accurately and timely manner.
• To respond and control the emergency situation, emergency response such as fire and oil leaks to ensure the worker's safety, plant and environment.
• To report the condition, disturbance findings, and latest update about power plant operations to DCS Officer In Charge in shift in Operator Daily Report in shift / daily log sheets which has been defined for continuity Power Plant operations.
• To coordinate with Maintenance Department to follow up maintenance requirements findings to support the continuity of Power Plant operations.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related position from coal fired power plant or other similar industry.
• Good communication skill.
• Having coal fired power plant technical competency certifications are preferable.
