Safety Health & Environment Superintendent (Code : SHS)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to provide strategic program of SHE Program and responsible to evaluate the program

• Responsible to identify, set and supervise the SHE compliance with the prevailing laws and regulation within mining operation.

• Monitor make strategic implementation of B3 Waste and Non B3 Waste management at site project area.

• Responsible to develop, arrange, control & evaluate K3 System in Project Area

• Responsible to set target of Safety Accountability Program and also make sure that program running smoothly

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Requirements :

• Male.

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Any Major.

• Min. 6 years of experiences in similar position.

• Max. 45 Years Old.

• Have “AK3 Umum Certification & POP” is an Advantage.

Safety, Health & Environment Supervisor (Code : SHV)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensuring compliance by all parties with company HSE requirements.

• Responsible to conduct the implementation of safety program on Project/ Site.

• Responsible to ensuring the implementation of Safety promotion.

• Coordinate the implementation of investigation of near miss, incident and accident that occur in the work area of site project, and also conduct an analysis of the causes and provide the recommendations for corrective action that must be taken, so that incident doesn’t recur.

• Responsible to conduct the implementation of B3 Waste and Non B3 Waste management at site project area.

• Responsible to monitor the implementation of the periodic inspection program carried out by all supervisors in all area in site project

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Safety & Environmet Officer (Code : SHO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Compile work plan, review hazard identification in work locations and make programs related to safety campaign.

• Conduct inspections of each Section/ Department to ensure the K3LH is carried out.

• Ensure K3LH coordination between departments goes according to the company target.

• Responsible to monitor stock safety equipment (APD)

• Responsible to make and evaluate health program in Project

• Monitoring the implementation of standard operational procedure in every activity in Company area.

• Prepared SHE performance report periodically.

Job Requirements :

• Male.

• Min. Diploma in Any Major.

• Min. 3 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have “Petugas P3K Certification/ Hiperkes / BTCLS”  is an Advantage.

Health Officer (Code : HEO)

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Make analyze, control and evaluate related to the patients who drop to clinic as well as the illness (Report periodically the Top Ten disease)

• Control the clinic equipment periodically and make report

• Responsible to make, control and evaluate health program

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to control all mining activities and also make sure all mining operation according to plan design made by engineering to achieve work target.

• Responsible for optimization of heavy equipment in the working area, including the number and type of heavy equipment needed.

• Coordinate all line supervisions in the workplace of the removal of overburden and coal in safe condition, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area.

• Lead, organize and provide direction for employee/ subordinate to ensure the performance target.

• Responsible to Prepare and present production performance report periodically.

• Maintain and facilitate clear communication with stakeholder, client/ customers.

Production Supervisor (Code : PRV)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to supervise all mining activities and maintain the cleanliness work environment also make sure all mining operation according to plan design made by engineering to achieve work target.

• Supervise the optimization of heavy equipment in the working area, including the number and type of heavy equipment needed.

• Supervise the optimization of personnel needed.

• Responsible to controlling the schedule of fuel filling for heavy equipment.

• Estimating the number of piles material and determines the action that need for the material.

• Responsible to reporting of heavy equipment that needed repairs and spare part replacement

• Prepare production performance report periodically

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Job Responsibilities :

• Take the necessary action for deviation problem in production activity (According to the target)

• Providing information to supervisor about the production result in working area and giving the suggestions about the excavations plan and also responsible for the shape of the pit (road forms and pit dewatering management).

• Control attendance list of operating personnel in the working area.

• Responsible to inform about the lack of between personnel number and unit (heavy equipment) in the working area.

• Responsible to lead directly about the technique of operating heavy equipment correctly and safe.

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Conduct observation in the field to obtain training needs for operator

• Develop training programs (curriculum and evaluation) for operator according- to project needs.

• Responsible to review and evaluate Training packages for new operator (operating test tools, conduct theory and practice, pre-test, competency review and assessment for driver/ operator).

• Together with the production head evaluating and controlling the implementation of training program that has been implemented in work area.

• Conduct observation in the field to obtain the refresh and enlargement training needs for driver/ operator.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to ensure available plan, design and all mining cost

• Responsible to check and evaluate mining process (Actual VS Plan), 

• Work with other leaders (Site or Head Office) to provide engineering services and support to mining process

• Responsible to assign the engineering team, work appropriate as a plan, budget and schedule.

• Responsible to solve the problem and take corrective action when required

• Prepare technical reports include equipment and all project matters

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :
