1. Boiler Engineer (Code: BE A7)

a. Department  : Engineering

b. Superior/User : Engineering Leader

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) in mechanical engineering

e. Work Experience : The Boiler Engineer shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services with at least five (5) years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant with minimum capacity 300 MW.

f. Position Overview : The Boiler Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for equipment related to Boiler as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the programme in pursuit of plant long-term welfare.

• Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects.

• Writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards.

• Executing, monitoring and controlling CM, PM and PdM maintenance items based on plant criticality, in terms of minimizing down time, by proposing effective maintenance tasks.

• Support of the Maintenance team members in resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidences.

• Support with the technical evaluations of tender submissions.

• Assisting with the development of feasibility studies including return on investment, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Administration of Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO).

• Provide training to Maintenance group members on the proper use of CMMS, and

• Providing plant monitoring and evaluation support of life-cycle evaluation and surveillance services.

2. BOP Engineer (Code: BOPE A7)

a. Department  : Engineering

d. Education  : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) in mechanical engineering

e. Work Experience : The BOP Engineer shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services with at least four (4) years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant, or on chemical or petro plants.

f. Position Overview : The BOP Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for BOP equipment as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

3. C&I Supervisor (Code: CIS A7)

d. Education  : Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation. Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than seven (7) years as C & I Technicians or Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum four (4) years of experience in large capacity of Coal Fired Power Station (>300 MW).

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience in C & I maintenance of CFPP and 3 years in supervisory level.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to Technicians and base on maintenance procedure and instruction, for the scope of C & I apparatus, based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan.

• Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance work.

• Collect and keep all data record of repair, testing and measurement result of C & I equipments.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to C & I Leader and record it into CMMS work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies.

• Develop of technicians capability and knowledge by technical, safety and non technical training (initial training of newly recruited, general technical, emergency response, first aid, general safety, maintenance procedure, administration procedure etc.)

• During mobilization period, take part in testing and commissioning and record the specification of equipments and test result in correct record database.

• Maintain work order hardcopy file in database and fulfill work order Leadering comment in CMMS.

• Maintain of Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation in maintenance daily activity.

d. Education  : Diploma degree (D-3) in Mechanical Eng., Naval Eng.  (Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 10 years as Boiler Mechanical Technicians with large capacity (>300 MW) is encouraged to apply).

e. Work Experience : Minimum seven (7) years’ experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in power generation, especially Boiler pressure parts and its auxiliary, Pulverizers and rotating equipment.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) required base on CMMS work orders and base on mechanical boiler maintenance procedure and instruction

• Carry out coordination to other Departments or sections in Maintenance execution Including emergency work

• Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance

• Collect and keep all data record of repair, calibration, test and measurement result of equipments in Boiler Area

• Maintain function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in Boiler Area as well as standard required

d. Education  : Senior Technical High School in Mechanical or Diploma degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical Eng.

e. Work Experience : Having 5 years Experiences for Senior High School Graduated or 3 years experiences for D3/S1 graduated in Power generation company or other Heavy industries Having Mill wright and rotating equipment maintenance skill will be an advantage.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Undertake Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued by Supervisor and base on mechanical Turbine maintenance procedure and instruction.

• Conduct routine function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in Turbine Area as well as standard required together.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Turbine Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies

• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into database.

• Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation.

• Conduct and maintain high standard for Turbine maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern.

• Fullfill check sheet completely and in correct manner of maintenance routine inspection work.

o Control Valves System (MSV, RSV, ECV, MOV, etc )

o Dearator, HP Heater, LP Heater, Condenser, CPP, etc.

o Sea water pump, cooling water pump, condensate pump, Turbine feed pump-turbine drive, etc

o Air Compressor System

o Emergency Diesel Generator System

7. Workshop Mechanical Technician (Machinist) (Code: WMT A7)

a. Department  : Mechanical Maintenance

b. Superior/User : Mechanical Turbine Supervisor

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Senior Technical high School in Mechanical or Manufacture, Diploma degree/ Polytechnic major in Mechanical or Manufacture is an advantage

e. Work Experience : Having experience minimum 5 years as Machinist of Lathe, Mill and Drill (for Senior technical High School graduated or 3 years for Diploma degree/polytechnic)

f. Other Requirements :

• Familiar and good in using precision measurement tools and equipment.

• Sufficient knowledge and understanding in machining methods and dimensional tolerances, technical and engineering drawing.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain all workshop machine (Lathe, milling, drill, press, etc.) with correct method, precision result and safe manner.

• Undertake mechanical workshop maintenance and machining activities under coordination of Mechanical Supervisor

• Support all maintenance sections activities, particularly in machining and fabrication work

• Proactively maintain all workshop equipment, machines and tools in safe, tidy and clean manner

• Conduct routine function test; routine inspection and minor maintenance of all of machines at Workshop Area as well as standard required together into workshop check sheet and database;

• Report all significant known operational, equipment deficiencies/defects related with workshop machines condition status to Turbine Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order;

• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning and running test for workshop machine and record it into database;

• Attend daily safety and technical tool box meeting

• Conduct coordination and communication with other maintenance sections related with parts/equipment manufacturing at Workshop;

• Supervise major workshop machine maintenance/overhaul by Vendor and also supervise of special manufacturing or machining work at outside external workshop /provider;

• Maintain and arrange workshop management and usage of measurement tools at workshop (vernier caliper, dial indicator, micrometer, etc);

• Support other maintenance work all of mechanical area in emergency or outage work case

• Participate to implement the policy of quality, safety & health and environment within the company.

8. BOP Mechanical Technician (Code: BOPT A7)

• Conduct routine function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in Coal Handling Plant as well as standard required together;

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Coal and Ash Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order;

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies;

• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into database;

• Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation;

10. CHP Shift Staff – (Ship Unloader, CCR) (Code: CHPSS A7)

a. Department  : Jetty & Material

b. Superior/User : Jetty & Materials Supervisor

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Minimum Technical High School plus Power Plant study, Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree is preferable, in Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, Enviro Eng, Mining Eng.

e. Work Experience : 1-2 years’ experience in the position of Coal Handling Operations or ship unloading operations for bulk materials in a large-scale Thermal Electric Power Generation plant of Unit capacity of at least 300MW, or in a coal mine with production capacity in excess of three million tons per annum.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operation Procedures for Coal Handling Plant (CHP) including Ship Unloader.

• Patrol work and operation of CHP including operation of Ship Unloader, and Signalman for other Ship Unloader Operators.

• Provision of trouble shooting and/or proposals for improvements on CHP to the Jetty materials Supervisor.

• Communicate to the jetty materials Supervisor for any findings of defect and or abnormality of CHP.

• Support for Ship unloader operation while receiving coal vessels.

• Patrol work and Operation of other Coal Handling Plant while not receiving coal vessels.

• Periodic secondment for training as Fire Fighting team member, whenever required.
