PT Semen Grobogan is a Cement Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in Semarang - Central Java. For assignment in Semarang and ready to be assigned on site. Currently, we are looking for candidates with the following position requirements:

Kiln & Coal Mill Superintendent

Report to : Production Manager

Requirement : working experience min 6 years as Production in Cement Plant

Skills  :

- Strong knowledge and familiar with cement process since raw meal, pyro process and cement.

- Strong knowledge and familiar about the parameter in process operation cement plant.

- Strong solving problem in process of cement plant.

- Strong understanding of plant, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement

- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at cement plant and carry out toolbox talk when necessary

- Strong communication skills, preferably in English.

- Familiar with SNI standard for cement process.

Education : D3/Sl Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Other Qualification :

Good Communication Skill and leadership.

Professional Certification would be advantage.

Ability work as teamwork.

Detailed Main Job Responsibilities :

- Directs processing operations and personnel to meet established processing and quality control standards for kiln & coal mill section since blending silo to clinker silo, including coal mill area.

- Coordinates and integrates with other plant function areas to ensure support in attaining output, productivity, and quality in kiln & coal mill section.

- Selects, organizes, trains, and motivates processing labor force to ensure consistent attainment of processing schedules at optimum productivity in kiln & coal mill section.

- Recommends improvements in processing flow or method in kiln & coal mill section.

- Ensures effective use of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and to improve product quality in kiln & coal mill section.

Marketing Strategy (Superintendent )

 Qualification:

 Minimum education S1 Marketing Management

 Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or assistant marketing manager

Job description :

- Create a marketing plan (annual budgeting and sales targeting)

- Creating trade marketing & consumer programs based on customer needs, channel management and market competition

- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

- Local support team in executing marketing programs and getting out of sales targets Perform market analysis (competitors, trends and activities)

 Job requirements:

- Having knowledge in FMCG business and construction and building materials will be an added value

- Creative and have a good analysis

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Proficient in making presentations

Brand & Communication (Superintendent )

Qualification:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Brand development, retail and marketing, preferably in FMCG   and building materials industries

- Minimum S1, majoring in Marketing Management, Public Relations, Communication

- Understand digital marketing is an added value

Job Desc:

- Create and implement a branding plan and strategy

- Create and run brand activation strategies that support sales

- Arrange and run Consumer Communication (ATL - BTL Communication)

- Manage point of sales material including content, logistics and distribution.

- Create a graphic branding design

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in using graphic design applications

- Creative, analytical and good analytical skills

- Understand brand management such as marketing mix, brand research

Accounting Manager  / GL Accountant Supervisor / Cost Accountant Supervisor

Major Tasks and Responsibilities :

Accounting Manager :

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness financial reporting/ information

Ensure high degree of compliance towards Indonesian accounting standards (or any other standards) and Indonesian tax regulation

Ensure proper and reliable business transaction documentation (historical) to ease any foreseeable tax audits

Ensure smooth & close coordination & collaboration between HO and Site related to General Accounting topic

Ensure a balance between lean/effective and customer-oriented general accounting organization and processes

Responsible for General Accounting Policies and SOPs

GL Accountant Supervisor :

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all general accounting reporting incl. management reporting and cost analysis

Pro-active support in terms of compliance by identifying any foreseeable risks on the current business transaction

Ensure smooth coordination with other General Accounting officers both at HO and at Site for business transaction documentation related to General Ledger and HO Accounting

Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them

Cost Account Supervisor :

Ensure high quality of operational costs (incl. project) inventory, and cost production analysis and reporting

Provide all explanation of deviations incurred

Ensure smooth coordination with all colleagues both at HO and at Site for all transactions related to inventories and production costs computation

Ensure all significant operational & COGS variances are explainable

Analyze month-end and year-end reports to identify and recommend cost-effective improvements

Qualification :

Education Background : Master Degree & any other professional certifications incl. Tax Brevet will be value added

Working Experience : At least 5 years as an officer in small or mid-size mining/manufacture corporation

Cement corporation experiences will be value added

Tax  Manager / Tax Superintendent / Tax Supervisor /Tax Staff

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

(Manager Level) :

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness monthly and yearly tax return

Ensure high degree of compliance towards Indonesian tax regulation

Ensure proper and reliable business transaction documentation (historical) to ease any foreseeable tax audits

Ensure a strong and close collaboration with Finance Manager & Accounting Manager on financial and taxation information exchange

Maintain good relationship with tax authorities, tax auditors as well as tax consultants

(Supt / Spv and Staff Level ) :

Prepare monthly tax slips, tax payments as well monthly tax return

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all taxation reporting

Pro-active support in terms of tax compliance by identifying any foreseeable risks on the current business transaction

Ensure all business documentation are kept and stored in the logical (systematic & structured) and tracable manners for audit purposes both tax & external auditor

Perform regular reconciliation for all taxes between commercial and fiscal

Qualification :

At least 10 years managerial level in mid-size or large cement corporation.

At least 3 years as an officer in small or mid-size mining/manufacture corporation (for Supt – Spv Level).

Logistic Manager

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Recommend the optimal transportation type based on routing, destination by calculating distance, time and cost.

Build or monitor an effective and efficient traffic management system.

Create a policy or procedure for logistics activities in accordance with the factory location

Planning or implementing a management system for the flow of goods

Train shipping department personnel on roles and responsibilities in global logistics strategy

Maintain matrices, reports, process documentation, customer service, training, and safety records

 Addressing transportation / distribution problems, logistics systems, loading and unloading, transport raw materials and customer issues

Leader in operational management processes, such as selection, qualification, and performance evaluation.

Designing models for use in evaluating logistics programs or services

Requirement :

Warehouse Superintendent / Warehouse Supervisor

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

For Superintendent :

Maintain / improve staff and warehouse performance as a whole by maintaining a safe, comfortable and orderly warehouse work environment.

Completing and evaluating staff performance by communicating, planning, monitoring, and assessing work results.

Identifying and evaluating trends, selecting actions / corrections, and evaluating the availability of stock items are always safe.

Maintain service quality by enforcing warehouse quality and service standards to stakeholders, analyzing and resolving quality and service problems and recommending system improvements.

 Creating plans, direction to staff, control, assessment and reporting.

For Supervisor :

Receiving shipments of goods to be stored in a warehouse or special stock room.

Receiving shipments of raw material / bulks / fuel to be unloaded at the stockpile / tank.

Oversee the process of unloading raw material from the weigh bridge to completion.

Always calculate and compare the amount of stock and data in SAP so that you always balance.

Tidy up and place the stock items neatly and orderly so that the goods can enter and exit easily.

Provide more regular storage access

Provide easy-to-understand signs for everyone on each classification of goods and certain items using identification tags / stamps / label stickers and others.

Maintain equipment, supplies and warehouse storage in accordance with work safety procedures

Analyze the best storage method based on stock turnover, warehouse environment and facility capabilities in the warehouse

Record all use of stock and use of warehouse equipment

Checking stock items and warehouse tools from environmental damage

Make weekly reports on the state of goods and warehouses

Manage warehouse administration and documentation

Ensure that every item in and out is recorded accurately and accurately through SAP.

Sr.Manager Mining

Working Experience:

• Has minimum of 15 years experience in Mining Industry with at least 5 years in a Limestone Quarry Operation or Cement industries.

• Honest, Dicipline,  understand of Good Mining  Practice and safety Concern    

• Understand on efficiencies and effectiveness of  Mining fleets and operators

•   Understand on mining strategic to achieve production establish and review mining SOP

• Experience in Coordinating and Managing a Team of Mining, which consisted of Short & Long Term Mining Engineer, Geologist, Surveyor, and a team of Operation such as Drilling & Blasting, Ripping Dozing, Loading Hauling, and Contractor

• Experience in handling a Project Development especially Quarry Development

• work with other mining section (servicing, operation, workshop , mine geo services ) and Plant

Skills:

• Has a good personal communication skill both within the mining group as well as to Cement Plant personnel.

• Well understanding of mining safety and a good mining practice

• Good mining fleet management to achieve the effectiveness and efficiencies

• Demonstrated a good understanding on cement process plant

• Sounds familiar with Environmental awareness, and CSR

• Familiar with Budgeting and Cost Control

• Familiar with mining software such as Surpac

• Good in writing and presentation skills

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineer, additional post graduate degree will be an advantage

• POU certification, but POM will be considered

• Other certification in Safety and Environmental is an advantage

Other Qualification:

• To be able to work under pressure

• Preferably has experience in the cement industry.

Detailed Main Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Quarry Development and Operation in safely, cost effective, and timely manner

• Coordinate to provide a strategic mine plan to prepare raw materials for cement plant according to quality requirements

• Liase with Maintenance for a good equipment management to support operation

• Coordinate annual Budget for Mining group

• Prepare a regular management report and presentation to BOD

• Fulfill the mandatory reports to Government as regulated
