MAINTENANCE TRAINER

Job Scope:

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.

• Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.

• Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.

• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.

• Have TOT certificate is a must.

• Have good communication

• Willing to be Placed in All site Darma Henwa

HEAD OF HR SITE (Manager Level)

Job description

Directing, coordinating, planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting all activities on the implementation of compensation and benefits, administration of employee personnel, general affairs, industrial & external relations, as well as security coordination in projects in order to ensure that work plans and HR policies can be implemented according to policies & procedures apply as well as the department's work plan that has been determined.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering / Psychology / Human Resources / Law

• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 10 years in superintedent HR in mining industry

• Male, maximum 45 years

• Have POP certification is preferred

• Having excellence experience HRD procedure in mining industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in psychology/industrial engineering/management. Master Degree is a preferred.

• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or 10 years as superintendent HRD in mining industry

• Male/Female, 35 - 50 years old

• Having excellence good leadership skill, experience in organization development, people development, talent management, recruitment, HSE procedure, and HRD Procedure.

• Have FINON/CHRM/TOT certification is preferred

• Fluent English

Head of Organization Development & Training Section ( Superintendent Level )

Directing, coordinating and ensuring the process of preparing and developing the Company's organization in the form of organizational structure, job analysis, competency profiles and HRD policies, as well as employee development in order to achieve employee competency at staff level throughout projects and all positions in Head Office/Balikpapan through TNA based on competency matrix that applies to support the achievement of work effectiveness and efficiency as well as competencies that are in line with the Company's objectives goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in psychology/industrial engineering/management. Master Degree is a preferred.

• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or 7 years as supervisor organization development in mining industry

• Male/Female, maximum  40 years old

RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT SUPERINTENDENT

Job Description

Directing, coordinating and evaluating all staff-level recruitment and assessment activities above all projects and all positions in the Balikpapan office and all company sites according to the needs and requirements of the job in order to ensure the fulfillment of man power both from internal or external to the company appropriately and in accordance with the Company's work plan.

Qualification:

• Master Degree of Industrial-Organizational Psychology  

• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or 7 years as supervisor recruitment in mining industry

• Have an understanding about mining process; HSE procedure, HR business process and regulations, in depth knowledge about HR and psychological tools.

• Mastered of Assessment Center, Behavioral Event Interview.

• Able to manage mass recruitment and fulfillment of man power in shortly.

• Able to cooperate with vendors, negotiate, and manage the preparation of cooperation contracts.

• Have strong analytical skill, management and great communication in bilingual.  

• Ms. Excel literate & Fluent English is preferred. 

• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

MINE ENGINEER

Job description

Prepare medium-term and short-term mine plans and designs (daily, weekly, monthly to yearly) based on geologist data, survey data, correct "sequence", in accordance with mining operational technicalities that include production plans and equipment requirements and carry out anticipate the design & planning in the field to increase the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and customer desires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering

• Having experience in same position minimum 3 years

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Have POP certification

• Having excellence experience mining, procedure, road maintenance, civil design, operation technique metode and project cost estimation, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

MINE OPERATION TEAM LEADER

Job description

Planning strategies, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and taking internal and external corrective actions for production activities in the project covering all production activities with the aim of achieving predetermined production targets and being implemented effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering is preferred

• Having experience in mine operation supervisor minimum 3 years ( Bachelor degree )

• Having experience in mine operation supervisor minimum 7 years ( Diploma )

• Having experience in mine operation supervisor minimum 12 years ( SMA/STM )

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Having excellence experience mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.

• Have POP certification

• Have good communication & attention with detail

• Willing to be Placed in All site Darma Henwa
