PT Ganda Alam Makmur is a company engaged in the coal mining sector in East Kalimantan, which has a partnership with companies experienced in carrying out coal mining work.
Along with the increase in production value every year, we need highly skilled and experienced workers to fill the following positions:
1. Foreman HR (Comben & Personnel Adm)
Requirements:
1. Female
2. Maximum 30 Years old
3. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in HR Management, Psychology, or Law.
4. Min.3 Years relevant experiences in Payroll and Personnel Administration.
5. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
6. Highly organized & efficient in time management.
6. Good communication skills.
8. Knowledge of expatriate documents will be preferred.
2. Foreman HR (Generalist)
Requirements:
1. Male/Female
2. Maximum 40 Years old
3. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management, Communication, or Law.
4. Min. 3 Years relevant experiences.
5. Knowledge of Labour laws and regulation
6. Understand about personnel administration, organizational development, manpower planning, and industrial relation.
7. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent communication mandatory.
3. Foreman HR (Recruitment)
Requirements:
1. Male/Female
2. Maximum 35 Years old
3. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in HR Management and Psychology.
4. Min. 2 Years relevant experiences.
5. Competent in Recruitment & Selection process (Sourcing strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behaviour Interview)
6. Familiar with various recruitment and assessment tools and having experience in conduct Psychology test, scoring, Psychology report)
7. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent communication mandatory.
