PT. Bhumi Jepara Service is an O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Company engaged in the operation and maintenance of Tanjung Jati B Unit 5 & 6 coal fired steam power plant 2x1000 MW under the PT. Bhumi Jati Power having its domicile in Desa Tubanan, Kecamatan Kembang, Kabupaten Jepara, Central Java Province. 1. CHP Electrical Technician (Code: CHPET A9)

a. Department  : Electrical Maintenance

b. Superior/User : CHP Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Senior High School Majoring in Electrical or Diploma degree (D3/S1) in Electrical Eng.

e. Work Experience : Experience Bachelor (S1) or having 4 years experiences for Senior High School graduated or 3 years experiences for D3 graduated in Power generation company or other large industries.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Undertake Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued by Supervisor and base on maintenance procedure and instruction, for the scope of electrical apparatus within Coal and Ash Area, such as LV/HV motors, LV/HV bus bars and switchgear, Transformers and DC systems,  etc., based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies.

• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into database.

• Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and BJS safety & environment rule.

• Conduct and maintain high standard for maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern.

• Fullfill check sheet completely and in correct manner of maintenance routine inspection work.

• Attend routine daily safety and technical tool box meeting.

• Conduct on site coordination and communication with operation and other maintenance sections to rectify complex problem.

• Inform to Supervisor related with site fault finding, contractor/BJS maintenance work progress, repair and testing result, repair method, manhours, etc.

• Participate to implement the policy of quality, safety & health and environment within the company.

• Support in developing equipment criticality assessments for prioritizing the maintenance activities and determination of necessary spare parts.

• Analyzing of any defect and or abnormality report of the equipment to determine any corrective maintenance required to be taken.

2. C & I Technician (Code: CIT A9)

a. Department  : Control & Instrumentation Department

b. Superior/User : C&I Supervisor

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Bachelor Degree (S1) or SD in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.

e. Work Experience : Min 3 years’ experience in C & I maintenance of CFPP.

f. Other Requirements : Having understanding of Power Generation C&I, knowledge of P&ID, DCS and Maximo will be advantageous

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Trouble shooting and calibration of Field Instruments.

• Loop checking of digital and analog signals.

• Trouble shooting PLC and DCS logics.

• Coordinating with the Operations and Maintenance team for resolving plant issues.

• Maintenance of CEMS (Continuous Environment Monitoring System).

• Regularly patrolling the plant and monitoring and calibrating local instruments.

3. Boiler Engineer (Code: BE A9)

a. Department  : Engineering

b. Superior/User : Engineering Leader

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) in mechanical engineering

e. Work Experience : The Boiler Engineer shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services with at least five (5) years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant with minimum capacity 300 MW.

f. Position Overview : The Boiler Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for equipment related to Boiler as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the programme in pursuit of plant long-term welfare.

• Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects.

• Writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards.

• Executing, monitoring and controlling CM, PM and PdM maintenance items based on plant criticality, in terms of minimizing down time, by proposing effective maintenance tasks.

• Support of the Maintenance team members in resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidences.

• Support with the technical evaluations of tender submissions.

• Assisting with the development of feasibility studies including return on investment, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Administration of Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO).

• Provide training to Maintenance group members on the proper use of CMMS, and

• Providing plant monitoring and evaluation support of life-cycle evaluation and surveillance services.

4. Electrical Engineer (Code: EE A9)

e. Work Experience : Minimum five (5) years or equivalent experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services in the field of thermal power plant with minimum capacity 100 MW.

f. Position overview : The Turbine Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for equipment related to Steam Turbine as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the programme in pursuit of plant long-term welfare

• Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects

• Writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards

6. Turbine Mechanical Supervisor (Code: TMS A9)

c. Subordinate  : Mechanical Turbine Technician

d. Education  : Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Eng., (Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 10 years as Turbine Mechanical Technicians in large capacity of Coal Fired Power Station (>300 MW) is encouraged to apply)

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in power generation, especially Turbine and its auxiliary system

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to technicians and base on mechanical Turbine maintenance procedure and instruction.

• Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance work

• Collect and keep all data record of repair, testing and measurement result of equipments in Turbine Area

• Maintain function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in Turbine Area as well as standard required.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Turbine Leader and record it into CMMS work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies

• Develop of technicians capability and knowledge by technical, safety and non technical training (initial training of newly recruited, general technical,

emergency response, first aid, general safety, maintenance procedure, administration procedure etc.)

• During mobilization period, take part in testing and commissioning and record the specification of equipments and test result in correct record database.

• Maintain work order hardcopy file in database and fulfill work order Leadering comment in CMMS.

• Maintain of Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation in maintenance daily activity

• Support of technician work for fault troubleshooting and analysis to the critical problem in main equipments.

• Monitor and maintain high standard for Turbine maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern.

• Develop Turbine maintenance work check sheet and instruction, to be reviewed by his Leader.

• Conduct routine daily safety and technical tool box meeting before distribute work order to technicians.

• Propose to his Leader about some Turbine maintenance works plan which to be schedulled and conducted on next outage period.

• Propose to his Leader about some new critical spare parts to be added and stocked in CMMS database and Store;

• Participate to implement the policy of quality, safety & health and environment within the company.

7. CHP Mechanical Technician (Code: CHPMT A9)

a. Department  : Mechanical Maintenance

b. Superior/User : Mechanical CHP Leader

d. Education  : Minimum Senior High School Majoring in Mechanical

e. Work Experience : Having minimum 5 years working experiences as Technician Coal Firing power plant, mining company, or Bulk Handling Plant

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Undertake Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued by Supervisor and base on mechanical Coal and Ash maintenance procedure and instruction;

• Conduct routine function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in Coal Handling Plant as well as standard required together;

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Coal and Ash Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order;

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies;

• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into database;

• Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation;

• Conduct and maintain high standard for Coal Plant maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern;

• Fullfill check sheet completely and in correct manner of maintenance routine inspection work;

• Attend daily safety and technical tool box meeting

8. Permit to Work (PTW) Officer (Code: PTWO A9)

a. Department  : Operation

b. Superior/User : Operation Manager

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Minimum Diploma (D3) (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Process Engineering Background). Any other majors are also encouraged to apply.

e. Work Experience : 3-year experience in same position in power plant or oil and gas company

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for tracking all permit to work document through the development/ review process.

• Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Indonesia and to obey the corporate policy of BJS on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practice BJS HSE Management Systems.

• Able to develop and provide Permit to Work Management System and Regulation Requirement

• Notify in case of a potential SIMOPS (Simultaneous operation) issues (e.g., work on the same equipment / area where other crews have open permits for).

• Plans, directs, participates and revalidation in the Permit to Work process including processing applications, and tracking.

• Provides information and assistance to the personnel with regards to the Permit to Work System.

• Maintain a log and ensures that all required document Permit to Work including complementary documents/certificates for personnel, equipment, risk assessments, MSDS and isolation certificates are fully approved and attached to any Permit to Work.

• Assists with the Risk Assessment process and Site Survey as required and maintains a database of all previously used Risk Assessments so that they can be retrieved for future possible use.

• Ensures expired Permit to Work are closed, cancelled or renewed as required.

• Establishes accurate records and filing of Permit to Work information in retrievable / accessible manner.

• Responsible for and ensures strict adherence to Isolation procedures and good practice & ensures no Permit to Work that has an isolation attached is issued without an Isolation key.

• Ensures all issued, cancelled and continuous Permit to Work and associated documents are archived correctly as per Document Retention Procedure.

• Working closely with Field HSE and HSE Staff in day to day activities to conduct inspection and audits the Permit to Work System on site and checks compliance with the HSE Management System.

• Assists other Department as required without compromising Permit to Work delivery schedules and targets.

• Provide support in development of BJS Plan on Permit to Work aspect
