Copper Gold Mining Company – Mining Power Plant; 5 Positions

An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and has a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

SPECIALIST POWER ELECTRICAL – POWER PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To undertake modification, installation, replacement, testing, repair or monitoring of electrical equipment, system, or facilities

• To Assist engineer to estimate time and material costs on Power Plant & Electric System projects; and requisition supplies and equipment to complete assigned projects.

• To assist engineer to develop maintenance standards and guidelines for all Power Plant & Electric System electrical equipment.

• Recommend minimum spare parts needed for Power Plant & Electric System electrical equipment.

• Investigate report and recommend corrective action for all Power Plant & Electric System electrical equipment failures and/or damage.

• Investigate report and recommend corrective action for all mis-operations of protection and control circuits on Power Plant & Electric System electrical equipment.

• To support Power Plant & Electric System engineering, operation, and maintenance functions.

• Perform all duties in accordance with established safety procedures; inspect completed work to ensure compliance with engineering specifications or building codes.

What skills and experience do you need?

• A Tertiary degree in electrical engineering, or process controls with minimum 7 years’ experience in Power Electrical systems in the power plant industry (include: installation, logic development, programming, calibration, and record keeping), or in a specialty area are necessary;

• Has minimum 4 years’ experience working in similar role as Specialist Power Electrical/ Engineer Power Plant in power plant project management;

• Ability to interpret parts, service manuals, and technical reference documents;

• Have Experience with Bailey infi90 distributed control systems (DCS), Conductor NT symphony software, microprocessor control systems, Wartsila Engine Control System (W.E.C.S), continuous environmental monitors system (EDAS CEMS), ABB 800xA, ABB Advance software, Factory link, SCADA, ETAP Intelligent Load Shedding.

• Must have very good mathematical and statistical skills.

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

ENGINEER PROCESS CONTROL – POWER PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Schedule and coordinate the work of project members in order to complete work on time and within budget parameters.

• Develop departmental procedure and policies (STP development).

• Design PLC/DCS logic and graphical screen interfaces. Develop standardized programming and calibration procedures.

• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities and devise new approaches to problems encountered.

• Develop and maintain a systematic recording system for tracking all PLC/DCS changes.

• Oversee new equipment installations which interface with a PLC or DCS control system.

• Ensure the transfer of technology from expatriate to National employees and the promotion and support of National employee training and skill development.

• Investigate report, recommend and implement corrective actions for power Plant Control System equipment and logic failures.

• Serve as technical expert for power plant instrumentation.

• Supervise and develop the Power Plant Controls team.

• Plan and conduct surveys, tests or investigations, interpret results, and prepare recommendations, summaries, schedules, and cost estimates.

• Meet with representatives of other departments to coordinate planning and scheduling activities

What skills and experience do you need?

• A Technical degree in electrical engineering, or process controls.

• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate.

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in PLC/DCS systems in the Power Plant industry (include: installation, logic development, programming, calibration, and record keeping), or in a specialty area are necessary.

• Have or working towards a degree in electronics/electrical engineering with a minimum of three years’ experience in PLC/DCS systems.

• Experience in DCS and Windows OS

• Experience with Bailey infi90 distributed control systems (DCS), Conductor NT symphony software, microprocessor control systems, Wartsila Engine Control System (W.E.C.S), continuous environmental monitors system (EDAS CEMS), ABB 800xA, ABB Advance software, Factory link, SCADA, ETAP Intelligent Load Shedding.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate

MECHANIC DIESEL – POWER PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Tugas tanggung jawab:

• Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif rutin per program pemeliharaan pencegahan yang ditetapkan;

• Temukan sumber masalah dengan mengamati perangkat mekanik yang beroperasi, mendengarkan masalah, dan menggunakan alat ukur dan pengujian presisi;

• Diagnosa masalah mekanis dan lakukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan pada mesin diesel atau tidak terbatasa pada peralatan rotary power plant.

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan Minimal SMU/SMK Sederajat.

• Pengalaman Min. 5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Mechanic Diesel di perusahaan power plant/ pertambangan mineral.

• Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan mekanis atau konstruksi peralatan besar

• Pengalaman dengan sistem hydraulics dan listrik

• Pengetahuan tentang listrik, mekanik, hydraulics, dan pneumatik;

• Mampu melakukan Predictive/ Prevention maintenance dan pelumasan dasar;

• Memiliki keahlian terkait Rotary Equipment trouble shooting, penyelarasan dan pemeliharaan.

• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift (siang / malam) dan Roster Kerja;

• Bersedia ditempatkan di project area tempat perusahaan beroperasi dengan penerimaan lokal.

MECHANIC TURBINE – POWER PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Tugas tanggung jawab:

• Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif rutin per program pemeliharaan pencegahan yang ditetapkan;

• Temukan sumber masalah dengan mengamati perangkat mekanik yang beroperasi, mendengarkan masalah, dan menggunakan alat ukur dan pengujian presisi;

• Diagnosa masalah mekanis dan lakukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan pada mesin turbine atau tidak terbatasa pada peralatan rotary power plant.

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan Minimal SMU/SMK Sederajat.

• Pengalaman Min. 5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Mechanic Turbine/ Mechanic Rotary Power Plant  di perusahaan power plant/ pertambangan mineral.

• Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan mekanis atau konstruksi peralatan besar

• Pengalaman dengan sistem hydraulics dan listrik

• Pengetahuan tentang listrik, mekanik, hydraulics, dan pneumatik;

• Mampu melakukan Predictive/ Prevention maintenance dan pelumasan dasar;

ELECTRIC HV – TRANSMISSION DISTRIBUTION – POWER PLANT

(National - Site Based)

Tugas tanggung jawab:

• Melakukan tugas yang ditetapkan menggunakan alat bantu tangan/listrik, peralatan uji, kalibrator, dan meter pengukuran yang terkait dengan pemeliharaan listrik dan instrumentasi normal

• Melakukan tugas yang ditetapkan mengikuti instruksi tertulis dan gambar dasar

• Melakukan tugas yang ditetapkan ke parameter kalibrasi dan pemrograman tertentu

• Melakukan pembangunan kembali dasar switchgear/motor listrik dan perangkat instrumentasi

• Pertahankan area kerja yang aman dan rapi serta laporkan cacat, insiden, dan kondisi yang tidak aman.

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan Minimal SMU/SMK Sederajat;

• Pengalaman Min. 5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Electric HV – Transmission Distribution di perusahaan power plant/ pertambangan mineral;

• Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan listrik / instrumentasi atau konstruksi peralatan besar;

• Pengalaman untuk pemeliharaan dan perbaikan semua peralatan karena aspek elektrik di unit dan fasilitas ; Pengalaman dengan listrik tegangan tinggi;

• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang pemrograman DCS dasar dan pelatihan logika tangga untuk analisis PLC.

• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift (siang / malam) dan Roster Kerja;

• Bersedia ditempatkan di project area tempat perusahaan beroperasi dengan penerimaan lokal.
