HCGS Superintendent

Assignment: Head Office (Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara) / Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan)

Requirements:

• Working Experience: At least 10 Years in this related field in mining company)

• Experience in HR Operations: Design Organization structure, Reward management, Manpower analysis, workload analysis, Policy, Employe Movement (transfer, promotion, demotion), Talent Management with nine box approach, Employee relations, and other HC business partner role
