QC Staff

Kualifikasi :

• Usia maksimal 28 tahun

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/D3 setara

• Pengalaman Min 2 Tahun di posisi yang sama

• Memahami Proses Quality

• Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki : NDT Level II, API, MT, PT, Welding Sertifikat/ Quality Standard lainnya sehubungan dengan Valve

• Jujur, Teliti, Disiplin, dan terbiasa bekerja dibawah tekanan

• Penempatan di Tangerang

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

• Bertanggung jawab melakukan pemeriksaan, verifikasi, kalibrasi, dan membuat laporan evaluasi alat ukur

• Bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan pengecekan inspeksi incoming dan memastikan hasil pengecekan sudah sesuai dengan standard/ approval yang ditetapkan

• Membuat pelaporan tugas harian secara berkala sesuai sistem pelaporan yang berlaku

• Bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan pengetesan serta memastikan hasil tes sesuai dengan standard yang ditetapkan.

• Mengkoordinir dan memberikan pengarahan kerja dan mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan team/bagian di bawahnya agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi di dalam bagiannya

• Report dan laporan harian kepada atasan langsung dan Project Director.

• Membuat planning dan Progress serta pencapaiannya secara periodik sesuai waktu dan komitmen perusahaan atau target management.

Engineering & QC Manager

Kualifikasi :

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the Valve Repair or Oil & Gas Company and similar positionStrong project management skill with proven success of leading multiple project

• Must have a sound knowledge of ASME,API standard, PFD, P&ID, MPP

• Have Strong Motivation, Leadership and and able to work underpressure

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill

• Resourceful, proactive, higly motivated and a self-starter with integrity and dedication

• Willing to be place in Jatiuwung – Tangerang

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

• Plan and Develop strategy ini engineering/QC function in order to achieve and enhance quality performance in the Engineering/QC Function.

• Monitor, review and update maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

• Monitor and coordination of development activities for engineering project to ensure project effectivenes.

• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily/weekly/monthly activities etc.

Welding Engineer

Requirement :

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering or other related field.

• Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position.

• Certified Welding Engineer ( IWE ) and NDT is preferred.

• Experience di overlay hardfacing Stellite 6&21 is preferred

• Knowledge and practical experience of common welding processes such as SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and SAW.

Welding Inspector

Requirement :

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering or other related field.

• Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position.

• Certified Welding Inspector & NDT is preferred.

• Knowledge and Familiar with WPS, PQR, ASME, ISO, DIN JIS etc

• Knowledge and Experience with Welding Process such as SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and SAW

• Knowledge and familiar with MS Office and AutoCad

FINANCE ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER

Requirement :

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Management

• Minimum 8 Years of experience in a similiar position

• Preferably Manager specialized in oil & gas service company

• Excellent in Indonesian Tax Law is a mandatory.

• Have strong motivation, integrity, professionalism, accounting businnes, pressure resistance, being able to follow changes and business trends

•  Strongs Analytical thinking, detailed, discipline and be able to work individually and team work

• Willing to be place in Jatiuwung - Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to team member in month-end closing process, preparing local statutory report, and other relevant documentations to support Management Reporting and Financial Analysis.

• Prepare timely submission of Tax Report (monthly) and annual Tax report, including TP doc. Set up, maintain, and Review Tax and Accounting procedure & policy.

• Responsible for internal audit, external audit as well as tax audit including representing Company in Tax Court

• Conduct tax review to asses uncertain tax position in financial statement, including

provide meaningful analysis to Management to reduce Company tax risk exposure

VALVE ENGINEER

Requirement :

• D3 -S1 - Mechanical Engineering

• Fresh Graduate , or Preferably min 2 years experience in the field of Powerplant and Oil and Gas Repair Valve

• Able to use and read measuring devices such as: pressure gauges, length gauges, angle gauges and other gauges related to inspection work.

• Understand and able to use Solidwork

• Understand Standard General Valves (Ball, Gate, Butterfly, Check, Diaphragm, Safety Valve, Plug, and Globe).

• Knowing Valve Design and How to Work which includes: Ball Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Plug Valve, and Butterfly Valve

• Understanding / ASME International Standards. ANSI / ASME B16.34. , ANSI / ASME B16.5. , ANSI / ASME B16.10. , ANSI / ASME B16.11. ANSI / ASME B16.25
