1. Jr Instructor Mechanic
Description:
• Responsible for implementing the mechanical development
• program Conducting training, On Job Instructional (OJI), Mechanic Level Check (MLC)
• Certification and Administration
Qualification:
• Max 35 Years old
• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Education Mechanical Engineering
• Having BMC, TOT and Advance Heavy Equipment sertificate
• Minimum 2 years experience with the same level at mining industry.
• Experienced in Mechanic Development, Mandatory Training, Monthly Report Mechanic, MMP, Mechanic Raport
• Mastering the material and able to teach BMC, Preventive Maintenance, removal and installation, machine problems Shooting
• Not Color Blind
• Having good attitude
• Willing to be placed on the Job Site
2. Jr Instructor Operator
Description:
• Implement operator development programs
• Implement training and On Job Instruction (OJI)
• Certification and Administration
Qualification:
• Max age 40 years
• Education min. SMA/SMK
• Experience min. 3 years in the same position
• Experienced in compiling training modules
• Mastering the technical methods of operating heavy equipment
• Have TOT Certification, POP Competency Test, SIM A (still valid)
• Willing to be placed on the Job Site
3. Mechanic
Deskripsi:
• Melakukan aktifitas service dan maintenance equipment, baik yang schedule maupun unschedule sesuai dengan standar factory dan SOP / Policy perusahaan yang berlaku
Kualifikasi:
• Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK atau sederajat
• Berpengalaman min. 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama
• Mampu melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan unit seperti Komatsu, Scania, Mercy, Sandvik, Caterpillar dan Volvo
• Memiliki Sertifikat BMC
• Penempatan di Kalimantan Timur
4. Maintenance Group Leader
Description:
• Coordinate and control activities in the workshop, facility Support, field, preventive which include the use of labor, work procedures, readiness and condition of tools and workplaces in order to achieve equipment availability targets equipment
Qualification:
• Education min. SMA/SMK equivalent or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experienced min. 2 years in the same position in the mining sector
• Required Skill(s): BMC, POP
• Have SIM A (still valid)
• Able to prevent, repair and predict maintenance
• Experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry.
• Willing to be placed on the Job Site (East Kalimantan)
5. Engineering Group Leader
Description:
• Organize and direct the work team for the implementation of production plan activities, pit development, reconciliation of mine progress, monitoring the performance of subordinates
• Mine operational evaluation and review, setting up fleet configuration placements, preparing daily work instruction data
• Submit work progress updates to direct superiors
Qualification:
• Age 27 - 35 years old
• Min. D3 / S1 Mining Engineering / Geology
• Have a POP certificate
• Experienced min. 2 years in the same position
• Familiar with Geological Modeling & Squence Planning (Minescape); Mine Scheduling (XPAC)
• Not color blind
6. Maintenance Planner Officer
Description:
• Making maintenance schedules and controlling costs
• Maintain historical equipment data from the process of creating, filling to final reporting
Qualification:
• 23 - 27 years old
• Education min. SMA / SMK
• Understand administrasion, SAP, and can operate Ms. Office
• Min. 1 years in the same position
• Not color blind
7. Operator Drilling (D245)
Deskripsi:
• Mengoperasikan unit drilling pada kegiatan yang meliputi :
• Perawatan & pemeriksaan harian unit,
• Start up / shut down unit serta pengoperasian unit suai prosedur,
• Pengisian time sheet,
• Pelaporan kerusakan unit,
• Pelaksanaan tugas dan sasaran kerja untuk memcapai target produksi secara aman
• Menyampaikan informasi aktifitas kerjanya kepada atasan langsung
Kualifikasi:
• Usia 18 - 40 tahun
• Min. SMA / SMK
• Memiliki pengalaman sesuai dengan posisi yang dilamar min. 3 tahun di industri pertambangan
• Wajib memiliki SIM B2 yang masih berlaku
• Tidak buta warna
• Penempatan di Kalimantan Timur
8. Operator Crane
Deskripsi:
• Mengoperasikan unit crane pada kegiatan yang meliputi :
• Perawatan & pemeriksaan harian unit,
• Start up / shut down unit serta pengoperasian unit suai prosedur,
• Pengisian time sheet,
• Pelaporan kerusakan unit,
• Pelaksanaan tugas dan sasaran kerja untuk memcapai target produksi secara aman
• Menyampaikan informasi aktifitas kerjanya kepada atasan langsung
Kualifikasi:
• Pria usia 18 - 40 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK
• Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama
• Wajib memiliki SIM B2 & SIO Crane yang masih berlaku
• Tidak buta warna
• Penempatan di Kalimantan Timur
9. Welder
Deskripsi:
• Bertanggung jawab melakukan fabrikasi dan perawatan alat baik yang sudah terschedule maupun un-schedule sesuai dengan standar pabrik dan SOP perusahaan yang berlaku
Kualifikasi:
• Usia 23 - 35 tahun
• Min SMK
• Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Memiliki SIO
• Tidak buta warna
• Penempatan di Kalimantan Timur
10. Operator HD 785 / CAT 777
Deskripsi:
• Melaksanakan pekerjaan mengoperasikan unit HD 465/785 pada kegiatan yang meliputi : Perawatan & pemeriksaan harian unit, start up / shut down unit serta pengoperasian unit sesuai prosedur, pengisian time sheet, pelaporan kerusakan unit, pelaksanaan tugas dan sasaran kerja untuk memcapai target produksi secara aman
Kualifikasi:
• Usia 18 - 40 tahun
• Min. SMA / SMK
• Memiliki pengalaman sesuai dengan posisi yang dilamar min. 3 tahun di industri pertambangan
• Wajib memiliki SIM B2 yang masih berlaku
• Tidak buta warna
• Penempatan di Kalimantan Timur
