We are seeking experienced people for the following position:

Engineer Environmental (926838)

(Wahana)

In this role, you will:

• Develop, manage, communicate, implement, maintain, audit and review Environmental Management Plan consistently to meet ISO:14001 requirements

• Maintain ISO:14001 requirements and its performance for the project during the audit

• Develop, manage, communicate, implement, maintain, audit and review environmental management procedures and support their implementation so as to achieve the environmental objectives targets set for the project

• Deliver Environmental Performance

• Avoid situations that result in conflict, bribery or use of inducements

• Be able to communicate, manage, coach and develop improvement within the team

What skills and experience do you need?

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or other suitable discipline

• Minimum 2 years experience as Engineer Environmental

• Environmental Management System ISO 14001

• Rehabilitation or Reclamation in Mining sector

• Environmental Management Plan

• Environmental Risk Assessment

• Hydrocarbon & Waste Management

• Hazardous Substances Management

• Environmental Monitoring

• Water Supply Management

Senior Supervisor Pump (926885)

(Wahana)

In this role you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the usage of pump in safe, timely and efficient way.

• Follow Thiess standards and planning and do so on time and on budget while satisfying the needs of the client and the company;

• Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.

• Implement daily pit dewatering plan as per discussion with engineering

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum graduate from Senior High School / Technical High School, with previous experience in pump operation in Pit / Mining as Supervisor Pump;

• Having strong leadership experience & self-motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, team player, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Lead Estimator Civil (926884)

(Jakarta)

In this role you will:

• Ensure all tenders are prepared in accordance with company procedures.

• Review and analyse project operational and financial variances to tender to constantly seeking business improvement initiatives.

• Assist Tender Manager with preparation of commercial and technical clarifications and client pricing and technical tender schedules

• Identify “big ticket” items in the Tender and proactively work with the bid team to investigate cost reductions

• Coordinate with consultants or potential subcontractors or suppliers in preparation of civil work planning and scheduling.

• Assist the tender team to identify, evaluate and rank risks as well as develop a strategy to manage risks

• Attend sites visits and prepare detailed report of local conditions, available facilities & technical resources

• Continually updating the Company’s estimating procedures and processes

What skills and experience do you need?

• Hold Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering

• Minimum 10 years experiences in Civil Works which include 3 years as Senior Civil Estimator or Project Control

• Experiences with civil works or mine infrastructures in the mining project

• Computer Literacy including Advanced skills in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

• Preferred ability in Microsoft Project or equivalent

• Relationship mapping, market segmentation is desirable

• General knowledge in market resources, mining industry and industry that is related with Mining Industry

• Good English communication skill
