Regulate, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all maintenance/maintenance and tire repair activities in the project within the scope of supervision as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and the schedule/planning made by the planner within the budget constraints, procedures and HSE standards applicable to ensure maximum tire lifetimes and minimize costs to support operations

Qualifications

Job Description:

1. Work Closely with Engineer - Critical Breakdown on collecting data on the Various Critical Break-down Maintenance for all the HEMM Equipment.

2. Post and update on the status of the requisite critical parts/ components in the ERP System.

3. Assist Engineer - Critical Breakdown on follow ups with Functional Site In charges to collect data’s of the critical break-down maintenance for the running equipment.

4. Assist Engineer - Critical Breakdown on preparing the equipment utilization and the production data for all projects.

5. Assist Engineer - Critical Breakdown on preparing a daily MIS report on the equipment utilization and the production data for all projects

Qualification:

Job Description:

1. Coordinate with Engineer - Procurement Coordination & Inventory Control for collecting data on component overhauling for all the HEMM Equipment.

2. Coordinate with Engineer - Procurement Coordination & Inventory Control on follow up with the purchase team on the conversion of PRs to POs.

3. Coordinate with Engineer - Procurement Coordination & Inventory Control on follow up with the Site team on the requisition of the spare parts/ components through the generated PR and POs.

4. Assist Engineer - Procurement Coordination & Inventory Control in preparing the spare parts. components consumption report on daily and monthly.

5. Keep all documents updated on the procurement of the components/ spares as per the PRs and PO to all the Project locations

3. Responsible for monitoring & proactive audit of maintenance, Quality and compliances of SOPs, SWP for all the equipment.

4. Monitor the Health Audit check-up of all machineries in consultation with Head - Planning & Monitoring.

5. Devise corrective actions against the audits for all the HEMM Equipment

Qualification:

• Must have knowledge on reviewing the Backlog Management for all HEMM Equipment

Engineer - Critical Breakdown

Job Description:

1. Assist Head - Critical Breakdown on the follow up for Various Critical Break-down Maintenance for all the HEMM Equipment.

2. Follow ups with the Service vendors for the procurement of critical parts/ components as per inventory plans.

3. Follow-ups with the site team to collect data’s of the critical break-down maintenance for the running equipment.

4. Monitor the MTBF & MTTR of critical equipment and ensure the critical break-down maintenance is done as per the plan.

5. Assist Head - Critical Breakdowns in preparing monthly performance review for all the equipment.

6. Prepare a daily MIS report on the equipment utilization and the production data for all projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Engineer - Maintenance Monitoring

Job Description:

1. Monitor the Preventive and Scheduled maintenance of all the HEMM Equipment at the projects in consultation with Head - Planning & Monitoring.

2. Ensure that all assigned and planned maintenance jobs are completed in a proper and timely manner at all projects.

3. Maintain the availability of the spares at all the projects as per the operational needs and through periodic review of inventory.

4. Follow up with the Purchase/ Procurement team on the timely delivery of spare parts at the projects.

5. Monitor on the consumable and fast moving spares of all the HEMM Equipment at all the projects and present the report to Head - Planning & Monitoring on daily and monthly basis.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Male (Minimum age 26 years old)

• Working Experience minimum 4 years

• Must have knowledge on preventive and scheduled maintenance of HEMM Equipment

• Should have knowledge on spare planning and inventory management

Engineer - Overall Equipment Efficiency

Job Description:

1. Ensure the HEMM OEE and Maintenance targets through proper monitoring of HEMM Equipment Maintenance.

2. Initiate, Implement and manage the HEMM maintenance through planning, scheduling and executing the Preventive, Predictive, Break Down, & Shutdown maintenance.

3. Equipment patrolling/auditing and confirms on the Condition Based Monitoring techniques and total breakdown maintenance.

4. Calculate Break down, MTTR, MTBF, OEE of Production and cost analysis of mining project entailing calculation of Lead-lift, load center, Haul rate, availability-utilization matrix, man power cost etc. & its implications in the mining cycle & mine budget.

5. Maintain Maintenance related documents and Records

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
