1. Job Title: Lead Quantity Surveyor - Highland

Papua; 12 months

- Quantity surveyors manage the costs on a construction project. They help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

- Good command of English

- Must have experience in construction experience with value US$500 million above

- 15+ years as a Quantity Surveyor, Lead Planning or Project Controls Specialist

- Mining or Renewable Energy Plant Expert

- Verify Bill of Quantities including Quantity take‐off refer to Construction Drawing

- Knowledge of principles and practices of project Controls, budget forecasting, invoice review, documented quantity checks, and system controls

- Demonstrate technical competence through engineering and/or operations experience in at least one of the following work areas: Earthworks, structural works, Construction, procurement and fabrication

- Proficient in MS office including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

- Under general supervision, provides technical/analytical and functional support in the area of project management, project controls, and construction management processes for the Engineering & Construction department.

- Maintain detailed project cost reports for capital projects within the Project system(s).  Facilitates forecast development and maintenance with key stakeholders including planning, engineering, procurement, and construction management.

- Update standard cost and schedule programs, processes and practices to ensure all capital projects are performed in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.

- Coordinates and maintains financial, schedule, estimate, budget, resource, procurement and other data within scheduling system(s) and other databases and query tools for capital projects.

- Coordinates and maintains status reporting and executive dashboards for the financial aspects and schedules for capital projects within scheduling systems.

- Responsible for the development of the overall status reporting on the financial aspects and the schedules associated with Design and Construction Projects. Support project management team to provide an effective integrated cost and schedule monitoring program.

- Analyzes Contractors cost information and provides project teams with recommended corrective action to ensure the necessary project controls are in place. Prepares detailed cost reports as required.

2. Job Title: Field Piping Supervisor Portsite

Papua, 12 months

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 10+ years of experience in projects specializing in piping, pumping, mechanical and conveying in a large scale, complex mine or oil & gas industries.

• Mineral Processing knowledge is an advantage.

• Additional certifications or licensure appropriate to the job may be required

• Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques

• Skilled in resolving daytoday questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods and procedures needed to complete projects

• Skilled in budget preparation, monitoring and administration

• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions

3. Job Title: Jr Scheduler - Highland

Papua, 12 months

- Good command of English

- 5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering

- The Scheduler will monitor progress during the study against the study schedule, identify areas of slippage for attention, and forecast the completion date.

- They prepare standardized scheduling documents to be followed by others in the preparation of their area specific schedule and assemble to resulting areas schedules into a single integrated schedule along with explanatory reports.

- Having the ability to plan projects using Oracle Primavera P6.

4. Job Title: Cost Engineer Portsite

Papua, 12 months

- Bachelor of Civil Engineering

- Good command of English

- 10+ years’ experience as Cost Engineer/Cost Analyst in Construction

- Must have experience in construction experience with a value of USD 500 million

- Expert in software SAP, CAS, and advanced Excel

- Manages all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

- Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality

- Preparation of Cost Estimates to Budget Project, Detailed of Bill of Quantities, Bid Documents, Tendering Classifications and Negotiations and to the contractors, Report Bids.

- Preparation of Contract Documentation, Project Site Meetings, Negotiating and Clarifications, Change Order Work, Progress Evaluations, Cost reports and Control, Certificates of Payment and Monitoring.

- Prepares Estimates to Budget Project Based on Conceptual Design, Schematic Estimation, Prepares Detailed Estimation

- Prepares quantity take off for all items for Civil Works as per AutoCAD Drawings

- Prepares Bill of Quantities (itemized and priced)

- Coordinate with Client regarding the preparation of Contract

- Analysis, data updating, final cost estimation, and detailed master list requirements, for all Jobsite areas in providing excellent cost estimation services, including preliminary cost estimation preparation, Progress Claim Evaluation, Change Work Order, Evaluation Price Estimate

- Develop accurate detail cost estimation based on Engineering Service Request (ESR) scope of work (Civil Works, Building Works, Mech & Piping Works, Electrical Works, Instrumentation and FSME Works)

- Review, analyst, and recalculate every ballpark/preliminary cost estimation prepared by the Project Engineer or any other department by reconsidering all aspects of engineering drawing, specification, and standards, work method, and any other supporting information using Timberline software

- Periodically update data of labor, material, and equipment unit cost rates

- Evaluate and analyze bid tender and provide appropriate and technically accountable cost estimation recommendation

- Monitor approved AFE (Approval For Estimation) cost estimation and its execution

- Provide assistance to Export-Import group in providing annually master list material breakdown which consists of material category, purchase location-allocation (local/import), quantity, cost estimation, etc., especially for construction projects

- Provide assistance in preparing monthly Administration, MTO, and Cost Estimation group

- Maintain good filing system for all cost estimation data for each project

- Monitor material status, prepare warehouse requisition, prepare purchase request

5. Job Title: Field Electrical Supervisor Highland

Papua, 12 months; renewal

 

• Under general supervision, supervise, coordinate and control the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit through subordinate Supervisors.

• Ensure continued operations of production shifts through execution of the production plan and schedules

• Provide Operations input for production and maintenance planning

• Ensure adherence to correct safety and operating procedures and compliance with appropriated federal and state laws and regulations

• Inspect assigned work units to ensure schedules and objectives are attained

• Coordinate daily with other Operational and staff areas, including but not limited to Maintenance, Processing, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, and Sales

• Directly supervise first-line or shift Supervisors

Qualifications

•    Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques

•    Skilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods and procedures needed to complete projects

•    Skilled in budget preparation, monitoring and administration

•    Experience utilizing PLC or DCS in an industrial process

6. Job Title: QA/QC Reps

Gresik, 12 months

- Working in Mining – International Project

- Bachelor’s degree

- To supervise the operation of the QA/QC functions at project site by implementing the Project Quality Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards and specific contract requirements.

- This will involve the construction of all roadways, bridges, railways, earthworks and any other civil works required to ensure the delivery of the product from the mine.

- 10 years civil inspection experience which shall contain as minimum 3 Years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the contract scope of work in Mining.

- To lead the team of QC Civil Inspectors for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities.

- Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments per project specifications, procedures & ITPs.

- Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC Inspectors.

- Coordination with Civil testing agencies / batching plants for in tine delivery of concretes and subsequent inspection & testing requirements. Ensuring the availability of QC Inspector during any operations.

- Imitating internal Log Book Entries/NCR’s to construction crew for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITP’s, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings etc.

- Coordination with Clients inspectors for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violations.

- Emphasizing on the control of documents and records by advising the document controllers, QC Inspectors.

- Conducting routine internal meetings with QC inspectors for further vigilance to the potential problems which must be tackled accordingly to avoid non‐conformities.

7. Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor - Estimating

Gresik, 12 months

• Your main responsibility will be to estimate work of particular projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

• Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements

• Select, measure and track important metrics

• Visit sites, warehouses and other venues necessary to do the estimate

• Perform complex analysis of collected data and metrics

• Prepare relevant and reliable forecasts

• Conduct complex risk analysis activities

• Create and present reports to upper management

• Analyze and evaluate offers

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors

Key measures & targets:

• Accurate monthly forecasting

• Ability to challenge resources and costs

• Maintaining deadlines in line with monthly commercial calendar

Requirements

• Previously worked for Mining Projects

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Proficiency in local tendering and estimation experience is strongly encouraged to apply.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.

• Able to work independently with minimum guidance

• Building & Construction experience is added advantage

• Previous working experience as construction estimator for (5) years

Provides input on the preparation of the contract strategy and planning documents. Prepares and manages the bid processes for construction, engineering and construction services contracts required for the execution of the Capital projects. Administer the construction, engineering and construction services contracts during the execution phase throughout close out. Manages the close out process for those administered contracts. Manages the Contract Administration System CAS.
