Copper Gold Mining Company – Business Support; 2 Positions

An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:

SENIOR SPECIALIST EXPATRIATE AFFAIRS

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

Responsible to coordinate all Expatriate employees benefits, medical, demobilization repatriation.

Coordinate with internal departments in regards to benefits which not only limited to payroll, tax and medical.

Maintain and preparation of RPTKA manning list and submission. Assist in the process of administration/Visa for national employees for business trip (overseas). Assist in managing the working permits for Expatriate business partners and visitors.

Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, personal effect shipment and payroll preparation.

Coordinate administration of Expatriate benefits : Leaves, and medical trip/emergency trip.

Ensure the medical coverage for expatriate employees and accompanying family members during international assignments (in Indonesia).

Managing the RPTKA (Manning List) and supporting docs, docs required by Government of Indonesia, including work permit and Visa/KITAS (stay permit).

Managing of Expatriates and family permits.

Assist National employees in preparing appropriate application form and provide them with the information and requirements to get passports and visa, and also help them to process the appropriate visa for traveling abroad.

Assisting for arranging expats leave and field break tickets through company travel agents.

Maintain good communication with all parties (expats employees and external).

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Business Administration or related discipline.

At least 10 years extensive experience in corporate external affairs and 5 years in similar role as Senior Coordinator external affairs; Has been exposure external affairs operational practice in Mining Industry is preferable.

Good skills and understanding of government regulation re-expatriate, and Immigration regulation

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in communication; conflict resolution; Work Collaboratively; Possess high motivation as good customer service; Able to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms Access and Outlook Email)

SPECIALIST HUMAN CAPITAL – COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

(National - Site Based)

What skills and experience do you need?

Support Supervisor Human Capital to advance programs and projects by working closely with divisional teams, external service providers and employee (and/or their dependents) volunteers to create meaningful and impactful projects to develop mining ring villages, counties/ district and province.

Promote sustainable tourism to local community leaders, youth groups, external partners and employees and their dependents as the big-vision legacy that company will leave for the community as a continuing source of economic livelihood

Build up Human Capital programs to support the community by working closely with divisional teams to create programs and projects from education and training (i.e., vocational or workforce development) to health and cleanliness initiatives (such as assistance for victims of mercury contamination and waste reduction and proper disposal) to develop counties/ district and provinces.

Promote company’s investments in human capital in the community to local community leaders, external partners and employees to obtain support and participation for what company is doing for human capital development in counties/ district and provinces.

Identify youth-focused events, activities and personalities that can promote Human Capital in counties/ district and provinces.

Serve as a coach and mentor to community youth under Company’s Social Impact ambassadors program, which is a 6-month to 1-year rotational apprenticeship program whereby youth in the community can see the commitment of the department to positive social change and act as a bridge going forward in their community to ensure that company’s social impact initiatives are safeguarded and sustainable

Support other divisional teams including but not limited to sustainable tourism initiatives, destination marketing, key opinion leader activation, etc.

Some of your duties will include:

Bachelor’s degree in business, development studies, education or related discipline. A master’s degree is a plus.

At least 8 years extensive experience in corporate social impact program/CSR program and 5 years in human capital area is similar role as Specialist Human Capital; Has been exposure CSR operational practice in Mining Industry is preferable.

Proven experience to design, implement and monitor Human Capital program in previous works.

Good network with various local community leaders, external partners, business associations or related organizations.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in communication, public speaking, coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution; Work Collaboratively; good analytical (data analysis and statistical analysis)

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
