An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining, and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our EPC Project – Mill Process Fixed Plant Expansion , we require someone who is able to adapt with dynamic and under pressure environment to be carried out with rapid progress, highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :

LEAD QA/ QC (EPC – FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Co-ordinate all facility infrastructure project construction and maintenance so as to maximize productivities in the most cost effective manner and to achieve business target while ensuring that a safe professional is maintained;

• Assist QA&QC management representative and provide support on technical, administrative, and management activities for the project of management System application & management activities for tender preparation, execution of the project and workplace management system.

• Assist to reviews and updates departmental procedures and policies, administers discipline, enforces company policy, and ensures compliance with state, federal, or other jurisdictional laws;

• Involve in responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of operational efficiency;

• Involve for development, establish, implement and maintain Departmental policy, procedures and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within company and its Business Partners;

• Involve for development and maintain departmental plans that are pro-active in planning to ensure that the day-to-day operational needs are met while counterbalancing the strict Project and control requirements in line with Indonesian or better standards;

• Involve in develop and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures, which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach on Projects and control the facilities.

• Assist sets goals and coordinates the activities of the department reports in the field, workshop and various administrative office ensure consistent and quality scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance are accomplished with minimal disruption to the operation;

• Involve in development and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures, which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach to a better delivery of support and operational services;

• Ensure that international-quality office and support infrastructure facilities are available which meet the needs of the company workforce and its Business Partners;

What skills and experience do you need?

 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering (for LEAD QA/ QC CIVIL) ; Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (for LEAD QA/ QC ELECTRIC & INSTRUMENTATION ; Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (LEAD QA/ QC MECHANICAL PIPING )

• Has 12 years’ experience industry preferable have exposure in Mill Expansion Processing Plant / EPC Industry.

• Must have had 5 years’ experience in similar role as Lead/ Senior Engineer Quality Control/ Quality Assurance for each of discipline.

o Have substantial experience in the Domestic, light industrial construction industry and in particular facility maintenance; Must have Project infrastructure knowledge on building (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping / Plumbing, Electrical & Instrumentation); Ability to read & analyze Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings is required

o Familiar with Project management plan & system in Mining Infrastructure activity; have working knowledge in Civil Infrastructure principles, design concepts & operations, and awareness of operation regulatory; familiar with application of ISO 9001; has experience as Internal Auditor; be able to provide reporting;

o Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position..

SENIOR ENGINEER QA/ QC (EPC – FIXED PLANT)

Some of your duties will include:

SENIOR ENGINEER CIVIL & STRUCTURAL (EPC-FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To analyst and manage Process Plant Facilities constructions & maintenance work including team to support mining operation;

• To ensure that earthwork/land preparation, civil & building works performed on project area are in accordance with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Project drawing/designs, codes and standards and comply with Project Management System;

• Directly in-charge both in value engineering (managing design), and the field engineering & inspection activities of civil/building works and its coordination to client and Company group.

• Coordinate, monitoring and update of all project construction plan, budget program and resource requirement to ensure delivery of project on time and on budget;

• To carry out civil and construction design required for supporting project activities;

• To prepare estimation of Bill of Quantity of estimated work;

• To ensure that all civil work (Earthwork/Drainage or Structure); in accordance with project specification and supervise the construction crew;

• Making plan based on Overall Schedule and to communicate and discuss with site team;

• Monitor and report site progress;

• Making RFI for any site issue related to engineering/design;

• Coordinate with Supply Chain department to plan and control permanent material purchases; expediting procurement and logistics to ensure site crew have all the requirements materials, equipment, manpower and services on schedule; ensure the planning and programming of site activities and procurement is monitored and achieved required milestone

• Ensuring safe work environment are maintained, incidents and unsafe conditions are reported and team members are trained.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Have a degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrated project management in the Mill Expansion/ Process Fixed Plant Construction / EPC Industry and minimum of 8 years experiences in supervisory level in Engineering Civil & Structural as Chief/ Senior Engineer Civil & Structural, and minimum 3 years in site based;

• Good knowledge and having skill to operate software of structure particularly Autocad 2D and 3D; Good understand of project scheduling (Time Line) and Calculate of build of quantity (RAB = Rencana Anggaran Belanja);

• Familiar with Risk Assessment in Civil area; Familiar with safety issue in civil work; Willingness to work outdoor is a must; Proficient in civil engineering and financial expertise in civil and structure designs, project planning & scheduling, project cost valuation and resource management focus;

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.

SENIOR ENGINEER MECHANICAL & PIPING (EPC-FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to prepare detailed MTO's (Material Take-Offs) and BOM's (Bills of Quantities);

• Prepare detailed cost estimates in accordance with the Project Management System and sound industry practice;

• Support projects in the start-up and execution phase as required; to provide technical direction for all engineering works from contract award through to commissioning phase; plan and control permanent material purchases; expediting procurement and logistics to ensure site crew have all the required materials, equipment, manpower and services on schedule; and, ensure that planning and programming of site activities and procurement is monitored to meet and achieve required milestones;

• Actively assist the estimating department to continually enhance estimating procedures and processes;

• Quality all and any assumption made in preparation of the MTO/BOQ's for discussion with the Project Manager to ensure that appropriate allowances (contingencies) or clarifications are included on site;

• Check Data Sheets, Specification, scope of work for request, technical clarification, and technical evaluation of Vendor Equipment.

• Directly in-charge in the field inspection activities of all mechanical/electrical and its coordination to client and Company group and ensure that all mechanical/ electrical equipment in accordance with project specifications, standard practices, code and standards.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor degree preferable from Mechanical engineering with minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrated project management in Mill Expansion/ Process Fixed Plant Construction / EPC Industry, and minimum of 8 years experiences in supervisory level in Engineering Mechanical as Chief/ Senior Engineer Mechanical & Piping,  and minimum 3 years in site based.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft project or other industry software such as AutoCAD, CATS; Have an understanding of construction regulations, industry codes and standard, workplace health & safety regulation, quality assurance, construction cost and processes; General knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipment utilization;

• Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

SENIOR ENGINEER ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTATION

(EPC-FIXED PLANT)

Some of your duties will include:

SENIOR ENGINEER OPERATIONS INTERFACE (EPC-FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Prepares and Executes the Operations, Maintenances and Integrity Assurance Process for the Projects which are to enhance the Process Fixed Plant Production Capacity ;

• Ensures that Key Interfaces are identified with Existing Facilities both Upstream and Downstream of the Project Boundaries and rechecks assumptions made by the Projects and put in place Assurance Plans for each project and ensure follow up and implementation of the required Replacement, Testing, Inspection and Maintenance that is required for the existing facilities is carried out to ensure full alignment with the Project Deliverables & Business Objectives.

• Focal Point and SPA for the Interface coordination for the Interface Team within Brown Field Projects Division and OPTL at Technical Support Division for Integrated shutdown Planning activities.

• Liaise with Projects to provide the overall Project Interface Document including boundaries, design basis assumptions and impact of the Project on the existing facilities (Design, Operations, Integrity and Spare Capacity).

• Identify with Operations, Maintenance and Integrity the Key Interfaces between the Project and the Existing Facilities.

• Leads a multidiscipline team in the preparation & development of the Operation, Maintenance and Integrity (OMI) Philosophy for the Project and ensures that it is in line with the SOW, and that project team updates subsequent issues in line with project's progress.

• Guides, directs and supervises subordinates to ensure they work to their best potential and contribute effectively as a team. Works in line with HSE Policy, and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinates.

• Daily and Extensive Contacts and reporting with Operations, Maintenance and Integrity Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers, for follow-up and receipt of comments.

• Works in accordance with professional standards, company engineering codes, past experience and other established procedures.

• Organizes own daily work based on the work priorities and carries out the work in liaison with other Division.

• Works accomplishment is subjected to review by Operations and Commissioning Team Leaders

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in relevant Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrated project management in Mill Expansion/ Process Fixed Plant Construction/ EPC Industry, including Process/ Operations/ Maintenance/ Integrity/ Projects

• Has minimum of 8 years experiences in supervisory level as Chief/ Senior Engineer Operations Interface with minimum 3 years in site based.

• Very good experience in Preparation of Project Process and Procedures, and preparing report for management;

JUNIOR/SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (EPC FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Assist manager to ensure successful procurement of goods and services through effective contracting in terms of costs, quality, quantity, services and availability.

• Responsible for contract administration for the process fixed plant engineering and construction projects;

• Asist to implement existing procedures and establish new procedures where required. Required for internal working procedures and external procedures that will be applicable to contractors and vendors.

• Assist to ensure all contracts are commercially sound, mitigating risk for the project and conforming to project and company procedures and good international practice.

• Assist to manage the engineering works, equipment supply and construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all conditions are met, risks and costs are managed, claims against the project are avoided and claims against the contractors are identified and processed.

• Assist to negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers of complex technical equipment to obtain the best prices, payment terms, terms and conditions and warranties.

• Effectively implements and manages plans, actions, procedures, and improvement strategies decided by the project management team. Supports business needs and ensures the cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, efficient flow of materials to the project and the timely movement of goods and services.

• Help to develop the procurement and contracting schedule with the support of internal and external project stakeholders.

• During construction and commissioning, ensure that the correct documentation, drawings and other technical information related to procurement and contract management are made available to the site teams.

• Investigate and solve technical issues relating to contracting and procurement that will come up during construction and commissioning.

• Submit necessary reports and recommendations to the Project Manager concerning project status and problems.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree qualification in business, engineering and/or logistics required with minimum 12 years’ Contract / Purchasing / Materials Management experience preferably within a large organization.

• 10 years of experience in contract administration with 5 of those years working as Senior Contract Administrator in Process Fixed Plant Construction / EPC Industry;

• Experience in purchasing high dollar items and preparing complex Purchase Orders or Purchase Contracts;

• Very good knowledge of FIDIC engineering, construction and equipment supply contracts; Very good knowledge of BOM/BOQ construction contracts.

• A thorough understanding of the project cycle, the ability to prioritise activities and to drive it to completion and to anticipate pinch points; Experienced in developing and implementing procedures and systems; Experienced in planning and executing project, construction and commissioning activities from a commercial and procurement perspective;

• General understanding of the Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations;

• Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail.

SENIOR BUYER (EPC FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Adhere to the domestic purchasing strategy and operational corporate requirements.

• Participate in the day-to-day operation of the SAP supply management and forward purchasing systems to process routine purchase electronically.

• Check the recommended supplier against records of approved, reliable suppliers so that prices and deliveries can be guaranteed in relation to the company’s experience of supplier performance.

• Check that the proposed purchase strategies are acceptable to the end user by sending quotations from the supplier to the end user for checking the proposed delivery time, the price quoted and proposed quality. In cases where there are disagreements from the end user, refer to the Supervisor Procurement for alternative strategies.

• Arrange for approval of quotation reviews according to relevant financial and end user authority level and once approval is received, process, distribute and file the completed purchase order.

• Monitor and rectify purchasing discrepancies.

• Deal with price variances and determine if charges from suppliers are consistent with purchase order details. Make narrative notations and forward changes to the Superintendent for implementation.

• Maintain records of all dealings with suppliers on computerized database in relation to domestic and international purchases.

• Develop contract plans and strategies based on user department contracting requirements and provide regular progress status reports of all contracting activities.

• Use, monitor and update the contracting components of the Ellipse contracts administration systems, online contracts request system, and related data and reporting systems.

• Administer contract matters relating to Government regulatory compliance, claims, disputes, invoicing/payments, correspondence, back charges, taxes, insurance, liability, indemnities, bonds and retentions.

• Maintain standard contract documents and prepare formal contract documentation customized to suit specific contract requirements of company operational activities.

• Ensure timely and professional service to user departments in the preparation and evaluation of bids, negotiation with bidders, and recommendation to management for approvals, preparation of contract documentation, issuance of award of contracts and regret letters, and, management and close out of contracts all in English or Bahasa Indonesian language.

• Administer Operations, Business, or External Relations group’s requests for contracts.

What skills and experience do you need?

COORD. / SUPERINTENDENT PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC - (EPC FIXED PLANT)

• Assist to develop, prepare, implement and emphasis procurement & logistic policy, procedure, and system, and monitor the synergy of company procedures with its suppliers;

• Ensure purchase of goods is implemented through an effective purchase and stocks approval especially in terms of cost, quality, quantity, guarantee and availability.

• Provide assistance and coordination with the Business Process Group regarding the development, implementation and updating of the supply and transport consolidation modules of the SAP materials management system, Quadrem E-Business systems. OAS Strategize system and other systems.

• Assist to develop plans and strategies of goods purchase by referring to the requirements of end user departments and provide regular progress report of all activities of the goods procurement.

• Assist to develop contract plans and strategies based on user department contracting requirements and provide regular progress status reports of all contracting activities.

• Apply goods procurement fully utilizing best practices and driving to ensure maximum use of the SAP Material Management Modules, E-Management, E-Business and related base case and global supply chain enabled systems, assisted by IT Department.

• In conjunction with the IT Department, develop, implement and update the contracting components of the SAP contract management, E-business and related systems.

• Prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of sourcing, purchasing, expediting, shipping, importation, distribution and payment of goods, commodities, equipment and materials procured throughout the department.

• Manage approval of supplier’s stocks and administration activities related to compliance with government regulations, interaction, claim, guarantee, return and repair (of goods), hazardous materials management, payment, correspondence, meeting review, taxes, insurance, obligations, etc.

• Maintain standard document of stocks approval and train employees to prepare official documents, which is adjusted with special requirement of the goods to support business operation and construction activities.

• Ensure timely and professional services for end user departments in preparing and evaluating tender, negotiation with tender companies, provide recommendation to management for approval, commercial public administration and complete existing requests.

• Involve in reporting and compliance with procedures including completion of procurement activities as related to IMS, 5 Star, ISO, OSAS, and Data Acquisition Workbook.

• Manage contract and contractor administrative matters relating to Government regulatory compliance and interaction, claims, disputes, invoicing/payments, correspondence, review meetings, back charges, taxes, insurance, liability, indemnities, bonds and retentions.

• Develop and maintain standard contract documents and train staff to prepare formal contract documentation customized to suit specific contract requirements of business operational and construction activities.

• Ensure timely and professional service to user departments in the preparation and evaluation of bids, negotiation with bidders, and recommendation to management for approvals, preparation of contract documentation, issuance of award of contracts and regret letters, general commercial administration and overall contract management and close out of contracts.

• Provide specific focus and compliance to contract management and contractor activities with respect to company standards for health safety and loss control, environmental management, external relations and local business initiatives and support.

• Be accountable for approval of purchases and expenditure within the delegated limits of authority.

• Review monthly cost and production against budget, and identify improvements.

• Reforecast budget if necessary

• The budgeting and costing process are assisted by relevant subordinates

• Undertake negotiation for budgets and financial plans with relevant groups and individuals in ways that build commitment to the plans. all requests for contracts and execute all contracts on behalf of company.

 What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor degree in business, law, engineering, supply chain or equivalent; Have Post Graduate Degree or other International Certifications in Supply Chain Management is preferable;

• Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and contract management in Process Fixed Plant Construction / EPC Industry with a minimum 5 of those years working in a similar position as Superintendent Procurement & Logistic;

• Previous experience in SAP would be preferable;

• Have background and experience in developing strategic project planning and relationship building; Sound understanding of the international and relevant Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations; Full understanding of effective supply chain business processes, procedures and technology; Well refined presentation building and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;

• Have entry level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

LEAD DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - (EPC FIXED PLANT)

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to maintain and update document control system, prepare documents transmittal for all distribute documents, logging all received documents, reproduce and issue documents, maintain and update hardcopy and softcopy documents in Technical Document Control (TDC) system.

• To supports of technical teams, departments and projects in the filing and storing of project related documentation. Documentation may be of a confidential or sensitive nature and needs to be stored in line with company and industry guidelines.

• To manage, compile, store and process information data and wholes documents of Mine Project effectively, so that they can be found and submitted quickly to document users.

• To manage, control whole Project Technical documents in the document storage system in compliance with applicable international standard requirements, by collaborating with internal & external ISO auditors.

 What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary Degree in Technical Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or librarian with Intensively involved in Engineering & Construction Projects for minimum 12 years;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role as Lead/ Senior Document Controller in Technical Document Control management experience in EPC and or Process Fixed Plant Construction;

• Holder of a Certified Document Controller Training Course; ISO 9001 Standard Holder of a Certificated training course ISO 9001.

• Able to operate Supplier Data Management System SDMS, Share Point Application.

• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;
