1. Geologist (Resources Geologist)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Geological Engineering / Mining (Mining Exploration Concentration)
- Having min. 3 years of Geological Exploration especially in Mining Company
- Familiar with Nickel Commodity Exploration (both surface and subsurface mapping)
- Can operate mining exploration software (Micromine, Surpace are more preferred)
- Can do Geological Modelling Resource (at least understand about exploration, drilling, quality control, barging, and any other job desc related to Geologist)
- Have a POP Certified (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work with Roster System
- Able to work at Site Office: Malili, Luwu Timur
2. Mine Operation Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology / Civil
- Min. 4 years experience in Mining as Operational Supervisor / Mine Engineer
- Mastering Data Analyst
- Can make SOP, IK, JSA, IBPR
- Can create and analyze data for operation improvement purposes
- Good understanding of K3LH aspects
- Have POP/POM certification (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work with Roster System
- Able to work at Site Office: Malili, Luwu Timur

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
1. Purchasing & Logistic Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Management
- At least 3 years working experience in the same position (especially in a Mining Company)
- Proven experience in handling dump truck, excavator, dozer, etc
- Working knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations
- Prior experience in a strategy implementation, planning support, and project management ability will be advantageous
- Proficient with Ms. Office particularly Word and Excel – advanced level (SAP Program is required)
- Have experience in negotiations with vendors, purchasing, and distribution management
- Must be highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and good in negotiation
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work with Roster System
- Able to work at Site Office: Malili, Luwu Timur
2. HSE Officer & HSE Supervisor
Requirements :
- Min. education D3/S1 majoring in Environment/Mining/Forestry
- Min. 5 years experience for Supervisor and Min. 2 years experiences for Officer Level
- General POP and AK3 certificates are required
- Familiar with Watershed Reclamation & Rehab
- Having experience in the field of ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 and QHSE 18001 is an advantage
- Good understanding of Laws (OSHA/EPA and procedures)
- Proficient with Ms. Office particularly Word and Excel – advanced level (SAP Program is required)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity, discipline, initiative, and high motivation, and honest
- Willing to work with Roster System
- Able to work at Site Office: Malili, Luwu Timur
3. Maintenance Superintendent
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Min. 8 years experience in maintenance environment (Mining Company is preferred)
- Extensive background and experience in maintenance of dump truck, excavator, dozer, etc
- Having experience in a maintenance processing plant would be an advantage
- Demonstrate a good understanding of planned maintenance and backlog management
- Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of world-class maintenance management systems CMMS and Pronto experience preferable.
- Good knowledge for condition monitoring (Tribology, vibration analysis, Laser alignment)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work with Roster System
- Able to work at Site Office: Malili, Luwu Timur
4. Production Supervisor
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Mechanical/Mining/Civil Industrial Engineering
- Proven POP certificate
- At least 4 years of working experienced in the related field
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad/Drafting
- Highly motivated, able to communicate well, good interpersonal, leadership & analytical skill, excellent at problem-solving
- Willing to work with Roster System
- Able to work at Site Office: Malili, Luwu Timur
