We are looking for Electrical Plant Technician. This position location is in Timika, Papua. 

What will you be doing:

As Plant Technician - Electrical, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate the plant during the shift according to company policies, procedures and operation profile/plan.

• Recondition, and repair engine control instrument and auxiliary equipment.

• Carry out inspections of all electrical equipment and take corrective actions when needed.

• Comply with all safety regulations (including isolation, lock out and tag out) and perform emergency procedures in order to protect personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices.

• Assist Electrical Supervisor as required. Ensure that the working area, machines, auxiliary equipment and tools are kept in good and clean condition.

• Identify and correct electrical related abnormalities of the engines and plant auxiliaries.

• Create work reports according to guidelines.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Have experience in Electrical engineering / Automation

• Have a diploma in Electrical engineering / Mechatronic or Equivalent

• Willing to work in Timika, Papua

• Have work experience working in a power plant, as an electrician.

• Within the age of 35 years old maximum and in good health condition (as per contract agreement)
