About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

1. Supervisor Tambang

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Geological Engineering/Mining Engineering/related field;

• Having minimum 5 years experience in related field;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mining Programs (Surpac, Minex, AutoCAD, ArcGis, and others);

• Work well both independent or in a team, persistent, capable to work under pressure and detail-oriented;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills;

• Fluent in English, able to managerial;

• Willing to be place in Head Office (Jakarta).

Job Description:

• Manage the Project to fit plan including timeline and budget based on department objective, SOP and safety standard;

• Monitor, analyze and Evaluate data from site (North Loloda);

• Establishing Methods to meet work schedules and recommending measure to managers to improve productivity;

• Coordinate with managerial and technical personnel, other department and contractor to resolve operation problems;

• Provide weekly report and monthly report either for internal review and for government permission;

• Make field visits to the site for control and evaluation.

2. Mine Geologist Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Geological Engineering;

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in related field;

• 28 – 38 years old;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Mining Programs (Surpac, ArcGis, AutoCAD, Vulcan, Datamine, Micromine and others);

• Having the ability to work in a team and having high dedication;

• Having the ability to communicate well between teams, across departments and external parties;

• Willing to be placed in Sister Company (North Halmahera - Loloda Utara) with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Description:

• Leading, organizing and managing mapping in the mining area, managing geological samples, creating logging descriptions of drilling results and geological interpretations in the mining area;

• Having skill in exploration field, mining design and mapping;

• Understanding of iron sand/ bauxite mining exploration;

• Having a strong knowledge of identification and description of rock features, minerals and structures;

• Attention to detail for analyzing and reporting.

3. HSE Supervisor (Mining)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in mining field;

• Minimum Bachelor of Environmental/Mining Engineering;

• Proficient in SMKP and SMK3;

• Understanding Amdal, UKL-UPL, water treatment and hazardous waste management;

• Having the ability to do planned and unplanned safety inspections in mining area;

• Having the ability to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to work (PTW), contractor safety management system;

• Proficient in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Adobe Photoshop;

• Having K3 dan POP certificate is more preferable;

• Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Description:

• Create Weekly and Monthly plan related to environment and accidents at job site;

• Having the responsibility in good safety directives in the field;

• Having the responsibility in management and monitoring LB3;

• Controlling and create monthly and triwulan HSE Report;

• Mastering environmental regulations in the mining sector;

• Implementing an integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001);

• Create environment report;

• Responsible to planned and unplanned safety inspections in mining area;

• Create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), contractor safety management system;

• Create HSE Performance report and IBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya dan Pengendalian Risiko).

4. HSE Supervisor (Smelter)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline with minimum 5 years experience in the same position in mining/smelter industry;

• Maximum 35 years old;

• Deep understanding of safety guidelines;

• Proven experience implementing and enforcing safety policies and SMKP in the mineral processing and refining industry (smelter);

• Experience in a large mining/smelter environment of 7000 minimum workforce;

• Have an active license as "Ahli K3 Umum";

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8:2.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement a safety strategy for the smelter workplace according to regulatory guidelines and the company's Safety Management System;

• Prepare and implement policies to establish a culture of safety;

• Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and implement critical controls;

• Plan and coordinate training and presentations for safety matters and accident prevention;

• Facilitate and provide support for the investigation of accidents or incidents to discover root causes;

• Report on health and safety performance;

• Promote the continuous improvement in performances through the development of appropriate campaigns and interventions;

• Coach, develop, and support a large team of safety professionals.

5. HSE Officer

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent;

• 25 - 30 years old;

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position;

• Required skill(s): healthy safety environment, occupational safety, K3, trainer;

• Understand and have good knowledge about regulations regarding safety and the environment in the smelter sector, as well as being able to make plans and research environmental standards;

• Have an active license as "Ahli K3 Umum";

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 10:2.

Job Description:

• Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace is established, implemented, monitored, and communicated according to risk management requirements;

• Develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions;

• Monitoring and doing carry out internal Occupational Safety (K3) training for employees;

• Regularly conduct a safety inspection, evaluation controlling the action, and incident investigation;

• Check the potential for illegal operations in the workplace related to safety;

• Liaise with the internal department, Head Office, and external interested parties and regulatory authorities on matters about safety and health.

6. Surveyor Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Geological Engineering/Geodetic/related field;

• Minimum 5 years experience in related field;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Mining Programs (Surpac, ArcGis, AutoCAD, Global Mapper and others);

• Proficient in measuring instruments (Geodetic, Total Station, Theodolitte, Waterpass, Drone, etc);

• Mastering bathymetry and photogrammetry measurements;

• Attention to detail for analyzing and reporting;

• Willing to be placed in Halmahera Utara with roster system 8:2.

Job Description:

• Creating SOP, work instruction and plan survey dept activity;

• Carry out quality control of the measurement results from the data that has been obtained;

• Perform measurement and mapping tasks;

• Create daily/weekly/monthly mapping plans;

• Doing field orientation;

• Have responsibility for Perfecting the measuring book (field sketching);

• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports.

7. Chemical Analyst

Qualifications:

• Min. Associate’s Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering;

• Max. 28 years old;

• Preferably have a working experience in the same position;

• Excellent to using Ms. Office;

• Understand MSDS.

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali

Job Description:

• Conduct sample analysis from a smelter (weigh and thaw sample, mix the sample with other chemical solution, titrate the solutions, etc);

• Calculate and input analysis sample data.

8. Doctor

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor, 30 – 40 years old;

• Having experience as Doctor in company is more preferable;

• Having an active Registration Certificate of Medical Doctor (STR);

• Having ATCLS/ACLS and EKG Certification;

• Fluent in English;

• Able to work with team, communicative, and having leadership management;

• Having a high commitment, integrity and service oriented;

• Attention to detail;

• Willing to work in North Morowali (Central Sulawesi) with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Description:

• Carry out service activities to patients, starting from pre-analysis, analysis and post-analysis activities;

• Formulate and solve problems related to the determination of diagnosis, evaluation of treatment, prognosis and disease prevention;

• Provide expert information to patients;

• Provide consulting services;

• Identify and analyze technical problems regarding methodology, equipment, reagents, specimens, and patient preparation;

• Provide insight and knowledge to nurses related to patient handling and administration to develop work systems.

9. Production Foreman

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor;

• Have experience in manufacturing/concrete/paving;

• Have knowledge and mastery of electrical mechanical systems;

• Able to handle problems with production machines, electricity, generators and others;

• Able to read electrical wiring diagrams;

• Have good leadership, analytical thinking and communication skills;

• Mastering in troubleshooting;

• Willing to be placed in a sister company with a shift working and 10:2 Roster System.

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance on production machines and their parts from the electrical side so that fatal damage does not occur when the machine is in production;

• Repair damage to production machines and other supporting machines;

• Improve the quality of production machines;

• Make a schedule and carry out regular maintenance schedules;

• To record and prepare electrical and mechanical parts of the machine to anticipate repeated damage;

• Understand the electrical system ac/dc, 1 phase, 3 phase, compressor, conveyor, hydraulic and compressor;

• Ensure the safety and timeliness of the installation of all electrical equipment;

• Inventory and maintain work tools so that they are stored and arranged neatly;

• Organize and supervise production operators to fulfill daily/monthly production targets.

10. EXIM Superintendent Qualifications:

• Male, 34 – 45 years old;

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent;

• Fluent in English and Mandarin;

• Minimum 8 years experience in the related field is required for this position;

• Having experiences in EXIM process, logistics and transportation in Mining field is more preferable;

• Having experience in handling heavy equipment;

• Proficient in Export-Import Regulation, Trade Finance, Custom Clearance, PIB and PEB Module, L/C, Bank Guarantee Experience;

• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Check and prepare import documents;

• Create Import document clearance procedure;

• Communicate and coordinate with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule;

• Check and prepare PIB draft and PIB payment;

• Check and prepare draft list, also provide of company legality regarding process of Master List or permit related with Export Import Regulation;

• Coordinate with warehouse and power plant area to discharge process of goods/import contents.
