About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

11. Supervisor FAT


• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting (more preferable);

• Having minimal 3 years experiences as Supervisor in Finance AP & AR position;

• In-dept knowledge of financial reporting and analysis;

• Detail-oriented, strong in leadership and teamwork;

• Fluent in Chinese, English is preferable;

• Willing to be placed in Head Office (Jakarta).

Job Description:

• Handling bank relates matters;

• Check and review payment transaction;

• Maintain advance and settlement report;

• Make a budget realization report.

12. Translator Site (ALL)


• Bachelor degree with an HSK Level 5 or higher is required;

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field is a plus;

• Maximum 30 years old;

• Organized, pay attention into detail;

• Have a solid administrative skill and proficient in Ms. Office;

• Excellent both verbal and written in Chinese Language;

• High responsibility;

• Willing to be placed in Morosi Site with 10 : 2 Roster System.

Job Description:

• Translate document from Bahasa, English to Mandarin and vice versa;

• Carry out day to day administrative duties and assist communications (HO and Site);

• Complete the task arranged by Dept. Manager;

• Handle daily financial transactions (related to invoice);

• Handle all financial administrative.

13. HRGA Supervisor


• Minimal Diploma/Bachelor Degree Psychology, Law, Management;

• Male, maximum 35 years old;

• Minimal 3 years experiences in HRD;

• Understand the flow of recruitment, selection and placement process;

• Understand about labor regulations related to employee PKWT / PKWTT Probation period;

• Understand the procedure of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;

• Understand HR regulations, government regulations related to employment for the mining sector;

• Able to do employee attendance reports every month to support the compensation and benefits task;

• Understand the procedures and calculation of employee overtime;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8:2 roster system.

Job Description:

• Able to carry out HR administration processes;

• Responsible the HR Generalist’s job functions and GA (General Affair) procedure on Site;

• Create HR SOP and HR Policy;

• Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities;

• Understand the procedures and process People Development and Career Development.

14. CSR Staff


• Bachelor Degree;

• Proficient in English both oral and written;

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field;

• Attention to detail;

• Having a good communication skills;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali, with 10 : 2 Roster System.

Job Description:

• Manage CSR arrangements and agenda including materials and budget allocations determined;

• Submit reports according to the specified time;

• Prepare reports related to the implementation of CSR program implementation;

• Archive data neatly and systematically related to all CSR activities.

15. Accounting Assistant Manager


• Graduated from reputable university, majoring in accounting;

• Min 8 years experiences in the same field (Accounting);

• Have experience working in reputable Public Accounting Firm for 3-5 years;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;

• Deep Understanding in accounting;

• Good Exposure in Financial Statement;

• Attention to detail for analyzing and reporting;

• Have the ability to operate the system Accurate/ SAP system;

• Have the ability to review audit report;

• Placement in Head Office, Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Prepare financial statements;

• Prepare accounting journal needed;

• Prepare management financial report.

16. Mandarin Translator


• Bachelor degree with an HSK Level 5 or higher is required;

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field;

• Maximum 30 years old;

• Having experience in smelter, port operation, project or manufacturing activities are preferred;

• Have a solid administrative skill and proficient in Microsoft Office;

• Excellent written and verbal communication;

• Available 2 position in Head Office (Jakarta) and Site (North Morowali) with 10: 2 roster system.

Job Description:

• Provide mandarin translation assistance across department and at the inter-company level;

• Carry out day to day administrative duties and serve as an interface for port operations between head office and site team;

• Assist the Dept. Manager to coordinate across department;

• Complete the task arranged by Dept. Manager;

• Willing to go on business travel at anytime when required.

17. Recruitment & People Development Supervisor


• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering/Law;

• At least 5 years of working experience as a Recruiter in the mining company or mining contractor;

• Experienced conducting end-to-end recruitment process for heavy equipment operator positions (such as: crane, loader, excavator, etc), driver, security;

• Have deep knowledge about the flow of the recruitment process and labor regulations related to employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, Probation, THL);

• Understand government regulations related to employment in the mining sector;

• Mastering interview skills and psycho test;

• Communicative, capable to work under pressure, and detail-oriented;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8:2.

Job Description:

• Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for positions on site;

• Manage periodically update related to employee database (excel and HRIS System) and employment agreement;

• Make a report on the recruitment process about the applicants.

18. Cost Control Supervisor


• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar;

• At least 2 years of working experience in costing at manufacture/smelter company;

• Good skill in reporting costing, COGM report, COGS report;

• Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and team work;

• Excellence in Accounting System and Microsoft Excel;

• Fluent in English is mandatory;

• Fluent in Mandarin is advantageous;

• Willing to be placed at North Morowali with roster system 8 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

• Prepare and review monthly COGS report;

• Control and monitoring factory cost & cost reduction;

• Control and monitor movement of all inventory and balance;

• Liaise with operational and Purchasing Department to manage and control all aspects outstanding procurements to achieve cost efficiency.

19. Legal Staff


• A law degree with strong academic record from reputable university;

• Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability (provide IELTS/TOEFL certificate will be an advantage);

• The ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions;

• A personable manner, teachable, adaptable and ability to work in a team;

• Highly adaptable and curious in increasing/absorb knowledge and business sense;

• Legal knowledge of mining law, shipping law, and general corporate;

• Able to work under pressure and on tight schedule;

• Preferably having experience in law firm within the last 2 years;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Controlling documents, doing research, reviewing documents, analyzing/assessing case and problems, providing practical solutions;

• Candidate must be able to provide daily report (communicative and contactable at any time).

20. Tax Staff


• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax or equivalent;

• Minimum 1 year experience, preferably experience in tax consultant firm;

• Able to do tax reconciliation;

• Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT E-BUPOT) and proficient using Accurate;

• Advance in Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word);

• Attention to details, organize, and multitasking;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Tax verification on invoices received from vendors;

• Collect payment data for use in WHT monthly calculation;

• Perform the process of calculating, paying and reporting WHT on time every month;

• Administration of tax documents and distribution of withholding evidence to vendors;

• Acting as PIC weekly tax reconciliation for raw material purchases - Nickel Ore.
